as a parallel scheme, alpha) a manipulator and a bonding machine which are used for bonding the periphery of the drinking mouth piece 15 and the mouth part composite paper 32 are also arranged at the drinking mouth assembly sealing machine 7; or beta) a manipulator and a bonding machine which are used for bonding the periphery of the drinking piece 15 with the mouth part composite paper 32 are also arranged at the drinking piece sealing machine.
A bottle mouth feeding manipulator 17 for clamping the drinking mouth piece 15 from the bottle mouth feeding machine 16 to the container top opening 34 is arranged on one side of the bottle mouth feeding machine 16;
a cover feeding manipulator 21 for taking out the cover member 19 from the cover feeding machine 20 and installing the cover member on the drinking orifice member 15 or the container top opening 34 is provided at one side of the cover feeding machine 20; the capping assist robot 22 secures the drinking orifice 15 or container top opening 34 when the capping member 19 is installed;
a bottle mouth bonding machine 18 for sealing the cap piece 19 and the drinking mouth piece 15, a buckled buckling manipulator or a threaded connection screwing manipulator are arranged on one side of the stroke of the bottle mouth feeding manipulator 17;
the bottle mouth feeder 16 and the cap member feeder 20 are linear feeding grooves, vibration feeding devices, manipulator feeding devices or push rods.
A bag body heat sealing station of the bag body folding machine 6 is provided with a mould manipulator 24 and a bag body folding manipulator 25, and the mould manipulator 24 is provided with a shaping mould 23 which enters from a container top opening 34 and is pressed on the sheet 4;
the front state piece of the container finished product is formed and folded under the action of a bag body folding mechanical arm 25;
sealing the folding sealing position by a drinking mouth assembly sealing machine;
an extrusion manipulator 26 is arranged at a bag body heat-sealing station, so that the pressing marks of the container finished product front state piece are extruded and formed;
a sterilization station is arranged before or at the same time as the filling station of the filling machine 5, and a sterilizer 27 is arranged at the sterilization station;
a sealing auxiliary manipulator 28 is arranged at a bag sealing station after the filling station, the sealing auxiliary manipulator 28 matches the container top opening 34 with the drinking mouth piece 15, and the drinking mouth assembly bonding machine seals the matching position of the container top opening 34 and the drinking mouth piece 15;
a lug folding machine 29 is arranged behind the bag sealing station for folding the opening 34 at the top of the container
In the third step, firstly, the container finished product front state piece is folded and formed according to the indentation or simultaneously subjected to indentation and folding and forming, or the container finished product front state piece is folded and formed according to a folding and forming die or is subjected to folding and forming according to the folding and forming die and the indentation; then, the folding machine seals the sealing surface; making an indentation in or before the first step and the third step;
in the second step, firstly, the container finished product front state piece after the first step and the third step is disinfected; the filling liquid is then fed into the container through the container top opening 34;
the sheet 4 is one, two or more than three;
the bag body folding machine 6 comprises a top folding machine and/or a side folding machine;
a cutting machine 9 for cutting the continuous container finished product front state pieces into single container finished product front state pieces is arranged between the top folding machine and the side folding machine.
The upper side wall of the container top opening 34 is snap-bonded to the lower side wall of the cap assembly 31, the upper end of the container top opening 34 is snap-bonded to the lower surface of the cap assembly 31, the upper side wall of the container top opening 34 is snap-bonded to the periphery of the cap assembly 31, the V-notch of the upper side wall of the container top opening 34 is snap-bonded to the lower side wall of the cap assembly 31, or the upper side wall of the container top opening 34 is snap-bonded to the V-notch of the lower side wall of the cap assembly 31.
A shaping machine for shaping the side, bottom and/or top of the container is arranged between the filling machine 5 and the drinking opening component sealing machine 7 or behind the drinking opening component sealing machine 7 or on one side of the drinking opening component sealing machine 7;
the shaping machine is a negative pressure pumping machine or a mould and a manipulator for extruding the outer wall of the container; a shaper is provided before the drinking assembly sealer or before the filling machine 5. A punch 12 or a cap capper or a drink piece sealer is arranged between the guillotine 9 and the indenter 10 or before the guillotine 9 or before the indenter 10 or after the guillotine 9 or after the indenter 10.
