The head end of the rack 11 is rotatably connected with the tail end of the push rod 35. The tissue clip cartridge assembly, the advancement adjustment assembly, the clip pushing assembly, and the clip applying assembly can be rotated relative to the handle assembly during a surgical procedure.
The side surface of the tissue clamping bin 20 is further provided with a guide rib 204 and an elastic buckle 203, the tissue clamping bin slot 301 is provided with a guide groove strip 302 matched with the guide rib 204, and is further provided with a buckle slot 303 matched with the elastic buckle 203. The process of inserting the tissue clip bin 20 into the tissue clip bin slot 301 can be more convenient and faster by arranging the guide ribs 204 and the elastic buckles 203.
In the operation process:
the wrench 16 is pulled to push the rack 11 to move forward, the rack 11 pushes the pushing rod 35, the pushing rod 35 pushes the pushing and clamping rod 32 to move forward through the differential spring 34 until the pushing and clamping rod 32 stops moving, the pushing rod 35 continues to move forward through compressing the differential spring 34 and starts to push the jaw adjusting rod 31 to move forward to the most forward position and then the wrench 16 is loosened.
During the forward movement of the push rod 32 pushed by the differential spring 34:
1. the head end of the retraction locking block 13 is in an eagle beak shape and is downwards clamped at the ratchet of the rack 11 under the action of the retraction locking block spring 12, so that the rack 11 can only slide forwards under the locking of the retraction locking block 13;
2. during the forward movement of the push-clamp rod 32, the bottommost tissue clamp 23 in the tissue clamp bin 20 is pushed through the tissue clamp push opening 202, and the tissue clamp 23 enters the push-clamp assembly through the tissue clamp outlet 201;
3. the tail end of the push-clamp plate 41 is fixedly connected with the head end of the push-clamp rod 32 and linearly reciprocates back and forth under the pushing of the push-clamp rod 32, the tissue clamp 23 in the tissue clamp groove 42 is pushed to move forward by the first elastic bulge 410, and the push head 411 pushes the tissue clamp 23 in the holding groove at the foremost end of the tissue clamp groove 42 into the clamp applying assembly and is fixed at the clamp applying assembly by the clamp head 50 and the limit bulge 421.
During the forward movement of the push rod 35, which continues by compressing the differential spring 34, and starts to push the jaw adjusting lever 31 forward:
1. the jaw adjusting rod 31 pushes the adjusting connecting rod 53 to move forward, so that the cylindrical guide table 531 acts on the guide through hole 501 to control the closing of the forceps holder 50;
2. the cylindrical boss 131 at the rear end of the retraction locking block 13 pushes the head end of the safety push rod 14 and moves downward under the slope of the head end of the safety push rod 14 until it is below the guide protrusion 113, and then the head end of the safety push rod 14 rebounds against the rear end of the guide protrusion 113 under the action of the safety push rod spring 15.
During loosening of the wrench 16:
1. the cylindrical boss 131 at the tail end of the retraction locking block 13 is arranged below the guide protruding strip 113, so that the head end of the retraction locking block 13 upwards releases the locking of the ratchet of the rack 11, and the rack 11 moves backwards under the contraction action of the first return spring 17 to drive the push rod 35, the differential spring 34, the push clamping rod 32 and the push clamping plate 41 to move backwards to the initial position;
2. under the action of the resilience of the second return spring 52, the adjusting link 53, the jaw adjusting lever 31 are pushed to move backwards and the forceps head 50 is opened.

the adjusting connecting rod (53) moves forwards linearly under the pushing of the jaw adjusting rod (31), the adjusting connecting rod (53) moves backwards linearly under the action of the rebounding force of the second return spring (52), and the cylindrical guide table (531) acts on the guide through hole (501) through the forward and backward linear movement of the adjusting connecting rod (53) to control the closing and opening of the forceps head (50).
