The third embodiment of the invention has the same function of preventing the offset as the first embodiment, and can effectively eliminate the offset phenomenon of the plastic angle adjusting knob 2 when in use, and the two are slightly different in the injection mould.

2. Through the optimized design of the components of the plastic angle adjusting knob 2 of the plastic marker disc 1, the components are integrated into a group of hand-adjusting operation marker component combination devices which can not only perform equivalent input preset values according to the marks of the mean value of the marker disc 1, but also equivalently and accurately feed back the eccentric distance sampling values of the crank 11, the problem of misalignment of mechanical transmission sampling values in the prior art is solved, the purpose of correctly displaying accurate angle adjustment according to the marks of the marker disc 1 is well realized, the compact optimized structure completely accords with the safety regulations of electric fans, and the secondary relay installation specifications in the production line in the industry are compatible.
3.
