Abstract
The invention discloses an inflatable sealed gate valve and a vacuum pipeline with the same, wherein the gate valve comprises a gate valve outer frame, a gate and a gate driving device; the upper end of the gate plate driving device is fixedly arranged at the top of the outer frame of the gate plate valve, the lower end of the gate plate driving device is fixedly connected with the gate plate, and the upward and downward movement of the gate plate corresponds to the opening and closing of the gate plate valve; longitudinal sealing strips matched with the cross section of the pipeline are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the flashboard, and vertical sealing strips and lateral sealing strips matched with the cross section of the track are arranged on the bottom side and the left side and the right side of the lower part of the flashboard; inflatable cavities are arranged in the longitudinal sealing strip, the vertical sealing strip and the lateral sealing strip and are externally connected with an inflatable pipeline. The gate valve scheme of the invention can realize reliable sealing without disconnecting the lower track, thereby ensuring the running stability and safe running of the vehicle.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of magnetic suspension traffic systems, and particularly relates to an inflatable and sealed gate valve and a vacuum pipeline with the same.
Background
In order to reduce air resistance when the vehicle runs at high speed, the vehicle is placed in a vacuum pipeline to run. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a lower portion of a vacuum duct 100 of a prior art disclosure is a rail on which a vehicle travels, an electric coil 102 is mounted on a side wall 101 of the rail to provide levitation force and guiding force for the vehicle, and a support wheel rail 104 for supporting wheels to run is provided on an upper surface of a bottom 103 of the rail.
In the actual use process of the vacuum pipeline, the vacuum pipeline needs to be divided into a plurality of sections by using gate valves, if the vacuum pipeline in a certain section is maintained or a train stops in a certain section due to a fault and passengers are required to evacuate, the gate valves at two ends of the section are closed in advance, and then the atmospheric pressure (called as the re-pressure in the technical term) is restored to the vacuum pipeline in the section, so that the gate valve structure is provided.
When a certain section of the vacuum pipeline is repressurized, the gate valves at two ends of the section bear the action of atmospheric pressure difference, the pressure difference value is multiplied by the sectional area of the pipeline, the pressure borne by the gate valves can reach about 200t, the strength of the gate valve structure is greatly tested under the action of the large load, and meanwhile, the high requirement is also put forward on the sealing performance of the gate valves.
The train in the vacuum pipeline runs at an extremely high speed, and once the train collides with an obstacle, the result is unimaginable. The vacuum pipeline is a closed independent space, foreign matters cannot be invaded, the only possible collision factor is the flashboards of a plurality of flashboard valve structures distributed on the line, all the flashboards are in an open state when a train runs, the flashboards are located outside the section of the vacuum pipeline, the train cannot collide with the flashboards, but due to the fact that a plurality of flashboards are arranged on the vacuum pipeline line, the phenomenon that some flashboards are closed mistakenly under the self fault condition is avoided, and therefore the train collides with the train running at high speed.
In addition, when the gate valve at two ends of a certain section of vacuum pipeline is in a closed state, the interior of the section of vacuum pipeline is provided with a working personnel for overhauling and maintaining operation or evacuating passengers, and at the moment, if the gate is mistakenly opened due to a fault, the personnel in the section of pipeline can immediately put into a vacuum state, and great danger can also occur.
The documents that have been disclosed so far disclose a sectional structure of a vacuum pipe as shown in fig. 1, and a gate valve structure for vacuum pipe traffic as shown in fig. 3 to 6.
As can be seen from fig. 3, the prior art gate valve structure 200 mainly comprises three major parts: a gate valve outer frame 201, a telescopic cylinder 202 and a gate 203. The outer frame 201 of the gate valve is welded with the section of the disconnected part of the vacuum pipeline 100 to form an integrated air-tight structure, the telescopic cylinder 202 and the gate 203 are installed in the outer frame 201 of the gate valve, and the telescopic cylinder 202 drives the gate 203 along the vertical extending and contracting action and corresponds to the closing and opening of the gate valve; when the gate valve is opened, a train is allowed to normally pass, and when the gate valve is closed, the corresponding pipeline section can be repressurized (in the figure 2, the telescopic cylinder is in a retraction state, and the gate is in an opening state).
Fig. 5 and 6 show a prior art shutter 203, in order to ensure airtightness, longitudinal sealing rubbers 204 are provided on the front and rear sides of the shutter 203, i.e. on the front and rear sides in the longitudinal direction of the vacuum pipe, to cooperate with a longitudinal sealing engagement region on the vacuum pipe 100, which includes two portions, i.e. an end surface 110 at which the metal pipe is broken and an end surface 120 at which the concrete rail is broken, as shown in fig. 3.
