Abstract

Technical Field

Background
The backlight is a component used in a display screen that is not itself light-emitting, and the picture displayed by the display screen must rely on the light emitted by the backlight.

In an embodiment of the present invention, when the backlight assembly 4 is installed, the backlight body 4 is first fitted into the inner frame 2, then the pressing assembly 5 is rotated to preliminarily fix the backlight body 4, then the pressing assembly 5 is locked, the outer frame 1 is fitted into the inner frame, and when the outer frame 1 is placed into the inner frame, the fixing assembly 3 can fix the outer frame 1 and the inner frame 2, and in order to make the fixation more stable, the outer frame 1, the inner frame 2 and the backlight body 4 can be further fixed by screws and nuts.

In an embodiment of the present invention, during the process of fixing the outer frame 1 and the inner frame 2, the coordination rod 31 gradually enters into the coordination sleeve 32 and pushes the locking mechanism 34 upwards, when the groove formed on the coordination rod 31 is flush with the locking mechanism 34, the locking mechanism 34 can enter the groove formed on the coordination rod 31 under the action of elastic force, so as to complete the fixing of the coordination rod 31 and the coordination sleeve 32, and the ejection mechanism 33 is compressed, when the disassembly is required, only the locking mechanism 34 needs to be pulled, and under the action of the ejection mechanism 33, the separation of the coordination rod 31 and the coordination sleeve 32 can be completed.
In this embodiment, the fixing component 3 may also adopt various structures as long as it can fix the outer frame 1 and the inner frame 2, for example, it can be fixed by using a buckle, and the same effect can be achieved.
As shown in fig. 2, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the ejection mechanism 33 includes: the first elastic piece 331 and the ejector plate 332, the first elastic piece 331 and the pressing plate 332 are fixedly connected, the first elastic piece 331 provides ejection power for the ejector plate 332, the first elastic piece 331 and the ejector plate 332 are both disposed in the coordination sleeve 32, and the first elastic piece 331 and the coordination sleeve 32 are fixedly connected.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the outer frame 1 and the inner frame 2 are fixed, the coordination rods 31 may push the ejector plates 332 into the coordination grooves 32 while compressing the first elastic members 331, so that when the outer frame 1 and the inner frame 2 are disassembled, the ejector plates 332 may eject the coordination rods 31 under the elastic force of the first elastic members 331, thereby completing the disassembly.
In this embodiment, the first elastic member 331 may be a spring or the like, as long as the ejector plate 332 can be ejected.

In an embodiment of the present invention, in the process of fixing the outer frame 1 and the inner frame 2, when the grooves formed on the sloping block 341 and the coordination rod 31 are flush, under the elastic force of the second elastic member 343, the sloping block 341 can drive the T-shaped rod 343 to move into the groove, thereby completing the fixing of the outer frame 1 and the inner frame 2, when the T-shaped rod 342 is pulled to detach, the T-shaped rod 342 drives the sloping block 341 to move upward and gradually leave the groove, and at the same time, the second elastic member 343 is compressed, and at this time, the coordination rod 31 can be ejected under the action of the ejection mechanism 33.
In this embodiment, the inclined block 341 is a triangular block with an inclined surface on one side, and this mechanism design can ensure that the positioning rod 31 can only move in one direction, i.e. only can complete the automatic fitting and fixing of the positioning rod 31 and the positioning sleeve 32, but cannot be taken out, thereby ensuring the stability of fitting.
As shown in fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the backlight unit 4 includes: backlight body 41 and connecting plate 42, backlight body 41 and connecting plate 42 are connected, and connecting plate 42 is provided with two or more and every connecting plate 42 has two at least screw holes.

As shown in fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the compressing assembly 5 includes: two ends of the threaded column 51 penetrate through and are rotatably connected with the side wall of the outer frame 1; the pressing plate 52 is sleeved on the threaded column 51 in a threaded manner, and can slide along the threaded column 51 when the threaded column 51 rotates; two ends of the sliding rod 53 are fixedly connected with the inner side wall of the outer frame 1, are sleeved on the pressing plate 52 and can freely slide on the pressing plate 52; a third elastic member 54, both ends of which are fixedly connected with the outer frame 1 and the pressing plate 52; and the limiting component 55 is connected with the pressing plate 52 and sleeved on the side wall of the outer frame 1, and is used for locking and fixing the state of the backlight source component 4 after being compressed.
In one embodiment of the present invention, when the handle connected to the threaded post 51 is rotated at the time of initial press-fastening of the backlight body 4, the threaded post 51 rotates to drive the pressing plate 52 to gradually approach the backlight body 4 along the sliding rod 53, while the third elastic member 54 is compressed, and after the backlight body 4 is pressed, the limiting member 55 is pressed, and the limiting member 55 fixes the pressing plate 52, so that the pressing plate 52 is prevented from loosening.
In this embodiment, various components can be used when the backlight body 4 is pressed, as long as the backlight body 52 can be pressed, for example, a cam mechanism can be used to press down, but it is difficult to control the pressing distance by pressing down the cam, and the component solution of this embodiment can be used as an optimum solution.
As shown in fig. 4, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the position limiting assembly 55 includes: the fixed rack 551 and the gear 552 meshed with the fixed rack 551, one end of the fixed rack 551 is connected with the pressure plate 52, and a support rod fixed by a rotating shaft of the gear 552 is fixed with the outer frame 1; a rotating rack 553 rotatably connected to the outer frame 1, rotatably engaged with the gear 552, and fixing the gear 552; the pulling group 554, the pulling group 554 and the rotating rack 553 are hinged and sleeved on the outer frame 1, and can freely slide in the outer frame 1.
In an embodiment of the present invention, when the pressing plate 52 is locked, only the pulling group 554 needs to be loosened, and under the elastic force of the pulling group 554, the rotating rack 553 may mesh with the gear 552, so that the gear 552 is difficult to rotate, and further the fixed rack 551 is limited, and after the fixed rack 551 is fixed, the pressing plate 52 is in a fixed state and cannot be loosened.
