The control system 10 is electrically connected with a purification time length calculation system 56, the purification time length calculation system 56 comprises a first data acquisition module 57, a second data acquisition module 58, a proportion calculation module 61, a third data acquisition module 59, a second difference calculation module 60, a total amount calculation module 62, a division calculation module 63 and an information transmission module 54, an air flow detector 4 is installed on the pipette head 2 at each position, the air flow detector 4 and the first electromagnetic valve 3 at the current position are positioned on the same circuit network, the first data acquisition module 57 is electrically connected with the air flow detector 4, the proportion calculation module 61 is electrically connected with the first data acquisition module 57 and the second data acquisition module 58, the total amount calculation module 62 is electrically connected with the proportion calculation module 61, the small air analyzers 13 are installed at the air inlet end and the air outlet end of the air purifier 12, and the small air analyzers 13 are also provided with a pollutant analysis system 8, a total amount calculation module 62 is electrically connected to a proportion calculation module 61, a third data acquisition module 59 is electrically connected to the small air analyzer 13 at the air inlet and outlet port of the air purifier 12, a second difference calculation module 60 is electrically connected to the third data acquisition module 59, a division calculation module 63 is electrically connected to the total amount calculation module 62 and the second difference calculation module 60, the division calculation module 63 is electrically connected to the mobile phone terminal 55 through the information transmission module 54, the control system 10 is also electrically connected to the mobile phone terminal 55 through the information transmission module 54, the first data acquisition module 57 is used for acquiring the air amount inhaled after the first electromagnetic valve 3 at the corresponding position detected by the air flow detector 4 is opened, the second data acquisition module 58 is used for acquiring the total content of all harmful substances analyzed by the main air analyzer 7, and the proportion calculation module 61 divides the air amount inhaled by the total content of the harmful substances, the proportion of harmful substances is obtained, because the space size of each area in the house is fixed, the total amount calculation module 62 estimates the total amount of the harmful substances contained in the current space area according to the proportion of the harmful substances and the fixed space size, the data acquisition module III 59 acquires the air pollutant content passing through the small air analyzers 13 at the air inlet end and the air outlet end of the air purifier 12, the difference value of the pollutant contents analyzed by the two small air analyzers 13, namely the pollutant amount purified by the air purifier 12 in unit time, the division calculation module 63 divides the pollutant amount purified by the air purifier 12 in unit time through the numerical value obtained by the total amount calculation module 62, the output result is the time length for purifying the current air pollutants by the air purifier 12, and then the time length is transmitted to the mobile phone terminal 55 through the information transmission module 54, and the information transmission module 54 also transmits the house plan schematic diagram 64 marked with the pollution area to the mobile phone terminal 55, so that the house owner who goes out can know the air pollution condition at home and the time length to be purified according to the mobile phone terminal 55, and then returns home according to the condition.

23 continues to approach the plate clamping body 16 by virtue of the resilience force of the connecting spring 22 to press the elastic rubber air bag 24, so that air in the elastic rubber air bag 24 is sprayed out through the spray hole 25, the air flow assists in driving the harmful substances vibrated from the plate clamping body 16, and along with the downward pressing of the upper plate clamping body 16, the air between the upper plate clamping body 16 and the lower plate clamping body 16 drives the air containing pollutants sucked in before to enter the auxiliary air pipe 14 from the second electromagnetic valve 15 and be sucked away by the auxiliary air pump 40, finally the electric telescopic rod 11 contracts to drive the plate clamping body 16 to reset, and the second electromagnetic valve 15 is closed.
