When the wire is required to be made, the calibration rope installation part 1 is fixed through the first sucker, and the sucker fixing part 6 is connected with the calibration fixing part 2; the alignment rope 5 is pulled out, the alignment fixing part 2 is fixed through the second sucker on the sucker fixing part 6, the locking ring 9 is rotated, the locking ring 9 presses the locking piece 10 inwards, and the locking piece 10 is pressed to compress the alignment rope 5, so that the alignment rope 5 is locked. When the round is required, the chalk holding part 7 is connected with the calibration fixing part 2, and the calibration rope 5 is locked and fixed by the locking device, so that the round is made by taking the calibration rope mounting part 1 as a round point.
