As shown in fig. 2, when the pedaling frame 2 is retracted, the spring bolt limiting mechanism 3 is drawn out and rotated by the circular handle, so that the limiting rod of the spring bolt limiting mechanism 3 is perpendicular to the connecting bracket 13 and fixed on the limiting plate 25, and the connecting bracket 13 is fixedly connected with the pedaling beam 24 of the other-stage pedaling frame, so that the pedaling frame 2 is limited, the swinging of the pedaling frame 2 is prevented, the noise is avoided, and the popping-out of the pedaling frame in the driving process is avoided.
The spring bolt limiting mechanism 3 is simple in structure and does not occupy redundant space. Because the spring is fixed on the connecting bracket 13, the spring bolt limiting mechanism 3 cannot fall off and be lost in the vehicle running process.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the hidden stepping device of the present embodiment further includes: a fixed bracket 8;
one end of the guide rail frame 1 is fixedly arranged on the upper loading compartment 4 and/or the vehicle frame (6)6 through a fixed bracket 8.
The fixed support 8 is an angle iron, and two ends of the guide rail frame 1 are respectively welded with one surface of one fixed support 8; the other end of each fixed bracket 8 is fixedly connected to the upper cargo box 4 and/or the frame 6 by bolts and nuts.
As shown in fig. 8, the hidden stepping apparatus of the present embodiment further includes: adjusting the bracket 7;
one end of the guide rail bracket 1 is fixedly arranged on the vehicle frame 6 through an adjusting bracket 7, so that the installation position of the guide rail bracket 1 on the vehicle frame 6 can be changed.
As shown in fig. 6 to 8, the present embodiment is fixedly installed at the rear of the upper cargo box 4 or at the side of the frame 6. When the pedal car guide rail frame is arranged at the rear part or the side surface of the upper loading carriage, the pedal car guide rail frame 1 is welded with the fixed bracket 8, and then the pedal car guide rail frame is fixed on the reinforcing beam of the upper loading carriage 4 in a hoisting mode; when the pedal car guide rail frame is arranged on the side surface of the car frame 6, the pedal car guide rail frame 1 is welded with the fixed support 8, and then the pedal car guide rail frame is fixed with the car frame 6 in a side surface bolt mode.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the present embodiment is adjustably mounted on the vehicle body frame 6. The adjusting bracket 7 is U-shaped, through holes which can be penetrated by bolts are arranged at two ends of the adjusting bracket, and the bottom of the adjusting bracket is fixedly welded with the guide rail frame 1. One end of each bolt penetrating through two ends of the adjusting bracket 7 is fixed with the adjusting bracket 7 through a nut, and the other end of each bolt is fixedly provided with a sucker. The sucker can enable the hidden stepping device to slide on the frame 6, and the position of the hidden stepping device can be adjusted at will.
In other embodiments, screw holes may be formed along the upper and lower edges of the frame 6. The position of each screw hole corresponds to the through hole on the adjusting bracket 7. The adjusting bracket 7 can be fixedly connected with the frame 6 through bolts and nuts. When the position of the hidden stepping device needs to be adjusted, the bolt and the nut are detached, and the hidden stepping device is screwed again along the frame 6 to the position of the next pair of screw holes.
In the installation process, the pedaling guide rail frame 1 is welded with the adjusting bracket 7, and then the pedaling frame is movably arranged on the frame 6 through the fastening sucker on the adjusting bracket 7. And for different sections of the frame 6, only the size of the bracket 7 needs to be changed. For the frame 6 with the variable cross section, the connection form between the adjusting bracket 7 and the pedaling guide rail frame 1 can be changed into bolt fixation, and for different positions of the frame 6, the adjusting bracket 7 can be replaced.
As shown in fig. 6 to 9, the rail bracket 1 is installed above the body component 5, and when the kicking frame 2 is unfolded and the kicking frame 2 bears the gravity, the rail bracket 1 can be in contact with the body component 5, so that the body component 5 can share a part of the gravity, thereby further ensuring the stability of the hidden stepping device.
The invention has the advantages of convenient production, low cost and convenient use by adjusting the structure. When the bicycle needs to be pedaled, the pedaled bicycle frame is unfolded; when not in use, the pedal frame is folded. The invention can be arranged at any position on the chassis frame, can utilize the narrow space between the upper garment and the chassis piece, has higher space utilization rate and has no limitation. For the upper garment with the pedaling requirement, the upper garment can be mounted at the bottom of an upper loading compartment, the side edge and the rear part of the upper loading compartment can be both, the mounting is simple, and the operation is convenient. Different integral installation modes can be selected according to specific situations. The fixed installation can adopt bolt connection or riveting; the adjustable installation adopts the connection of adjustment support, can realize the fixed of frame different positions, also can realize the fixed of variable cross section frame different positions through the change of adjustment support.
