a first locking mechanism (11) and a second locking mechanism (12) are arranged between the pull rod (50) and the bracket (10), the first locking mechanism (11) is assembled to enable the pull rod (50) at the second station to be kept at the second station, and the second locking mechanism (12) is assembled to enable the pull rod (50) at the third station to be kept at the third station;
The first locking mechanism (11) and the second locking mechanism (12) are identical in structure and comprise a locking block (101) which is connected with the support (10) in a sliding mode in the horizontal direction and a locking pin (52) which is fixedly connected with the pull rod (50), the upper side and the lower side of the locking block (101) are respectively provided with a wedge surface, an L-shaped step (102) is arranged between the upper ends of the two wedge surfaces, pressure springs (103) are arranged between the front side and the rear side of the locking block (101) in the sliding direction and the support (10), when the pull rod (50) swings from bottom to top, the locking pin (52) can slide into the L-shaped step (102) along the wedge surface on the lower side of the locking block (101) to prevent the pull rod (50) from swinging downwards, and when the pull rod (50) continues to swing upwards and is separated from the L-shaped step (102), the locking block (101) enables the L-shaped step (102) and the locking pin (52) to be staggered in the vertical direction under the action of the pressure springs (103), when the pull rod (50) swings downwards, the locking pin (52) can push the locking block (101) away from a descending path of the locking pin (52) through a wedge surface on the upper side of the locking block (101).
