Claims (7)

1. A neurosurgical posterior cranium distraction drainage device, comprising: an installation mechanism (1); the lower end of the mounting mechanism (1) is provided with two groups of anti-skidding mechanisms (2), and screw rods (201) of the anti-skidding mechanisms (2) are mounted on two sides of the main body (101) through threads; the front end of the mounting mechanism (1) is provided with an inserting mechanism (3), and the inserting mechanism (3) comprises a connecting piece (301), an inserting block (302), a fixed block (303) and a rotating piece (304); the connecting piece (301) is of a U-shaped structure, and the front end of the connecting piece (301) is provided with an arc-shaped structure; the insertion block (302) is of a T-shaped structure, the insertion block (302) is arranged in the middle of the rear side of the connecting piece (301), and the insertion block (302) is inserted into the mounting groove (102); the fixing blocks (303) are of L-shaped structures, two groups of fixing blocks (303) are arranged, the fixing blocks (303) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the rear side of the connecting piece (301), and the fixing blocks (303) are inserted into the fixing grooves (1021); the rotating piece (304) is of a cylindrical structure with the concave middle part, and the rotating piece (304) is rotatably arranged on the front side of the connecting piece (301) through a connecting shaft; supporting mechanisms (4) are arranged on two sides of the mounting mechanism (1), and fixing rods (401) of the supporting mechanisms (4) are fixedly mounted in the side grooves (1011); the supporting mechanism (4) comprises a supporting piece (402) and a rotating shaft (4021); the support (402) is of a cuboid structure as a whole, two groups of arc-shaped protruding structures are arranged at the inner end of the support (402), a rectangular groove is formed between the two groups of arc-shaped protruding structures, and the bottom of the support (402) is connected with a sliding block (4011) on the fixed rod (401) through a connecting rod; the rotating shafts (4021) are of cylindrical structures, six groups of rotating shafts (4021) are arranged, and the rotating shafts (4021) are symmetrically arranged on the arc-shaped surface at the inner end of the support (402); the upper end of the installation mechanism (1) is provided with a distraction mechanism (5), an adjusting piece (501) of the distraction mechanism (5) is rotatably installed in the main body (101), and a moving piece (502) and a guide plate (5021) are respectively inserted in the sliding groove (103) and the guide groove (1031).

The neurosurgical posterior craniotomy drainage device according to claim 1, wherein said mounting mechanism (1) comprises: the main body (101) is of a square plate-shaped structure, four groups of rollers are arranged at the lower end of the main body (101), and four groups of arc-shaped protruding structures are arranged on two sides of the main body (101); the side grooves (1011) are rectangular grooves, four groups of the side grooves (1011) are arranged, and the side grooves (1011) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the main body (101); the insertion groove (1012) is in an I-shaped groove structure, and the insertion groove (1012) is arranged at the front end of the main body (101).

The neurosurgical posterior cranium distraction drainage device of claim 2, wherein the mounting mechanism (1) further comprises: the mounting groove (102) is a T-shaped groove, and the mounting groove (102) is arranged at the front end of the main body (101); the fixing grooves (1021) are of an L-shaped structure, two groups of fixing grooves (1021) are arranged, and the fixing grooves (1021) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the front side of the main body (101); the sliding chute (103) is of an inverted T-shaped groove structure, and the sliding chute (103) is arranged in the middle of the main body (101); the guide grooves (1031) are of a wedge-shaped groove structure, two groups of guide grooves (1031) are arranged in total, and the guide grooves (1031) are formed in two sides of the sliding groove (103); the bearing piece (104) is of a square hollow structure, the top of the bearing piece (104) is inclined, and the bearing piece (104) is fixedly arranged in the middle of the main body (101); the plug-in shaft (1041) is cylindrical structure, and plug-in shaft (1041) lower extreme is equipped with circular platelike structure.

The neurosurgical posterior craniotomy drainage device according to claim 1, wherein the anti-slip mechanism (2) comprises: the upper end of the screw rod (201) is provided with a handle, two groups of screw rods (201) are arranged, and the screw rods (201) are symmetrically arranged at two sides of the contact plate (202); the contact plates (202) are provided with two groups, the lower ends of the contact plates (202) are provided with rubber bulges, and a rectangular through hole is formed in the middle of the contact plate (202) at the front end.