As shown in fig. 1-6, the improved process for manufacturing a composite paper container for liquid food of the present embodiment comprises the following steps;
firstly, feeding coiled materials; then, the coiled material is cut into sheets 4 of a pre-manufactured size; can be prefabricated separately;
a second step of impressing the sheet 4 for folding and forming; or can be prefabricated in advance;
as a reasonable arrangement of the parallel scheme, punching after indentation is preferred;
before or simultaneously with step two, step a is performed to perform the process of flushing the container top opening 34;
before or simultaneously with the first step, the third step, step A, is carried out to wash the container top opening 34;
between step one and step two, step a is performed to flush the container top opening 34;
executing the step A between the step one and the step two;
in step three, the sheet 4 is folded and bonded according to the indentation and an end filling opening and an end bonding container top opening 34 are reserved; thereby eliminating the need for a punch process to directly bond the cap assembly to the container top opening 34; the folding process can be divided into two stations or one station. When the bottom is used as a filling opening, the top can be folded, then the side can be folded, and the folding position is sealed; or the side part can be folded first and then the top part can be folded. When the side part is used as a filling opening, the corresponding folding sequence and sealing sequence can be selected.
In step three, the sheet 4 is folded and bonded according to the indentation and the top container top opening 34 is left, although the folding and forming process and the indentation may be performed simultaneously; thereby realizing the purpose of avoiding secondary pollution caused by bonding after filling. The sheet 4 may be a prefabricated sheet which is unfolded, shaped and then capped or folded. The sheet 4 may be a prefabricated material. The shaping process can be reasonably increased in the assembly line according to actual conditions.
Step two, filling liquid through the container top opening 34; can be milk, fruit juice, etc.
Step three, folding and bonding the opening 34 at the top of the container;
before or simultaneously with step two, after step a, step B is performed, i.e. the drinking spout assembly is mounted on the composite paper container or sheet 4, which may be unfinished or semi-finished, before or simultaneously with filling with liquid through the container top opening 34.
The drinking spout assembly includes a sealing membrane 30 or cap assembly 31 bonded to the container top opening 34; by adopting the sealing film, the puncture guiding device can be provided with a cannula for puncture, and universal parts such as a bottle cap and the like are used.
Before or simultaneously with the thermoplastic molding of the drinking hole component, a) firstly, pre-bonding mouth part composite paper 32 on the periphery of the drinking hole component; the drinking spout assembly is then bonded to the container top opening 34 by the mouth composite 32; b) the lower end of the drinking spout assembly is bonded to the container top opening 34;
when the closure assembly includes a drinking orifice 15 and a cap member, prior to or simultaneously with step B, the drinking orifice 15 is first bonded to the container top opening 34 (which may be to the container inner surface, the container outer surface, or both), and then the cap member is mounted on the drinking orifice 15 or prior to or simultaneously with step B, the cap member is first mounted on the drinking orifice 15, and then the drinking orifice 15 is bonded to the container top opening 34.
In the third step, firstly, the sheet 4 is folded and formed by a mechanical arm according to the indentation; then, a folder is used for bonding and sealing the bonding surface; thereby forming a semi-finished product.
In the second step, firstly, the composite paper container is disinfected; the liquid fill is then fed into the container through the container top opening 34; the cleanness and the sanitation of the container are ensured.
After the third step, folding and bonding the ear;
the sheet 4 is one, two or more, preferably one or two, so as to reduce the seam.
The container top opening 34 is at the bottom or side of the container, thereby subtly solving the disadvantages of the roof bag.
Shaping the side part, the bottom part and/or the top part of the container is also arranged between the second step and the third step or in the third step, so that the container is prevented from generating a lower convex shape due to the gravity action of liquid;
the shaping process is a conventional technology such as negative pressure pumping or extrusion through a die.
And (C) a shaping process is arranged before the step (B) or before the step (II) is executed, so that the elastic deformation generated after the composite paper of the container is folded is reduced. May be extruded, heat set, etc. by conventional means.
Referring to fig. 1-6, the improved liquid food composite paper container product line of the present embodiment can utilize the existing common equipment or devices for liquid food containers such as roof pillow packs, and can also perform rationality improvement to achieve better line matching, and includes a frame assembly 1, a conveying device 2 disposed on the frame assembly 1 and used for conveying composite paper between stations, a filling machine 5 disposed on the filling station of the frame assembly 1, a drinking spout component sealing machine 7 disposed on the bag sealing station after the filling machine 5, and a bag body folding machine 6 disposed before or at the bag body heat sealing station before the filling machine 5; the various devices related to the invention can be designed independently from each other or integrated into a whole, and the machine of each station is used as one or more station combination mechanisms, which are protection ranges.
A drink opening assembly sealer is provided before or at the same time as the filler 5 at a drink opening assembly sealing station.
