Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, specific embodiments accompanied with examples are described in detail below. Several embodiments of the invention are given in the examples. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
The embodiment of the invention discloses a medicinal liquor for traumatic injury, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
4-6 parts of cassia twig;
4-6 parts of cinnamon;
4-6 parts of ligusticum wallichii;
4-6 parts of clematis root;
2-3 parts of borneol;
4-6 parts of safflower;
4-6 parts of schefflera arboricola;
0.5-2 parts of fresh mint leaves;
80-120 parts of edible alcohol.
The traumatic injury medicinal liquor disclosed by the invention is added with traditional Chinese medicine components such as cassia twig, cinnamon, ligusticum wallichii, radix clematidis, borneol and the like. Wherein ramulus Cinnamomi has effects of inducing sweat, expelling pathogenic factors from muscles, warming and dredging channels and collaterals, supporting yang, regulating qi, and calming the adverse-rising energy. Cortex Cinnamomi has effects of dispelling cold, relieving pain, promoting blood circulation and dredging channels. Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong has effects of promoting blood circulation, activating qi-flowing, dispelling pathogenic wind and relieving pain. The clematis root has the effects of expelling wind-damp, dredging collaterals, relieving pain and eliminating bone sticking. Borneolum has analgesic and repercussive effects. Carthami flos has effects of promoting blood circulation, dredging channels, removing blood stasis and relieving pain. Rhizoma et radix Paris polyphylla has effects of clearing heat and detoxicating, detumescence and relieving pain, cooling liver and arresting convulsion. The fresh folium Menthae has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind heat, diminishing inflammation and relieving itching.
After the effective components of the traditional Chinese medicines are processed and promoted, the effects of clearing and activating the channels and collaterals, diminishing inflammation, eliminating dampness, relieving depression, relieving pain and diminishing swelling are realized under the action of pungent-warm movement of alcohol.
The preparation method of the traumatic injury medicinal liquor comprises the following steps:
s1, separately and independently heating and stir-frying the cassia twig, the cinnamon, the ligusticum wallichii and the clematis chinensis for 5-20 min, continuously spraying edible vinegar in the heating and stir-frying process, wherein the amount of the edible vinegar in the heating and stir-frying process is based on keeping the raw materials moist but not accumulating water;
s2, putting the hot materials of cassia twig, cinnamon, ligusticum wallichii and clematis root obtained after heating and stir-frying into a jar while the materials are hot, and laying the layers of hot materials and borneol into the jar when the cassia twig, the cinnamon, the ligusticum wallichii and the clematis root are put into the jar;
s3, sealing for 2 to 5 days immediately after cylinder filling is finished;
s4, adding edible alcohol after sealing for 2-5 days, sealing the jar and soaking for 8-12 days, wherein the adding amount of the edible alcohol just submerges the surface of the uppermost raw material;
s5, sealing the jar, soaking for 8-12 days, adding the safflower and the paris polyphylla into the jar, adding the edible alcohol again, soaking for 5-8 days, and sealing the jar;
s6, sealing the jar, soaking for 5-8 days, adding fresh mint leaves, adding the residual alcohol, and sealing the jar, soaking for 50-70 days;
and S7, sealing the jar, soaking for 50-70 days, opening the jar, stirring, sealing the jar again, soaking for 8-12 days, and filtering to obtain the traumatic injury medicinal liquor.
In the step S1, the raw materials of cinnamon twig, cinnamon bark, chuanxiong rhizome and clematis root can be separately added into the pan and stir-fried with slow fire. During the heating and stir-frying process, the edible vinegar is continuously sprayed. The edible vinegar is prepared by parching the above materials until they are cooked to five or six degrees, and taking out when they are wet and have no pearl.
It can be understood that the time for heating, stir-frying and stir-frying the raw materials is controlled according to the amount of the raw materials and the degree of heating, the raw materials are fried until the raw materials are cooked five or six, and the raw materials are generally stir-fried for 5-20 minutes under the condition that the raw materials are moist but water is not accumulated.
The edible vinegar is added during the heating and stir-frying process, so that the medicinal properties of the traditional Chinese medicine components can be promoted.
Preferably, the edible vinegar is white vinegar. The white vinegar can not change the color of the raw materials when being stir-fried, and can better promote the medicinal properties of the raw materials.
Heating and stir-frying the raw materials, adding the raw materials into a jar while the raw materials are hot, stacking the fried raw materials into the jar according to a layer of hot materials and a layer of ice sheets, sealing the jar quickly, and sealing for 2 to 5 days. The raw materials are fermented in the process of sealing in the jar, and the raw materials are decomposed to make the medicinal components fully released. Pouring part of alcohol after sealing the tee joint, flattening the surface of the medicine with the alcohol, soaking for 8-12 days, then adding safflower and paris polyphylla, adding the alcohol to submerge the surface of the raw materials, soaking for 5-8 days, opening the cylinder, adding fresh mint leaves, pouring the rest of the alcohol into the cylinder, stirring after 50-70 days, opening the cylinder, sealing the cylinder again, soaking for 8-12 days, and filtering to obtain the traumatic injury medicinal liquor.

The evaluation criteria of the therapeutic effect in table 1 are as follows:
the swelling and tenderness are relieved after the medicine is taken for 6 hours, and the swelling and tenderness disappear after the medicine is taken for 7 days;
the effect shows that the swelling and the tenderness are relieved after the medicine is taken for 10 hours, and the swelling and the tenderness disappear after the medicine is taken for 7 to 14 days;
effective, indicating that the swelling and tenderness are reduced after 24h of medication, and the swelling and tenderness disappear after 14 to 21 days of medication;

As can be seen from table 1, the traumatic injury medicated wine of examples 1 and 2 has a good effect on treating general traumatic injuries. Compared with common traumatic injury medicinal liquor, the medicinal liquor has the effects of relaxing tendons and activating collaterals and reducing swelling, and also has the effects of diminishing inflammation, eliminating dampness, relieving depression and relieving pain, so that the injured person can be healed more quickly.
Example 3 compared with examples 1 and 2, fresh mint leaves were not added, and the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects were not good. Example 4 compared with examples 1 and 2, no edible vinegar was sprayed during the heating and stir-frying process of the raw materials, so that the medicinal properties of the traditional Chinese medicine were not fully developed, and the medicinal effects were not ideal. In example 5, compared with examples 1 and 2, the heated materials are not put in a jar and then are not fermented in a sealed manner, so that the traditional Chinese medicine materials are not decomposed and released sufficiently, and the efficacy is not ideal. Therefore, the addition of vinegar in the process of heating and stir-frying the raw materials and the process of cylinder sealing and fermentation play a role in the preparation process of the traumatic injury medicinal liquor.
