The ground coffee powder is injected into the corresponding filter device 35 along the coffee powder outflow pipe 23, so that an operator can conveniently select a proper filter mode, and in addition, the three filter devices are respectively coffee filter paper, coffee filter cloth and a metal filter, and are correspondingly marked on the auxiliary positioning bump 32 above the knob 31, so that the operator can select the filter device according to own preference. In addition, the filter device 35 is detachably disposed, so that the filter device 35 can be conveniently cleaned or replaced.
Furthermore, the water outlet device comprises a water storage tank 36, a water inlet pipe 37, a water pump 38, a temperature sensor 39, a water outlet 40 and a water outlet valve 41, the water storage tank 36 is fixedly arranged on the other side of the upper groove 25, the water inlet pipe 37 is connected to the side surface of the water storage tank 36 in a penetrating manner, the other end of the water inlet pipe 37 is fixedly connected with the water tank 9, the water pump 38 is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the water inlet pipe 37, the temperature sensor 39 is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the water storage tank 36, the water outlet 40 is arranged on the side surface of the water storage tank 36 in a penetrating manner, the water outlet valve 41 is fixedly arranged on the water outlet 40, and the lower end of the water outlet 40 is positioned above the filtering device 35 corresponding to the coffee outlet 3. After the coffee powder falls into the filtering device 35, the controller 4 controls the electric heating ring 8 to heat water in the water tank, then hot water is pumped into the water storage tank 36 through the water pump 38, then the water outlet valve 41 is controlled to be opened, hot water is injected into the filtering device 35, the coffee powder is brewed by the hot water to form coffee and flows out from the coffee outlet 3, in addition, the water pumped into the water storage tank 36 cannot be completely used up in the first water pumping process of the coffee machine, at the moment, the water is remained in the water storage tank 36, after the coffee machine is not used for a long time, the water in the water storage tank 36 becomes cold, but the taste of the coffee is seriously influenced by the cold water brewing, so that the temperature sensor 39 is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the water storage tank 36, under the condition that cold water exists in the water storage tank 36, the water outlet valve 41 is closed, when enough hot water is pumped out from the water tank 9 to neutralize the cold water in the water storage tank 36 to a proper temperature, the temperature sensor 39 transmits a signal to the controller 4, and the controller 4 opens the outlet valve 41 to brew coffee with hot water. By arranging the temperature sensor 39, the temperature of the brewed coffee is proper, the cold water in the water storage tank 36 is prevented from brewing coffee powder, and the brewed coffee has better taste.
The working principle is as follows: when the coffee machine is used, before the coffee machine is started, the filtering mode is selected, the auxiliary positioning lug 32 corresponding to the favorite filtering mode is adjusted to the position above the central point of the coffee outlet 3 by rotating the knob 31, then the support shaft 27 is pressed downwards, so that the second fixture block 30 is clamped into the positioning fixture groove 29, and the lower end of the selected filtering device 35 is clamped into the position above the coffee outlet 3.
Then the cover body 42 of the bean grinding device is opened, coffee beans are put into the filter cylinder 15, the cover body 42 of the bean grinding device is covered, the bean grinding motor 20 is opened to grind the coffee beans, the bean grinding motor 20 drives the bean grinding rotating shaft 18 to rotate and then drives the bean grinding blades 19 on the side of the bean grinding motor to rotate, the coffee beans are extruded and rubbed by the bean grinding blades 19 in the rotating process to grind the coffee beans, in the coffee grinding process, ground coffee powder falls into the shell 12 of the bean grinding device from the filter holes 16 on the side of the filter cylinder 15, and coffee beans which do not finish the grinding process can be continuously left in the filter cylinder 15 to be ground.
After the coffee is ground, the coffee powder falls onto the inclined disc 21 below the filter cartridge 15, slides to a lower position through the upper surface of the inclined disc 21, then injects proper coffee powder into the filter device 35 below the coffee powder outflow pipe 23 through the control flow meter 24, then the controller 4 controls the electric heating ring 8 to heat water in the water tank, then pumps hot water into the water storage tank 36 through the water pump 38, then controls the water outlet valve 41 to be opened, injects the hot water into the filter device 35, and the hot water makes coffee powder to flow out from the coffee outlet 3.
When the coffee machine pumps water for the first time, the water pumped into the water storage tank 36 cannot be used up, the water is left in the water storage tank 36 at the moment, after the coffee machine is not used for a long time, the water in the water storage tank 36 becomes cool, but the taste of coffee is seriously influenced by brewing with cold water, so that the temperature sensor 39 is fixedly arranged on the side surface of the water storage tank 36, the water outlet valve 41 is closed under the condition that the cold water exists in the water storage tank 36, when enough hot water is pumped out from the water tank 9 to neutralize the cold water in the water storage tank 36 to a proper temperature, the temperature sensor 39 transmits a signal to the controller 4, the water outlet valve 41 is opened by the controller 4, and the coffee is brewed by using the hot water.
The coffee machine needs to regularly wash the bean grinding device and the filtering device in the using process, when the bean grinding device is washed, the shell 12 of the bean grinding device only needs to be detached during washing, then the filter cartridge 15 is detached from the inside of the shell to wash the bean grinding device, and when the filtering device is washed, the upper groove clamping cover 26 is detached to wash or replace the bean grinding device according to the characteristics of the filtering device.
