rotating, through a high-frequency oscillation signal sent by the ultrasonic cleaner, the water body near the pipe body generates a 'cavitation effect', the sludge adhering to the filter screen is removed through impact waves generated by the water body, after the filter screen is peeled, the ultrasonic flowmeter arranged in the isolation pipe body 1 in an embedded mode detects that the flow rate in the pipe body 1 is restored to be within a normal numerical range, the ultrasonic flowmeter transmits the signal to the control module, the control module controls the ultrasonic cleaner to be closed, the control module controls the output shaft of the motor 201 to continue rotating, and the device is restored to be normal.
