Because the clamping opening 103c-4 is arranged on the fixed column 103c-3 in an array manner, the clamping can be successfully carried out only when the clamping column 103g-14 is matched with the clamping opening 103c-4, so that the adjusting angle is more accurate, and the adjusting angle is a constant angle value in each rotation. After the angle is adjusted, the pressing piece 103h is pulled out by rotating the pressing piece again, so that the blade piece 103c is fixed again by the adjusting locking piece 103g, and the next blade piece 103c can be adjusted by moving the pressing piece 103h back. The fan blade pieces 103c with the angle needing to be changed can be selected by workers at will through the annular groove 103a-1 to meet working requirements, and the pressing piece 103h can be clamped on the annular groove 103a-1 to play a role in fixing after adjustment is finished.