A pressure sensing switch 38 is mounted on the end face of the linkage block 37 contacting the push rod 36, a sliding cavity 34 is formed on the inner side of the upper end of the sliding column 23, a sliding rod 28 is vertically and slidably connected in the sliding cavity 34, the upper end of the sliding rod 28 is fixedly connected with the top plate 26, mounting cavities 29 are formed on the left inner wall and the right inner wall of the sliding cavity 34, electromagnets 31 are slidably connected in the mounting cavities 29, a clamping column 32 is fixedly connected on the electromagnet 31, a reset spring 30 is fixedly connected between the electromagnet 31 and the inner wall of the sliding cavity 34, a fixing hole 33 is formed in the sliding rod 28, the electromagnet 31 is electrically connected with the pressure sensing switch 38, the sliding rod 28 is an iron rod, when the push rod 36 rotates along with the roller 35 and pushes against the linkage block 37, the pressure sensing switch 38 on the linkage block 37 generates induction to electrify the electromagnet 31 to generate magnetism, so that the electromagnet 31 slides along the mounting cavity 29 to be close to the sliding rod 28, and the clamping column 32 slides to penetrate into the fixing hole 33 on the sliding rod 28, so that the sliding rod 28 is kept stable relative to the sliding column 23, the sliding column 23 is convenient to impact the splint body 16 with the top plate 26 and the impact ball 27 at the tail end of the sliding rod 28 under the resilience force of the connecting spring 22, when the ejector rod 36 is separated from the linkage block 37, the electromagnet 31 loses magnetism, and the return spring 30 enables the electromagnet 31 and the clamping column 32 to return to slide and return to be separated from the sliding rod 28, so that the sliding column 23 is convenient to extrude the elastic rubber air bag 24.
The tail end of the push rod 36 is a convex ball end, so that relative sliding between the push rod and the linkage block 37 is facilitated.
A corrugated telescopic rubber tube 5 is connected between the air suction end of the main air pump 6 and the plate clamping body 16, and the corrugated telescopic rubber tube 5 facilitates the vertical relative motion between the main air pump 6 and the plate clamping body 16.
The cross brace 18 is made of hard steel material to avoid bending.
A purification method of an air purification system based on smart home comprises the following specific steps:
the first-step sequential solenoid valve activation module 52 is used for controlling the first solenoid valves 3 distributed on the main gas pipe 1 to be activated in sequence, and when the first electromagnetic valve 3 at each position is started, the main air pump 6 is started, air in the corresponding area in the house is sucked into the main air pipe 1 through the first electromagnetic valve 3 at the open position, then, the air is introduced into a main air analyzer 7, the main air analyzer 7 analyzes various substances in the sucked air, and outputs the contents of the respective substances by means of the item-by-item output module 41, and the retrieval module 43 retrieves the safety critical value of the contents of the substances with the same name from the numerical database 44 according to the names of the outputted substances, then, the comparison is carried out through a comparison module I42, and the numerical value output by the item-by-item output module 41 and the searched safety critical value are subjected to subtraction operation through a difference value calculation module I45 and output;
the difference value of the corresponding harmful substance content calculated by the first difference value calculating module 45 in the second step exceeding the safety critical value is input into the control system 10, then the second comparison module 47 compares the value range corresponding to each independent storage block 49 according to the input difference value, i.e. finds out which independent storage block 49 the difference value belongs to, then the extracting module 48 extracts the color block corresponding to the color depth in the independent storage block 49, and the solenoid valve sequence starting module 52 enables the area selecting module 53 to change the area corresponding to the currently started first solenoid valve 3 displayed by the house plane schematic diagram 64 into a selectable area, then the color block area throwing module 51 fills the color block in the corresponding area of the house plane schematic diagram 64 currently selected by the area selecting module 53, but only fills a small block in the selected area, and the name inputting module 46 covers the name of the currently calculated harmful substance on the filled color block, therefore, various harmful substances in the air are represented on the house plane schematic diagram 64, the processed house plane schematic diagram 64 is displayed on a display screen of the control computer 9, a user can conveniently know which pollutants are contained in which area in the actual house directly through a corresponding depth color block and a name of the corresponding area on the house plane schematic diagram 64 displayed on the display screen of the control computer 9, the pollution degree is judged according to the color depth of the filled color block, so that the pollution degree is far away from the corresponding pollution area, and when the difference value calculated by the difference value calculation module I45 is a positive number, the difference value calculation module I45 enables the air purifier 12 in the corresponding area to be started through a related starting module, and air purification processing is carried out on the current area;