The existing gate valve structure has the following technical defects:
1) Because the gate of the gate valve is closed from top to bottom, a certain pressure can be applied between the gate and the horizontal plane of the rail, so that the sealing of the horizontal plane 105 of the side wall of the rail, the horizontal plane 106 of the bottom of the rail and the horizontal plane 107 of the supporting wheel is very easy to realize (see fig. 7), and the sealing of the vertical plane 108 of the side wall of the rail and the plurality of right-angled edges 109 is very difficult to realize.
In the prior art, in order to solve the problem, the rail bottom 103 and the rail side wall 101 below the gate are disconnected to a certain depth (see fig. 8), so that the gate 203 of the gate valve structure is inserted, and the front and back surfaces of the gate 203 are contacted with the end surface of the disconnected position of the rail to realize sealing. Similarly, since the telescopic cylinder 202 of the shutter 203 is moved in the vertical direction and cannot apply a pressure in the longitudinal direction, the longitudinal sealing effect between the shutter 203 and the vacuum pipe and the broken section of the rail is poor, and air leakage is serious.
In addition, the metal pipe part on the upper part of the vacuum pipe is only used for forming the vacuum pipe cavity and can be disconnected. The concrete track part at the lower part and the metal pipeline at the upper part form a vacuum pipeline cavity together, and the concrete track part at the lower part and the metal pipeline at the upper part form a track for running of a train, the electric coil 102 is arranged on the side wall of the concrete track part, and the track bottom is provided with a support wheel track surface, so that the electric coil and the support wheel track surface at the disconnected part of the vacuum pipeline are disconnected and discontinuous (shown in figure 4), the stability and the comfort of the running of the train are influenced, and the potential safety hazard of the running of the train can be caused.
2) The existing gate valve structure is not provided with a fault guiding safety device and a closed state locking device. When the opening and closing mechanism of the gate 203 fails or power failure, gas cut and the like occur, the gate may fall under the action of the gravity of the gate, so that the gate collides with a train running at high speed, and a plurality of gate valves are arranged along the vacuum pipeline, so that the potential safety hazard is not negligible;
3) The existing gate valve structure is not provided with a gate valve opening state mechanical locking mechanism. When a certain section of the vacuum pipeline needs to be overhauled, the gate valves at two ends of the section are closed, one atmospheric pressure is recovered, then personnel enter the section to carry out work, the telescopic cylinders of the gate valves at two sides of the section cannot be opened due to air leakage, manual misoperation or other reasons, and then the section is communicated with vacuum environments at two sides instantly, so that great potential safety hazards are caused to the personnel entering the repressing section to carry out overhaul work.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the first technical problem of providing an inflatable sealing gate valve. The gate valve can realize the sealing of the gate at sealing dead angles such as vertical, longitudinal and transverse directions (shown in the attached drawing) and a plurality of right-angled edges on the track on the premise of not disconnecting the lower track and ensuring the stability and safety of the train operation; the gate valve in the opening state cannot be closed mistakenly or generate closing action due to any mechanical fault, structural failure and manual misoperation; the gate valve in the closed state cannot be opened mistakenly or generate opening action due to any mechanical failure, structural failure and manual misoperation.
The second technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a vacuum pipeline with the gate valve with the inflatable seal.
In order to solve the first technical problem, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an inflatable-seal gate valve comprises a gate valve outer frame, a gate and a gate driving device;
the upper end of the gate driving device is fixedly arranged at the top of the outer frame of the gate valve, the lower end of the gate driving device is fixedly connected with the gate, and the upward movement and the downward movement of the gate correspond to the opening action and the closing action of the gate valve respectively;
longitudinal sealing belts matched with the section of the pipeline are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the flashboard, and a vertical sealing belt and a lateral sealing belt matched with the geometric shape of the section of the track are arranged on the bottom side and the left side and the right side of the lower part of the flashboard;
an inflatable cavity is arranged in the longitudinal sealing belt, the vertical sealing belt and/or the lateral sealing belt and is externally connected with an inflation pipeline.
Preferably, because the gate valve driving device can apply a vertical acting force to ensure the sealing effect of the vertical sealing strip, the vertical sealing strip can be internally provided with no inflation cavity.
Preferably, the corners of the lower part of the gate plate and the track section geometry are designed as rounded transitions.
Preferably, the sealing belt is made of a flexible and airtight material; such as rubber.