The conveying device 2 comprises a conveying manipulator, a linear conveying device, a rotary conveying device or a broken line conveying device or a curve conveying device;
a lower jacking device 3 is arranged below each station of the frame assembly 1;
the liquid to be filled is fed into the filling machine 5 through a pipeline, and a valve and a flowmeter are arranged on the pipeline, so that accurate metering is realized.
An indentation station is arranged on the frame assembly 1, and an indentation machine 10 for processing an indentation line 14 on the sheet 4 is arranged on the indentation station;
a cutting station is arranged before or simultaneously with the indentation station, and a cutting machine 9 for cutting the composite paper into the sheet 4 is arranged at the cutting station;
a feeding station is arranged at the cutting station, and a feeding machine 8 for conveying the composite paper coiled material is arranged at the feeding station;
before or simultaneously with the creasing station or between the creasing station and the filling station or before or simultaneously with the filling station, a punching station is provided, at which a punch 12 is provided.
An auxiliary pressing hand 11 or a negative pressure suction nozzle for pressing the composite paper is arranged at the punching station, and a positioning baffle which is fixed or driven by a mechanical arm is arranged at the punching station;
the punch 12 descends down the composite paper to punch the cut-out opening 13 as the container top opening 34.
The drinking spout assembly includes a sealing membrane 30 or cap assembly 31 bonded to the container top opening 34;
a drinking port assembly sealing manipulator is arranged at a drinking port assembly heat sealing station; a drink spout assembly sealing robot mounts the drink spout assembly at the container top opening 34;
as a parallel scheme, a), the mouth part composite paper 32 is pre-bonded on the periphery of the drinking mouth assembly, and the drinking mouth assembly sealing machine bonds the mouth part composite paper 32 with the top opening 34 of the container at a drinking mouth assembly heat sealing station; b) at the drink spout assembly sealing station, a drink spout assembly sealer bonds the lower end of the drink spout assembly to the container top opening 34.
When the closure assembly comprises a drinking orifice 15 and a cap member 19,
a bottle mouth feeder 16 pre-stored with a drinking mouth piece 15 and a cap piece feeder 20 pre-stored with a cap piece 19 are arranged on one side of the drinking mouth assembly heat sealing station;
a bottle mouth feeding manipulator 17 for clamping the drinking mouth piece 15 from the bottle mouth feeding machine 16 to the container top opening 34 is arranged on one side of the bottle mouth feeding machine 16;
a cover feeding manipulator 21 for taking out the cover piece 19 from the cover piece feeding machine 20 is arranged on one side of the cover piece feeding machine 20 and is installed on the drinking hole piece 15; the capping aid robot 22 presses the container or the drinking spout 15 during the mounting of the cap 19, thereby achieving a direct or indirect fixing of the drinking spout 15.
A bottle mouth bonding machine 18 for bonding the cap piece 19 and the drinking mouth piece 15, a buckled buckling manipulator or a threaded connection screwing manipulator are arranged on one side of the stroke of the bottle mouth feeding manipulator 17;
the bottle mouth feeder 16 and the cap member feeder 20 are linear feeding grooves, vibration feeding devices, manipulator feeding devices or push rods.
A mould manipulator 24 and a bag folding manipulator 25 are arranged at the bag heat-sealing station, and a shaping mould 23 which enters from an extruding manipulator 26 of the composite paper container and is pressed on the sheet 4 is arranged on the mould manipulator 24;
the sheet 4 is shaped and folded under the action of a bag body folding manipulator 25;
the sealing machine of the drinking mouth component carries out heat sealing and bonding on the folding sealing position;
an extruding manipulator 26 is arranged at the heat-seal station of the bag body, so that the composite paper container is extruded and formed according to the indentation;
a sterilization station is arranged before or at the same time as the filling station of the filling machine 5, and a sterilizer 27 is arranged at the sterilization station;
a sealing auxiliary manipulator 28 is arranged at the bag sealing station, the sealing auxiliary manipulator 28 folds the opening 34 at the top of the container, and the drinking port component sealing machine 7 carries out heat sealing on the seal; the container may be a box, a bag, a paper cup or other prior art.
A lug folding machine 29 is provided after the bag closing station to fold the container at the top opening 34.
A trimmer for trimming the sides, bottom and/or top of the container is also provided between the filling machine 5 and the drink opening assembly sealer 7 or after the drink opening assembly sealer 7 or on the side of the drink opening assembly sealer 7.
