The application discloses a method and a system for determining alarm. The method and the device solve the technical problems that in the related art, the automation degree is low due to the fact that the related production process is carried out only on the basis of the consumption condition of packaged whole food, and raw materials are easy to be in shortage or waste.

Technical Field
The application relates to the field of food production, in particular to a method and a system for determining alarm.
Background
The conventional unmanned store mainly marks the goods in the store by using an RFID (radio frequency identification) mark, and confirms the goods consumption state according to the position and the scanning state of the mark, which can only count the self-contained food, such as bottled beverage or packed box lunch, so that the consumption condition of the food can only be processed to the consumption state of the self-contained food, but not to the consumption condition of raw materials of the food, such as baking powder required by bread, the use condition of sugar and flour, and the like, and the consumption condition of a formula of beverage such as milk tea and coffee, which is composed of a plurality of formulas, namely, the automation degree of the food production is low because the related technology can only perform related production processes on the consumption condition of the packaged self-contained food and cannot perform related production processes based on the more fine granularity of the raw materials, the management is rough, the technical problems of raw material shortage or waste and the like are easily caused, and the related production process can be carried out only based on the consumption condition of packaged whole food, so that the service experience of consumers is influenced, and the operating cost of operators is increased.

According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present application, there is provided a method of determining an alarm, including: determining material types of raw materials contained by different types of target containers; acquiring detection data from a first preset sensor in a target container, wherein the first preset sensor corresponds to the target container one to one, and the first preset sensor comprises: the weighing sensor detects data and at least comprises: a first target type of raw material within a target container, and a remaining amount of the raw material of the first target type; and sending first alarm information, wherein the first alarm information is alarm information generated when the difference value between the residual amount of the raw materials and the consumption amount of the raw materials is larger than a threshold value.
Optionally, the method further comprises: receiving a control instruction from a server, wherein the control instruction is used for indicating the addition amount of the raw material of the first target type; and executing a control command, and adding a raw material of a first target type corresponding to the addition amount to the target container.

In the method for determining an alarm, first, the material types of raw materials contained in different types of target containers can be determined; then, obtain the detection data that comes from first preset sensor in the target container, wherein, first preset sensor and target container one-to-one, first preset sensor includes: the weighing sensor detects data and at least comprises: a first target type of raw material within a target container, and a remaining amount of the raw material of the first target type; and finally, sending first alarm information, wherein the first alarm information is alarm information generated when the difference value between the residual quantity of the raw materials and the consumption quantity of the raw materials is larger than a threshold value.
It should be noted that, the first preset device may further include: a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, etc., wherein the temperature sensor may be used to detect the temperature within the target container and the humidity sensor may be used to detect the humidity within the target container.
In some embodiments of the present application, the target device may further receive a control instruction from the server, execute the control instruction, and then add a first target type of raw material corresponding to the addition amount to the target container, where it should be noted that the control instruction is used to indicate the addition amount of the first target type of raw material.

The food preparation hardware having various types of sensors mounted thereon may be hardware for preparing cooked food, such as milk tea, self-heating rice, steamed bread, and the like, and it is obvious that various types of sensors mounted thereon include, but are not limited to: the POS system may be a POS system that can communicate with the systems, and the POS system may at least convert the contents of the recipe into machine instructions and set the recipe through images or text, and the human-computer interface may be an interactive interface that is visible to all users, and the interactive interface may at least display the systems and complete the operations of the systems based on the interactive interface.

In some embodiments of the present application, after it is determined that the control device has a fault, detection data of a second preset sensor corresponding to the control device may also be received, where the second preset sensor corresponds to the control device one to one, and a fault type of the fault occurring in the control device is determined according to the detection data, and then the fault type is sent to the server. It is easy to note that, the second alarm information for indicating that the control device has a fault may be sent to the hardware error monitoring system, and the second alarm information may be displayed on a human-computer interaction interface, or the second alarm information may be pushed to a second terminal held by a maintenance worker, so as to be viewed by the maintenance worker, and it should be noted that the second terminal includes but is not limited to: the mobile terminal can understand that the fault type can also be sent to the second terminal for maintenance personnel, and obviously, the automation degree of food making hardware is further improved and a large amount of time and labor cost are saved by the mode.
It should be noted that, when the preset controller fails to receive the start instruction, it is determined that the preset controller fails.