Preferably, in order to ensure that the gate valve in the open state is not closed by mistake, the gate valve further comprises an upper locking device, and the gate valve in the open state is automatically locked after the gate is opened in place.
Preferably, the upper locking device adopts a simple and reliable mechanical spring locking device;
preferably, in view of the safety redundancy design: each gate valve is provided with a plurality of upper locking devices which are completely independent devices without any mechanical or electrical association;
preferably, in order to ensure that the gate valve in the closed state is not opened by mistake, the gate valve further comprises a lower locking device for automatically locking the gate in the closed state after the gate is closed in place.
Preferably, the lower locking device adopts a simple and reliable mechanical spring locking device;
preferably, each gate valve is provided with a plurality of lower locking means, which are completely independent devices without any mechanical or electrical association therebetween;
preferably, to ensure that the gate valve in the closed state does not have to be subjected to a fall-closing action under its own weight in response to a failure such as a lock failure, a drive failure or the like: the gate valve also comprises at least one group of pulley counterweight systems, the gravity of the counterweight is transmitted to the gate plate through the pulley systems, and any group of pulley counterweight systems can overcome the gate plate and the structural weight fixed on the gate plate, so that the gate plate is naturally opened when no driving power acts on the gate plate.

In order to solve the second technical problem, the invention provides a vacuum pipeline with the gate valve with the inflatable seal, which comprises a metal pipeline, a concrete track arranged at the lower part in the metal pipeline and the gate valve with the inflatable seal;
and the upper part of the metal pipeline is provided with a longitudinal sealing belt matching area.
Preferably, the longitudinal sealing fit area is formed by welding on the upper end face of the steel structure pipe wall of the vacuum pipeline.
Preferably, the surface of the longitudinal seal mating region is ground to reduce roughness and improve sealing effect.
The track comprises a track side wall, a track bottom and a supporting wheel track arranged on the track bottom; and the horizontal plane of the side wall of the track, the horizontal plane of the bottom of the track and the surface of the track with the supporting wheel are provided with vertical sealing belt matching areas.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) The sealing tape is designed on the gate plate structure to realize the sealing of the gate plate at sealing dead angles such as a plurality of right-angled edges and the like in the vertical direction, the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction as well as on a track.
2) By adopting a design concept of 'failure guide safety', when the flashboard driving mechanism fails, a fixed pulley system and a counterweight are used for ensuring that the flashboard cannot fall off;
3) Under the condition of not disconnecting the lower track, the sealing of the gate valve is realized, and the running stability and the safe running of the vehicle are ensured;
4) The gate valve is specially designed with a mechanical locking device, so that the gate valve is prevented from being opened by mistake under any condition, and the safety of personnel entering the pipeline is ensured.

Referring to fig. 9-12, as one aspect of the present invention, a gas-tight gate valve 300 includes a gate valve outer frame 310, a gate 320, a gate driving device 350;
the upper end of the gate driving device 350 is fixedly arranged at the top of the gate valve outer frame 310, the lower end of the gate driving device is fixedly connected with the gate 320, and the upward movement and the downward movement of the gate 320 respectively correspond to the opening and the closing of the gate valve 300;
longitudinal sealing strips 321 matched with the section of the pipeline are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the flashboard 320 and are used for being matched and sealed with a longitudinal sealing strip matching zone 411 on the upper part of the metal pipeline; the bottom side and the left and the right sides of the lower part of the flashboard 320 are provided with a vertical sealing strip 322 and a lateral sealing strip 323 which are matched with the geometrical shape of the cross section of the track;
an inflatable cavity 324 is arranged in the longitudinal sealing strip 321; an inflatable cavity 325 is arranged in the vertical sealing strip 322 and/or the lateral sealing strip 323, and the cavities 324 and 325 are externally connected with an inflation pipeline 326.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the gas-filled cavity may not be provided in the vertical sealing strip 322 because the gate valve driving device 350 can apply a vertical force to ensure the sealing effect of the vertical sealing strip 322.