The shaping machine is a negative pressure pumping machine or a mould and a manipulator for extruding the outer wall of the container.
A shaping machine is arranged in front of the drinking mouth component sealing machine or the filling machine 5; the shaper may be an extruder and/or a heat setter.
When the invention is used, the rack assembly 1 is a general name, the conveying device 2 realizes the general name of connection among all working procedures, the lower jacking device 3 plays a role of bottom support, the filling machine 5, the bag folding machine 6, the drinking spout component sealing machine 7, the feeding machine 8, the cutting machine 9, the marking press 10, the auxiliary pressing hand 11, the punching machine 12, the bottle mouth feeding machine 16, the bottle mouth feeding mechanical arm 17, the bottle mouth bonding machine 18, the cap piece 19, the cap piece feeding machine 20, the sealing cover feeding mechanical arm 21, the sealing cover auxiliary mechanical arm 22, the shaping mold 23, the mold mechanical arm 24, the bag body folding mechanical arm 25, the extruding mechanical arm 26, the sterilizer 27, the sealing auxiliary mechanical arm 28 and the folding earphone 29 can all adopt general equipment, the mechanical arm freedom degree can be set as required, the jaw shape can be set as required, and the extruding and positioning molds can be set; the orifice 13 and the indentation line 14 are prefabricated according to the basic drawing and the requirements of customers, the invention reduces the sterilization process for the streamlined operation of the finished product of the container, avoids the influence of secondary sterilization on the taste of the beverage, avoids the contact of glue solution and liquid, is clean and sanitary, reduces pollution, improves the efficiency and reduces the cost. The invention reduces suture lines, the rejection rate, the use of sealing strips, the process environment, the injection molding cost and the energy consumption.
The present invention has been fully described for a clear disclosure and is not to be considered as an exemplification of the prior art.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; it is obvious as a person skilled in the art to combine several aspects of the invention. And such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

Claims (11)

1. An improved finished product process of a liquid food composite paper container comprises the following steps;
step three, folding and sealing the container finished product front state piece and keeping a container top opening (34);
the method is characterized in that: with respect to the filling step, the method is classified into an α) scheme or a β) scheme;
step two, 2 α) filling liquid through the container top opening (34) or 2 β) through the drinking spout member (15) of the drinking spout assembly of the container finish front state member;
step three, 3 alpha) sealing the top opening (34) of the container with the drinking opening assembly after filling through the top opening (34) of the container; 3 β) after filling through the mouthpiece (15), a cap member (19) is mounted on the mouthpiece (15).
2. The improved liquid food composite paper container finishing process according to claim 1, wherein:
before or simultaneously with step two, step B, B β) is performed, i.e. before filling through the drinking orifice (15), the drinking orifice (15) is mounted on the container top opening (34);
before the third step, the step C, C beta) is carried out, namely when the drinking mouth piece (15) is filled, the matched cap piece (19) is disinfected; or ca) that is, when filled with the container top opening (34), the mating spout assembly is sterilized.
3. The improved process for manufacturing a composite paper container for liquid food as claimed in claim 1, wherein step four is performed after or simultaneously with step three, and the composite paper container is subjected to a shaping process;
also as a first set of side-by-side solutions regarding the step of cutting,
a) the following steps are included before the first step and the third step;
step one, cutting the coiled material into sheets (4) with a prefabricated size;
secondly, performing indentation for folding and forming on the sheet (4);
or b) comprises the following steps before step one or three;
the method comprises the following steps of (1) impressing a coiled material for folding forming;
cutting the coiled material into a sheet (4) with a prefabricated size;
or c) the following steps are included before the first step and the third step;
step two, performing indentation for folding and forming on the coiled material and cutting the coiled material into a sheet (4) with a prefabricated size;
or d) before the first step, executing the second step, impressing the coiled material for folding and forming, and after the first step and before the second step, cutting the coiled material-shaped container finished product front state piece into a single container finished product front state piece;
or e) after step one third and before step two, cutting the web-like container pre-form into individual container pre-form pieces.
4. The improved process for forming a composite paper container for liquid food as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drinking spout assembly comprises a cap assembly (31) sealed to the top opening (34) of the container;
as a parallel solution for arranging the cap assembly (31) on the top opening (34) of the container, a), firstly, the compound paper (32) of the opening part is pre-sealed around the cap assembly (31); then, the bottle cap component (31) is sealed with the top opening (34) of the container through the mouth part composite paper (32); b) the lower end of the bottle cap component (31) is sealed with the top opening (34) of the container;
the bottle cap assembly (31) comprises a drinking mouth piece (15) and a cap piece (19) which are separated or integrated, or the bottle cap assembly (31) comprises the drinking mouth piece (15) and the cap piece (19) which are separated or the bottle cap assembly (31) comprises the cap piece (19);
when the drinking orifice member (15) is separate from the cap member (19), the drinking orifice member (15) is attached to the cap member (19) before, after, or simultaneously with the sealing of the drinking orifice member (15) to the container top opening (34).
