Detailed Description
The present application will now be described in further detail with reference to the drawings, it should be noted that the following detailed description is given for illustrative purposes only and is not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present application, as those skilled in the art will be able to make numerous insubstantial modifications and adaptations to the present application based on the above disclosure.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 8, the glass pressing line assembly structure includes a frame 1 and a mullion 2 parallel to the frame 1, generally, glass is installed between the frame and the mullion, a first pressing line is arranged on one side of the glass close to the indoor space, and a second pressing line is arranged on one side of the glass close to the outdoor space; it should be noted here that the frame and the mullion used in the present application are different from the conventional structure, and the frame and the mullion used herein are both modular structures, i.e. there is no "baffle structure" for fixing the outer side of the glass, which is integrally designed in the conventional structure; in a modularized series product, the structures of the frame and the mullion are universal and are not limited by the product structure, and after the frame and the mullion are assembled according to a pre-designed frame, other devices such as glass, pressing lines, window sashes and other structures are continuously assembled, so that the problems that in the actual situation, the frame and the mullion are limited by the series of aluminum profiles, a dealer is limited by the capital cost, and the aluminum profiles of various series or models cannot be prepared in large batch are solved, the assembly efficiency can be improved, and the preparation cost of the dealer can be reduced; on the basis of the modularized frame and mullion structure, a new external pressure line needs to be designed to realize the fixation of the glass;
the frame 1 comprises a first frame 11 and a second frame 12 connected with the first frame 11, wherein a first standard groove 111 is formed in the surface of the first frame 11 close to one side of the glass, and a second standard groove 121 is formed in the surface of the second frame 12 close to one side of the glass;
the mullion 2 comprises a first mullion 21 arranged at one end of the first frame, a second mullion 22 is arranged at the other end of the first mullion, a third standard groove 211 is arranged on the side surface of the first mullion 21 opposite to the frame, and a fourth standard groove 221 is arranged on the side surface of the second mullion 22 on the same side as the third standard groove;
during assembly, a first pressing line 3 is respectively arranged at the first standard groove 111 and the third standard groove 211, and a second pressing line 4 is respectively arranged at the second standard groove 121 and the fourth standard groove 221, wherein the first pressing line refers to a glass inner pressing line, and the second pressing line refers to a glass outer pressing line;
the whole second pressing line 4 is composed of a fixing member 41 and a pressing line frame 42, wherein the fixing member 41 and the pressing line frame 42 can be connected in a split manner, the fixing member 41 includes a first fixing plate 411, a first fastener 412 arranged on one side of the first fixing plate 411 and buckled with the second standard groove 121, and a first buckle 413 arranged on the other side of the first fixing plate 411;
a caulking groove 421 is arranged on one side wall of the wire pressing frame 42 close to the glass, and a sealing member 422 for sealing and fixing the glass is arranged in the caulking groove 421; the side wall of the wire pressing frame 42 is provided with a second buckle 423, the second buckle 423 and the first buckle 413 are buckled with each other during installation, so that the wire pressing frame and the fixing piece are connected together, then the glass is installed between the frame and the middle support, and one side surface of the glass is tightly contacted with the sealing piece; then, installing a first pressing line, thereby completing the installation of the whole glass pressing line;
the indoor pressing line structure in the prior art is simple, when the traditional pressing line is adopted for fixing glass, the pressing line often extrudes the glass surface, and then the pressing line is buckled, but local glass is difficult to generate larger deformation, so that the aluminum profile or the pressing line needs to be deformed to a certain degree under general conditions so as to press the pressing line into the caulking groove, the installation is very difficult, and the reliability of the profile structure is influenced; therefore, first line ball 3 that this application adopted includes connecting piece 31 and interior line ball 32, one side of connecting piece 31 is equipped with second fastener 311, the opposite side is equipped with third buckle 312, be equipped with the fourth buckle 321 of parallel and third buckle on the interior line ball 32, during the installation, buckle fourth buckle 321 and third buckle 312 each other, and the direction of insertion and the glass face of fourth buckle 321 are perpendicular, can effectually avoid pressing line ball to extrude glass or the condition that the section bar produced deformation in the installation takes place, the effectual convenience and the section bar mounting structure's that improves the line ball installation reliability.
Example 2
In the technical solution of the foregoing specific embodiment 1, although the problem in the background art can be solved well, since the second wire pressing structure in embodiment 1 adopts a snap connection manner, the amount of play is large, and the wire pressing frame cannot be in close contact with the corresponding side frame or the side wall of the middle support, thereby causing a problem of poor water resistance; meanwhile, the second pressing line adopts a split structure, so that the pressing line frame can be easily taken off from one side of the outdoor without damage in daily use, a thief can be easily informed of the damage, and the safety performance is extremely poor; therefore, based on the two problems, the second wire pressing structure of the embodiment 1 has certain limitations, and is suitable for being used on doors and windows of indoor buildings, but is not suitable for being used on glass for separating indoor and outdoor;
therefore, in order to be used as a conventional glass pressing line, on the basis of the technical solution of the above embodiment 1, a structure of a second pressing line is changed to be used as the technical solution of this embodiment 2, that is, the fixing member 41 and the pressing wire frame 42 are integrally connected, the fixing member 41 includes a second fixing plate 414, the second fixing plate 414 is integrally and vertically arranged on a side wall of the pressing wire frame 42 on the side of the caulking groove, meanwhile, a sealing groove 424 is arranged on a side wall of the pressing wire frame 42 parallel to the second fixing plate 414, and a sealing ring 425 for preventing water is embedded in the sealing groove 424, so as to improve the waterproof performance of the second pressing line; when the window pressing device is used, the fixing plate is fixedly arranged at the notch of the standard groove by using the self-tapping screw, and compared with the structure of the second pressing line in the embodiment 1, the safety performance of a window can be greatly improved by the second pressing line in the embodiment 2 on one hand, and the waterproof performance can be effectively improved on the other hand;
a method for installing glass pressing line assembling structure includes the following steps,
and 5, respectively installing the first pressing line 3 in the first standard groove 111 and the third standard groove 211 to finish the assembly of the glass pressing line.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention.