According to some preferred embodiments of the present invention, the longitudinal sealing band 321, the vertical sealing band 322 and the lateral sealing band 323 are made of flexible and airtight materials; preferably rubber.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the corners of the lower portion of the shutter 320 that interfit with the track profile geometry are designed as rounded transitions.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the gate valve 300 further includes an upper locking device 351 for automatically locking the open state of the gate 320 after the gate 320 is opened in place; preferably, a mechanical spring locking arrangement is employed.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the gate valve 300 is provided with a plurality (e.g., 2) of upper locking means 351, and the upper locking means 351 are completely independent devices without any mechanical or electrical connection therebetween.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the gate valve 300 further comprises a lower locking device 352, which automatically achieves locking of the closing state of the shutter 320 after the shutter 320 is closed in place. Preferably, a mechanical spring locking arrangement is employed.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the gate valve 300 includes at least one set of pulley and counterweight system, wherein the weight of the counterweight is transmitted to the gate 320 via the pulley system, and the pulley and counterweight system is capable of overcoming the weight of the gate 320 and the structure fixed thereon, and ensuring that the gate 320 does not fall down due to its own weight and the structure attached thereto.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shutter 300 includes a pulley system 330 and a weight 340; the pulley system comprises at least one set of inner pulleys 331 and outer pulleys 332; the front and the rear of the gate valve outer frame 310 are both provided with outer pulleys 332, and the front and the rear outer pulleys 332 are connected through a connecting shaft 333 penetrating through the gate valve outer frame 310; the inner pulley 331 is arranged in the middle of the connecting shaft 333 and inside the gate valve outer frame 310; the outer pulley 332 is connected to a counterweight 340 by an outer cable 334, and the inner pulley 331 is connected to the shutter 320 by an inner cable 335. The gate valve 300 of the present invention is designed with a fixed pulley system 330 to connect the gate 320 with the counterweight 340, so that when the driving device 350 of the gate valve 300 fails, the gate 320 will not fall down due to the traction of the inner rope 335, and the traction of the inner rope 335 to the gate 320 is provided by the counterweight 340 and transmitted through the outer rope 334, the outer pulley 332 and the inner pulley 331. Further, to prevent rope, counterweight, and sheave system failure, multiple sets of sheave counterweight systems can be designed, where each set of counterweights provides traction sufficient to offset the weight of the gate, and additionally can produce more traction for the same counterweight by increasing the ratio of the outer sheave to the inner sheave diameter. As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the fixed pulley system includes 2 sets of inner and outer pulleys
According to some embodiments of the invention, a bearing sealing element 336 is provided at the connection of the connecting shaft 333 and the gate valve outer frame 310. Since the inner pulley 331 and the outer pulley 332 are respectively located inside and outside the outer frame 310 of the gate valve, and there is an atmospheric pressure difference between the inside and the outside of the outer frame, the sealing member 336 is designed on the pulley bearing.
As another aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides a vacuum pipe 400 having the above-described air-tight gate valve, comprising a metal pipe 410, a concrete rail 420 disposed at an inner lower portion of the metal pipe 410, and an air-tight gate valve 300;
the upper part of the metal pipeline is provided with a longitudinal sealing belt matching area 411;
the lower end part of the outer frame 310 of the gate valve 300 is hermetically fixed on the shell of the vacuum pipeline 400; the joint can be sealed and fixed by the prior art such as welding;
the longitudinal sealing strip matching area 411 on the upper part of the metal pipe is a matching surface matched and sealed with the longitudinal sealing strip 321 on the upper part of the gate plate 320;
the concrete track 420 comprises a track side wall 421, a rail bottom 422 and a support wheel track 423 arranged on the rail bottom 422; the vertical surface 424 of the track side wall 421 and the vertical side surface 425 of the support wheel track 423 are lateral sealing strip 323 matching areas, the horizontal surface 426 of the concrete track side wall 421, the horizontal surface 427 of the track bottom 422 and the surface 428 of the support wheel track 423 are vertical sealing strip matching areas 322, and the vertical sealing matching areas and the transverse sealing matching areas are designed to be circular arc transition.
The operation mode of the vacuum pipeline of the invention is as follows:
under normal conditions, the gate valves are in an open state, trains are allowed to pass, and when a certain section of pipeline needs to be maintained or the trains are temporarily stopped in the certain section of pipeline for passenger evacuation, the gate valves at two ends of the section of pipeline need to be closed. The upper locking device is unlocked, then the flashboard driving mechanism drives the flashboard to fall down to execute closing action, and when the flashboard is closed in place, the lower locking device on the outer frame of the flashboard valve is inserted into the clamping groove on the flashboard, so that reliable mechanical locking in a closed state is formed. Then, high-pressure air with certain pressure is filled into the cavity in the sealing strip of the flashboard through the air charging pipe, so that the sealing of the flashboard in all directions can be realized, and the whole closing action is finished.
After the flashboard is closed, the vacuum pipeline can be repressurized, and then the maintenance operation or the passenger evacuation can be carried out.