1. A method of determining an alarm, comprising:
determining material types of raw materials contained by different types of target containers;
acquiring detection data from a first preset sensor in a target container, wherein the first preset sensor corresponds to the target container one to one, and the first preset sensor comprises: a load cell, the detection data including at least: a first target type of raw material within a target container, and a remaining amount of the raw material of the first target type;
and sending first alarm information, wherein the first alarm information is alarm information generated when the difference value between the residual amount of the raw materials and the consumption amount of the raw materials is greater than a threshold value.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: receiving a control instruction from a server, wherein the control instruction is used for indicating the addition amount of the raw material of the first target type; and executing the control instruction, and adding the raw material of the first target type corresponding to the addition amount to the target container.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the target device comprises: the method comprises the following steps that a controller is preset and control equipment corresponding to the controller is preset, and the method further comprises the following steps:
the preset controller receives a test instruction from the server, and under the condition that the preset controller receives the test instruction, if the control equipment corresponding to the preset controller does not normally operate, the control equipment is determined to be out of order, and second alarm information is sent to the server, wherein the test instruction is at least used for starting the control equipment.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein after determining that the control device is malfunctioning, the method further comprises:
receiving detection data of a second preset sensor corresponding to the control equipment, wherein the second preset sensor corresponds to the control equipment one to one;
determining the fault type of the fault of the control equipment according to the detection data;
and sending the fault type to the server.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the default controller is determined to be faulty when the default controller fails to receive the start instruction.
6. The method according to claim 2, characterized in that the consumption of raw material is determined by:
the server receives a target order, wherein the target order at least comprises: the type of food;
determining a raw material of the food type corresponding to a second target type and the content of the raw material of the second target type;
determining a weight of the second target type of raw material based on the weight of the food type and the content;
in the case where the second target type is identical to the first target type, the weight is taken as the consumption amount of the raw material of the first target type.
7. A method of determining an alarm, comprising:
determining a consumption of a first target type of raw material;
sending the consumption of the raw material to a target device;
receiving first alarm information from the target equipment, and sending the first alarm information to a first terminal, wherein the first terminal is a terminal held by a first target object, and the first alarm information is alarm information generated by the target equipment when a difference value between the residual quantity of the raw materials and the consumption quantity of the raw materials is larger than a threshold value.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
receiving the fault type determined by the target equipment;
and displaying the fault type at a second terminal, and sending the fault type to the second terminal, wherein the second terminal is a terminal held by a second target object.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
detecting an operation action of a third target object on a third terminal, wherein the content of a display interface of the third terminal at least comprises: various types of raw materials, wherein the third target object comprises: the first target object and the second target object;
determining a raw material selected by the third target object according to the operation action;
and sending a control instruction to the target device, and controlling the target device to generate a target food corresponding to the raw material selected by the third target object, wherein the control instruction is used for indicating the raw material selected by the third target object.
10. A system for determining an alarm, comprising:
the target device is used for determining material types of raw materials contained in different types of target containers, acquiring detection data from a first preset sensor in the target container and residual quantity of the raw materials of the first target type, and sending first alarm information to a server, wherein the first preset sensor corresponds to the target containers one to one, and the first preset sensor comprises: a load cell, the detection data including at least: a first target type of raw materials in a target container, wherein the first alarm information is alarm information generated when a difference value between the residual amount of the raw materials and the consumption amount of the raw materials is larger than a threshold value;
the server is used for determining the consumption of the raw material of the first target type, sending the consumption of the raw material to the target equipment, receiving first alarm information from the target equipment, and sending the first alarm information to a first terminal.
