A multi-functional floor cleaner base according to claim 1, wherein: the steam generator comprises a steam generation box and a heating pipe, a steam generation cavity is formed in the steam generation box, the heating pipe and the steam generation box are integrally formed and are arranged at the bottom of the steam generation cavity, and a water inlet and an exhaust end which are communicated with the steam generation cavity are formed in the steam generation box.