When the passengers are evacuated or the overhaul personnel are evacuated, the vacuum of the section of the pipeline is restored, and the process opposite to the closing process is executed to open the gate valve. The lower locking device is unlocked firstly, high-pressure air in a cavity in a sealing strip of the flashboard is released through the inflation tube, and then the flashboard is lifted to the right position by the driving mechanism and then the upper locking device is inserted into a clamping groove on the flashboard, so that reliable mechanical locking in an opening state is formed.
No matter the flashboard valve has any faults, for example, the driving mechanism has failure due to the shrinkage function under the conditions of power failure, gas cut and the like, the upper locking device has failure, and the flashboard can not fall off due to the traction action of the counterweight and invade the running space of the train, so that the danger of collision between the flashboard and the train is avoided.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. Not all embodiments are exhaustive. All obvious changes and modifications which are obvious to the technical scheme of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.
Claims (15)
1. An inflatable sealed gate valve comprises a gate valve outer frame, a gate and a gate driving device;
the upper end of the gate driving device is fixedly arranged at the top of the outer frame of the gate valve, the lower end of the gate driving device is fixedly connected with the gate, and the upward movement and the downward movement of the gate correspond to the opening action and the closing action of the gate valve respectively;
longitudinal sealing belts matched with the section of the pipeline are arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the flashboard, and a vertical sealing belt and a lateral sealing belt matched with the geometric shape of the section of the track are arranged on the bottom side and the left side and the right side of the lower part of the flashboard;
inflatable cavities are arranged in the longitudinal sealing strip and the lateral sealing strip, the cavities are externally connected with an inflation pipeline, and the vertical sealing strip is not provided with the inflatable cavities;
the gate valve also comprises an upper locking device, and when the gate is opened in place, the gate is automatically locked in the opening state;
the gate valve also comprises a lower locking device, and when the gate is closed in place, the gate is automatically locked in a closed state;
the gate valve also comprises at least one group of pulley counterweight systems, the gravity of the counterweight is transmitted to the gate plate through the pulley systems, and the pulley counterweight systems can overcome the gate plate and the structural weight fixed on the gate plate, so that the gate plate can not fall down due to the self and the structural weight attached to the gate plate.
2. The gas-filled sealed gate valve according to claim 1, wherein: the longitudinal sealing belts, the vertical sealing belts and the transverse sealing belts are made of materials with flexibility and air tightness.
3. The gas-filled sealed gate valve according to claim 2, wherein: the material with flexibility and air tightness is rubber.
4. The gas-filled sealed gate valve according to claim 1, wherein: the edges and corners of the lower part of the gate plate and the cross section of the track which are matched with each other geometrically are in fillet transition.
5. The gas-filled sealed gate valve according to claim 1, wherein: the upper locking device adopts a mechanical spring locking device.
6. The gas-filled sealed gate valve according to claim 5, wherein: each gate valve is provided with a plurality of upper locking devices which are completely independent devices without any mechanical or electrical connection.
7. The gas-filled sealed gate valve according to claim 1, wherein: the lower locking device adopts a mechanical spring locking device.
8. The gas-filled sealed gate valve according to claim 7, wherein: each gate valve is provided with a plurality of lower locking devices which are completely independent devices without any mechanical or electrical connection.
9. The gas-filled sealed gate valve according to claim 1, wherein: each gate valve is provided with a plurality of sets of pulley counterweight systems.
10. A vacuum pipe comprising a gas-filled sealed gate valve as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: comprises a metal pipeline, a concrete track arranged at the inner lower part of the metal pipeline and an inflatable and sealed gate valve; and the upper part of the metal pipeline is provided with a longitudinal sealing belt matching area.
11. The vacuum conduit according to claim 10, wherein: the longitudinal sealing belt matching area is formed by welding the upper end face of the steel structure pipe wall of the vacuum pipeline.
12. The vacuum conduit according to claim 10, wherein: the surface of the matching area of the longitudinal sealing belt is polished, so that the roughness is reduced and the sealing effect is improved.
13. The vacuum conduit according to claim 10, wherein: the track comprises a track side wall, a track bottom and a supporting wheel track arranged on the track bottom; and the horizontal plane of the side wall of the track, the horizontal plane of the bottom of the track and the surface of the track of the supporting wheel are provided with vertical sealing belt matching areas.
14. The vacuum conduit according to claim 10, wherein: the surfaces of the vertical sealing strip matching area and the transverse sealing strip matching area are coated, so that the roughness is reduced, and the sealing effect is improved.
15. The vacuum conduit of claim 10, wherein: and the matching area of the vertical sealing belt on the track and the matching area of the transverse sealing belt are in circular arc transition.
