Abstract
The invention provides a system and a method for evaluating the cigar rolling uniformity, which comprises a flow distribution component, a plurality of flow meters, a differential pressure meter and a negative pressure source, wherein the inlet end of the flow distribution component is provided with a connector for connecting cigars, a plurality of uniformly distributed flow passage through holes are arranged in the flow distribution component, the outlets of the flow passage through holes at the outlet end of the flow distribution component are respectively and correspondingly connected with one flow meter, the outlets of the flow meters are communicated with the suction end of the negative pressure source after being collected, and the differential pressure meter is arranged at the suction end of the negative pressure source. After the cigar is ignited and the pressure difference is stable, the difference value between the readings in the flow meters is observed, so that the rolling uniformity of the cigar can be judged.

The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail by the following embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a system for evaluating the uniformity of cigar rolling comprises a flow distribution component 1, a plurality of flow meters 2, a differential pressure meter 3 and a negative pressure source 4, wherein an inlet end of the flow distribution component 1 is provided with an interface for connecting cigar 5, the flow distribution component 1 is made of glass material, a plurality of uniformly distributed flow passage through holes 6 are arranged inside the flow distribution component, outlets of the flow passage through holes 6 at the outlet end of the flow distribution component 1 are respectively and correspondingly connected with one flow meter 2, a plurality of outlets of the flow meters 2 are collected and then communicated with a buffer chamber 7, a suction end of the negative pressure source 4 is connected with an outlet of the buffer chamber, and the differential pressure meter 3 is connected with the buffer chamber.

Cutting off a cover cap of the cigar or cigar blank and connecting the cover cap to the inlet end of the flow distribution assembly, igniting the tail end of the cigar or cigar blank, starting a negative pressure source, enabling smoke to flow out along each flow passage through hole under the action of suction force, observing the reading of the differential pressure gauge, observing the flow reading in each flow meter when the reading of the differential pressure gauge is stable, and reflecting the rolling uniformity of the cigar or cigar blank by the difference value between the flow readings of each flow meter.
Furthermore, in order to evaluate the overall rolling uniformity of the cigar, the flow rates of the flow meters can be added together so as to comprehensively judge the suction resistance of the cigar or cigar blank, the larger the suction resistance is, the higher the rolled density is, the uniformity may be poorer, the smaller the suction resistance is, the smaller the rolled density is, and the uniformity may be better.