the third step is that the first data acquisition module 57 is used for acquiring the air volume inhaled after the first electromagnetic valve 3 at the corresponding position detected by the air flow detector 4 is opened, the second data acquisition module 58 is used for acquiring the total content of all harmful substances analyzed by the main air analyzer 7, the proportion calculation module 61 divides the total content of the harmful substances by the inhaled air volume to obtain the proportion of the harmful substances, because the size of each area space in the house is fixed, the total calculation module 62 estimates the total content of the harmful substances contained in the current space area according to the proportion of the harmful substances and the fixed space size, the third data acquisition module 59 acquires the content of air pollutants passing through the small air analyzers 13 at the air inlet end and the air outlet end of the air purifier 12, and then the second difference calculation module 60 calculates the content difference of the pollutants analyzed by the two small air analyzers 13, namely, the pollutant amount purified by the air purifier 12 in unit time, then the division calculation module 63 divides the numerical value obtained by the total amount calculation module 62 by the pollutant amount purified by the air purifier 12 in unit time, the output result is the time length required by the air purifier 12 to purify the current air pollutant, and then the time length is transmitted to the mobile phone terminal 55 through the information transmission module 54, and the information transmission module 54 also transmits the house plane schematic diagram 64 marked with the polluted area to the mobile phone terminal 55, so that an outgoing house owner can know the air pollution condition and the time length to be purified at home according to the mobile phone terminal 55, and then returns home according to the condition;
fourthly, when the electromagnetic valve sequential starting module 52 opens the first electromagnetic valve 3 at the position of the corresponding area, and the main air pump 6 operates to suck air for a period of time, the electromagnetic valve sequential starting module 52 closes the first electromagnetic valve 3 which is originally opened, and simultaneously the electromagnetic valve sequential starting module 52 causes the electric telescopic rod 11 to extend downwards slowly and causes the second electromagnetic valve 15 to open, the auxiliary air pump 40 is started, so that the auxiliary air pump 40 draws the air in the auxiliary air pipe 14 outwards, and in the process of downward extension of the electric telescopic rod 11, the clamping plate body 16 connected below presses the rubber side wall 20 connected between the clamping plate body 16 and the clamping plate body 16 below downwards, so that the cross brace 18 between the clamping plate bodies 16 on the upper side and the lower side rotates and expands towards two sides, in the process, the cross brace 18 pushes the sliding block in the strip-shaped sliding groove 17 at the corresponding position to slide, so that the sliding block drives the rollers 35 at two ends of the connecting frame 21 to roll along the end faces of the clamping plate body 16, during the rolling process of the roller 35, the roller 35 drives the push rod 36 to rotate, and when the tail end of the push rod 36 rotates to the area where the linkage block 37 is located, the tail end of the push rod 36 abuts against the linkage block 37, so that the linkage block 37 drives the transverse plate 39 to translate towards the direction away from the connecting frame 21, so that the tail ends of all the slide posts 23 are far away from the plate clamping body 16, so that the connecting spring 22 stretches to generate resilience, when the push rod 36 is separated from the linkage block 37 along with the rotation of the roller 35, the slide posts 23 at all the positions drive the impact balls 27 to impact the plate clamping body 16 by virtue of the resilience of the connecting spring 22, and as the plate clamping body 16 is a hollow plate body and is made of elastic metal, vibration is generated under the instant impact action of the slide posts 23, so as to facilitate shaking off harmful substances attached to the plate clamping body 16, and after the impact balls 27 impact the plate clamping body 16, the slide posts 23 continue to approach the plate clamping body 16 by virtue of the resilience of the connecting spring 22, the elastic rubber air bag 24 is extruded, so that air in the elastic rubber air bag 24 is sprayed out through the spraying hole 25, the air flow drives harmful substances which vibrate from the clamp plate body 16 in an auxiliary mode, along with the fact that the upper clamp plate body 16 presses down, air between the upper clamp plate body 16 and the lower clamp plate body 16 takes air containing pollutants sucked before to enter the auxiliary air pipe 14 from the second electromagnetic valve 15, the air is sucked away by the auxiliary air pump 40, finally, the electric telescopic rod 11 contracts to drive the clamp plate body 16 to reset, the second electromagnetic valve 15 is closed, the situation that the polluted air in the corresponding area in the house remains in the main air pipe 1, and the detection and purification of the air in the next area are influenced is avoided.
