Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of CPP (casting polypropylene) film processing, in particular to a CPP film leveling and winding machine.
Background
The CPP film, i.e., cast polypropylene film, also called as an unstretched polypropylene film, may be classified into a General CPP (General CPP, abbreviated as GCPP) film, an aluminum-plated CPP (metal CPP, abbreviated as MCPP) film, a cooking CPP (restore CPP, abbreviated as RCPP) film, and the like according to applications, and the CPP is a polypropylene (PP) film produced by a cast extrusion molding process in the plastic industry. The film is different from BOPP (biaxially-oriented polypropylene) film and belongs to a non-oriented film. Strictly speaking, CPP films have some orientation only in the Machine Direction (MD) direction, primarily due to process properties. By rapidly cooling on the chill roll, excellent clarity and finish are formed on the film.
The CPP film, i.e., a cast polypropylene film, also called an unstretched polypropylene film, may be classified into a General CPP (General CPP, abbreviated as GCPP) film, an aluminum-plated CPP (metal CPP, abbreviated as MCPP) film, a cooking CPP (restore CPP, abbreviated as RCPP) film, and the like, according to applications.
CPP is a polypropylene (PP) film produced by a cast extrusion process in the plastics industry. The film is different from BOPP (biaxially-oriented polypropylene) film and belongs to a non-oriented film. By rapid cooling on a chill roll, excellent clarity and finish are formed on the film, but during the winding process, the film shrinks due to its toughness, creating wrinkles that affect the product.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a CPP film leveling and winding machine to solve the above technical problems.

Referring to fig. 1-4, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a CPP film leveling and winding machine according to a preferred embodiment; the device comprises a base 1, wherein two connecting rods 2 are fixed at the top of the base 1, a supporting rod 3 is fixed at the top end of each connecting rod 2, a fixing plate 5 is fixed on each supporting rod 3 through a connecting block 4, and a stabilizing block 6 is fixed at the bottom of each fixing plate 5;
as shown in fig. 1, a movable plate 9 is fixed at the bottom of a stabilizing block 6 of the present invention through a power spring 7, a contact rod 10 is disposed at the bottom of the movable plate 9, a contact wheel 11 is disposed at the bottom end of the contact rod 10, a micro motor 12 is disposed on the contact rod 10, a first belt pulley 13 is disposed on the micro motor 12, a second belt pulley 14 is disposed on the contact wheel 11, and the first belt pulley 13 is in transmission with the second belt pulley 14 through a belt 15.
As shown in fig. 4, the support rod 3 of the present invention is provided with a shaft rod, two rollers 16 are rotatably arranged on the shaft rod, and the rollers 16 are provided with rolling beads 17 for facilitating the stretching of the film.
The middle part of the roller 16 of the invention is rotatably provided with a rolling cylinder 18, the bottom of the fixed plate 5 is provided with a fixed block 19, the bottom of the fixed block 19 is fixed with a stable clapboard 20, the fixed block 19 is provided with two damping blocks 22 which are mutually contacted through a buffer spring 21, and the vibration is reduced through the damping blocks 22.
Preferably, the two connecting rods 2 are respectively provided with a first clamping block 23 and a second clamping block 24, and the first clamping block 23 and the second clamping block 24 are respectively connected with a winding drum 26 through a cylinder 25 in a clamping manner.

The working principle of the CPP film leveling and winding machine provided by the invention is as follows: the film is in long transmission at a roller 16, a movable plate 9 is fixed at the bottom of a stabilizing block 6 through a power spring 7, so that a contact wheel 11 is attached to the film, a first belt pulley 13 is driven by a micro motor 12 through a belt 15 and a second belt pulley 14, the film of the contact wheel 11 is stretched towards two sides while being transmitted, and the film is wound through a winding drum 26.