This embodiment simple structure, the feasibility of implementation is high, convenient operation, and space utilization is higher, does not influence functions such as whole car size, maintenance and filling, the high altitude construction of being convenient for. The embodiment can be applied to various positions, and different integral installation modes can be selected according to specific situations. The fixed installation can adopt bolt connection or riveting; the adjustable installation adopts the connection of adjustment support, can realize the fixed of frame 6 different positions, also can realize the fixed of variable cross section frame 6 different positions through the change of adjustment support. The operation platform can be additionally arranged on the chassis according to the condition; the pedal type pedal device is installed in an upper loading compartment or other positions with pedaling requirements, is small in installation limitation and is easy to realize.

Claims (10)

1. A hidden stepping device, comprising: a guide rail bracket (1) and a pedal frame (2);
one end of the guide rail bracket (1) is fixedly arranged on the upper loading compartment (4) and/or the frame (6);
the pedal frame (2) is slidably arranged on the guide rail frame (1);
when the pedal frame (2) is folded, the pedal frame (2) is completely accommodated in the guide rail frame (1);
when the pedaling frame (2) is unfolded, one end of the pedaling frame (2) is hinged to the other end of the guide rail frame (1), and the other end of the pedaling frame (2) is vertical to the lower part of the guide rail frame (1).
2. The hidden stepping device of claim 1, further comprising: a spring bolt limiting mechanism (3);
when the pedal frame (2) is folded, the pedal frame (2) is fixedly accommodated in the guide rail frame (1) through the spring bolt limiting mechanism (3).
3. The hidden stepping device of claim 1, wherein the track frame (1) comprises: a connecting bracket (11) and two parallel guide rails (12);
one end of each of the two guide rails (12) is fixedly arranged at the two ends of the connecting bracket (11) respectively;
the connecting bracket (11) is fixedly arranged on the upper loading compartment 4 and/or the frame (6);
the opposite inner sides of the two guide rails (12) are both of an internal hollow structure;
one end of the pedal frame (2) is arranged in the opposite inner sides of the two guide rails (12) and can slide along the inner sides of the two guide rails (12).
4. The hidden stepping device of claim 3, wherein the track frame (1) further comprises:
and the supporting bracket (13) is arranged at the other end of the two tracks and is used for limiting the pedaling frame (2).
5. The hidden stepping device of claim 4, wherein the stepping frame (2) comprises: a hinged shaft (21) and two support pipes (23) arranged in parallel;
one end of each of the two support pipes (23) is fixedly arranged at the two ends of the articulated shaft (21);
the articulated shaft (21) is positioned at one end of the pedal frame (2), and two ends of the articulated shaft (21) are respectively installed in the opposite inner sides of the two guide rails (12);
the articulated shaft (21) can drive the supporting tube (23) to slide along the inner sides of the two guide rails (12);
the length and the width of the pedal frame (2) are respectively smaller than those of the guide rail frame (1);
when the pedal frame (2) is folded, the articulated shaft (21) is abutted against the connecting bracket (11), and the two supporting pipes (23) are respectively abutted against the inner sides of the corresponding guide rails (12).
6. The hidden stepping device of claim 5, wherein the stepping frame (2) further comprises: a two-stage pedaling beam (24);
one of the two support pipes (23) is fixedly provided with a first-stage pedaling beam (24), and the other one of the two support pipes (23) is fixedly provided with a second-stage pedaling beam (24);
when the pedal frame (2) is unfolded, two ends of the articulated shaft (21) are positioned in the other ends of the two guide rails (12); the two-stage pedaling beam (24) is positioned below the other end of the guide rail bracket (1); one end of each of the two support tubes (23) is abutted against the support bracket (13).
7. The hidden stepping device as claimed in claim 6, wherein a limit bracket (22) is fixedly arranged at both ends of the hinged shaft (21);
when the pedaling frame (2) slides or is folded on the guide rail frame (1), the limiting bracket (22) is positioned in the inner sides of the two guide rails (12) and is not contacted with the two guide rails (12);
when the pedal frame (2) is unfolded, the limiting bracket (22) is positioned in the other ends of the two guide rails (12) and is propped against the inner walls of the guide rails (12).
8. The hidden stepping device of claim 6, wherein a stop plate (25) is fixedly arranged on the stepping beam (24) of the other stepping stage;
when the pedal frame (2) is folded, the spring bolt limiting mechanism (3) is locked with the limiting plate (25), so that the pedal frame (2) is fixed in the guide rail frame (1).
9. The hidden stepping device of claim 1, further comprising: a fixed bracket (8);
one end of the guide rail bracket (1) is fixedly arranged on the upper loading compartment 4 and/or the frame (6) through a fixing bracket (8).
10. The hidden stepping device of claim 1, further comprising: an adjusting bracket (7);
one end of the guide rail frame (1) is fixedly arranged on the vehicle frame (6) through an adjusting bracket (7), so that the installation position of the guide rail frame (1) on the vehicle frame (6) can be changed.
