Diesel engines are internal combustion engines fueled by diesel fuel. The ordinary boost pressure sensor 4 can only operate at a temperature of less than 110 ℃ and cannot be directly arranged on the air inlet pipe 1 to measure the air pressure after the boost.
The sensor mounting seat 3 comprises a heat dissipation steel pipe 8 and a sensor mounting joint 9, one end of the heat dissipation steel pipe 8 is connected with the sensor mounting joint 9, and the supercharging pressure sensor 4 is mounted on the sensor mounting joint 9.
The inside of pressure boost sensor 4 is provided with the sensor erection joint inner chamber 11 with the communication of heat dissipation steel pipe 8, and pressure boost sensor 4 fixed mounting is on sensor erection joint inner chamber 11.
One end of the heat dissipation steel pipe 8 is provided with a garlic head joint 7, and the garlic head joint 7 is communicated with the air inlet pipe 1 through the hinge bolt 2.
The outer surface of the sensor mounting joint 9 is provided with a mounting seat bracket 10, and the mounting seat bracket 10 is overlapped on a mounting lug of the common rail pipe 6 through a fastening bolt 5.
The diameter of the heat dissipation steel pipe 8 is larger than 110mm, and the heat dissipation steel pipe 8 is arranged in a bending mode.
The diesel engine sensor mounting seat is used for a supercharged (non-intercooled) diesel engine.

the air temperature sensor comprises a sensor mounting seat (3) used for reducing the air temperature after pressurization, one end of the sensor mounting seat (3) is communicated with an air inlet pipe (1) through a hinged bolt (2), the other end of the sensor mounting seat (3) is mounted on a common rail pipe (6) through a fastening bolt (5), and a pressure sensor (4) for detecting the air inlet pressure and the pressurization pressure is arranged on the sensor mounting seat (3).