5. The improved liquid food composite paper container finishing process according to claim 1, wherein:
in the third step, firstly, the container finished product front state piece is folded and formed according to the indentation or simultaneously subjected to indentation and folding and forming, or the container finished product front state piece is folded and formed according to a folding and forming die or is subjected to folding and forming according to the folding and forming die and the indentation; then, the folding machine seals the sealing surface; making an indentation in or before the first step and the third step;
in the second step, firstly, the container finished product front state piece after the first step and the third step is disinfected; then, feeding the filling liquid into the container through the container top opening (34);
after the third step, folding and sealing the ear;
the number of the sheets (4) is one, two or more than three.
6. The improved liquid food composite paper container finishing process according to claim 1, wherein:
for the folding forming in the step one and the step three, the steps one and the step three and the step two are executed simultaneously or sequentially,
step one, three, one, folding the top;
step one, folding the side part;
or
Step one, folding the side part;
step one, folding the top;
a cutting process is arranged between the first step three and the second step three in sequence, and the continuous container finished product front state piece is cut into a single container finished product front state piece;
the container top opening (34) is stamped, cut or folded.
7. The improved process for manufacturing a composite paper container for liquid food as claimed in claim 1, wherein between step two and step three or in step three, a shaping process for the side, bottom and/or top of the container is further performed to prevent the container from being raised due to the gravity of the liquid;
the shaping process is negative pressure pumping or extrusion through a die.
8. The improved process for preparing the composite paper container for liquid food as claimed in claim 1, wherein a shaping process is performed before step two to reduce the elastic deformation of the front state member of the container after folding.
9. The improved process for manufacturing a composite paper container for liquid food as claimed in claim 2, wherein for the scheme a) of the first set of parallel schemes or for the scheme b) of the first set of parallel schemes:
the following parallel scheme is also performed, a 1), before or at the same time as step two, step a or step B is performed;
b1) before or at the same time of the first step and the third step, executing the step A or the step B;
c1) executing the step A or the step B between the step two and the step one;

The improved liquid food composite paper container finishing process according to claim 1, wherein: by means of a production line, the machine comprises a frame assembly (1), a conveying device (2) which is arranged on the frame assembly (1) and used for conveying the composite paper between stations, a filling machine (5) which is arranged on a filling station of the frame assembly (1), and a bag body folding machine (6) which is arranged in front of or at the same time as the filling machine (5) and used for performing heat sealing on bags;
a bag body folding machine (6) folds and seals the state parts before the container finished product and reserves a container top opening (34);
the drinking spout assembly of the container includes a cap assembly (31) sealed over a top opening (34) of the container; the closure assembly (31) comprises a drinking spout member (15) and/or a closure member (19);
it is characterized in that the filling method is classified into an alpha) scheme or a beta) scheme;
as a side-by-side solution, α) a filling machine (5) fills through a container top opening (34), after which filling machine (5) a drink opening assembly sealer (7) is arranged; or beta) the filling machine (5) is filled through the drinking orifice piece (15), a drinking orifice piece sealing machine for installing the drinking orifice piece (15) on the container top opening (34) is integrally arranged between the filling machine (5) and the bag body folding machine (6) or in front of the bag body folding machine (6) or on the filling machine (5) or on the bag body folding machine (6), and a cap piece capping machine for installing the cap piece (19) on the drinking orifice piece (15) is integrally arranged or behind the drinking orifice piece sealing machine.

and/or a lower jacking device (3) is arranged below each station of the frame assembly (1);
and/or the filling machine (5) sends the liquid to be filled through a pipeline, and the pipeline is provided with a valve and a flowmeter;
or aiming at the proposal of alpha), a drinking mouth component feeding manipulator is arranged at one side of the drinking mouth component sealing machine (7), and a disinfecting machine is arranged in front of the filling machine (5) or integrally; the drinking hole component feeding manipulator comprises a bottle mouth feeding machine (16) in which a drinking hole part (15) is pre-stored and a cap part feeding machine (20) in which a cap part (19) is pre-stored;
