c. the supporting cylinder is driven into the riverbed by depending on the auxiliary platform, and the guiding assembly positions the supporting cylinder; after the supporting cylinder is driven into place, the cantilever positioning guide frame is supported and arranged on the supporting cylinder through the supporting assembly; as shown in fig. 4 and 5, a steel casing 42 or a steel pipe pile 43 is driven into the river bed 1 by the aid of the auxiliary platform 2, and the point-contact type guide jack 34 positions the steel casing 42 or the steel pipe pile 43; after the steel casing 42 or the steel pipe pile 43 is driven into place, welding a wedge-shaped support 44 on the side wall of the steel casing 42 or the steel pipe pile 43, wherein the wedge-shaped support 44 is tightly attached to the lower side of the point contact type guide jack 34, and the cantilever positioning guide frame 3 is supported on the wedge-shaped support 44 on the side wall of the steel casing 42 or the steel pipe pile 43 through the point contact type guide jack 34; the pile cap 41 is arranged on the steel pile casing 42 or the steel pipe pile 43, and the steel pile casing 42 or the steel pipe pile 43 is driven into the riverbed 1 through a pile driver; as shown in fig. 6, the wedge-shaped support 44 abuts against the point-contact type guide jack 34; after the cantilever positioning guide frame 3 is implanted in place in the steel casing 42 or the steel pipe pile 43, the cantilever positioning guide frame is supported on the steel casing 42 or the steel pipe pile 43 through the point-contact type guide jack 34;
d. the next section of cantilever positioning guide frame is fixedly installed by relying on the stably supported cantilever positioning guide frame; repeating the step b to complete the adjustment of the section of cantilever positioning guide frame and the support cylinder; c, repeating the step c, driving the support cylinder into the riverbed, and supporting the cantilever positioning guide frame of the section through the support assembly;
in step d, as shown in fig. 7, an extension platform frame may be laid by supporting the cantilever positioning guide frame in place, and then the cantilever positioning guide frame of the next segment is mounted and fixed by supporting the extension platform frame, and the extension platform frame 45 is laid by supporting the cantilever positioning guide frame 3 in place at a specific position; the extending platform frame 45 is supported on the cantilever positioning guide frame 3, and is laid with the square skid 25 and the support plate 26 to be erected, and the extending platform frame 45 is used as a mounting platform of the next section of cantilever positioning guide frame 3 and an implantation guide platform of the next steel pile casing 42 or steel pipe pile 43; as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the next section of the cantilever positioning guide frame 3 is installed by relying on the extending platform frame 45, the cantilever positioning guide frame 3 is fixedly installed by depending on the extending platform frame, and the point-contact type guide jack 34 is adjusted according to the method in the step b. And c, driving a steel casing 42 or a steel pipe pile 43 into the riverbed 1 by using the extending platform frame 45 as a working platform according to the method in the step c, and supporting the cantilever positioning guide frame 3 on a wedge-shaped support 44 on the steel casing 42 or the steel pipe pile 43.
e. A reinforcing connecting rod assembly is arranged between two adjacent supporting cylinders, so that the stability of the structure is improved;
f. and d, repeating the steps d and e, and erecting an operation platform by depending on the cantilever positioning guide frame and the support cylinder in the ultra-large and large diameter pile foundation underwater operation platform unit.
In step e, a multistage mud pit can be hung below the erected cantilever positioning guide frame.

a connecting rod; and
the arc-shaped hoop is fixedly arranged on the support cylinder body, connecting lugs are arranged on the arc-shaped hoop, and the end parts of the connecting rods are connected with the corresponding connecting lugs on the arc-shaped hoop;
and a plurality of connecting rods are arranged between the two supporting cylinder bodies and are arranged in parallel or/and in a cross way.
