Abstract
The invention discloses a control method for manufacturing a transparent door panel decoration strip by using a novel INS (inertial navigation System) preparation process, which consists of a sensor, a controller, an actuator, an alarm and a power supply unit, wherein the sensor comprises the following steps: the sensor is used for acquiring data for manufacturing the transparent door panel decorative strip and transmitting the acquired data to the controller through the communication unit; the control method comprises the following steps: the method comprises the following steps: collecting data for manufacturing the transparent door panel decorative strip through a sensor and transmitting the collected data to a controller; step two: the controller is used for controlling the transparent door panel decoration strip data collected by the sensor and sending an executed instruction to the actuator for execution; the invention has the beneficial effects that: through the designed filtering module, the influence of redundant data is reduced, and the control sensitivity is improved; when a fault occurs, the alarm is given, and therefore workers are dispatched to carry out maintenance; the invention has good popularization value while reducing the control cost.

INS is that the plastic part to be decorated is put into a three-dimensional mould, and then the finished product is put into another mould for injection molding without any film technology; the INS process has the advantages that: about 20% of ejected material can be saved each time; is a dry and easy decoration making process; the design of the decorative pattern on the surface can be easily changed at any time; a plurality of ejection points can be selected; because of the gloss of the film surface, the surface of the article need not be wiped after ejection; the edge decoration is good; the designed distortion and defect can be easily identified before ejection; the surface structure within the injection mold may be evident on the INS film; the deformation stage of the in-mold casting INS can be achieved.
In order to improve the control sensitivity, reduce the cost and increase the popularization effect, a control method for manufacturing a transparent door panel decoration strip by using a novel INS preparation process is provided.

the power supply unit 7 is used for supplying power to the sensor 1, the controller 2, the actuator 3 and the alarm 4;
