Abstract

The invention relates to the field of tableware and discloses disposable paper tableware, which comprises a paper handheld part and a containing part and is characterized in that the edge of the containing part is a concave arc, a plurality of embossing dents are arranged on the surface of the containing part, and the embossing dents reach the edge of the containing part. The effective flowing of the paper material of the containing part is possible, the redundant paper material flows to the outside of the embossing dents, finally, corresponding embossing paths are formed, the tableware is not easy to wrinkle, and linear creases protruding out of the surface of the tableware are not generated. The aesthetic appearance of the disposable paper cutlery is thus high and more comfortable for the consumer to use because of the absence of the linear creases of the convex surface, while at the same time, the strength of the disposable paper cutlery is enhanced.

Description

Disposable paper tableware
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tableware, in particular to disposable paper tableware with improved configuration.
Background
With the acceleration of the pace of life, the choice of many people is made in the field of take-away and take-away ordering, and the usage amount of disposable tableware is increased. At present, most common disposable plastic tableware is made of high-molecular materials such as polypropylene and polystyrene and harmful fillers, a large amount of toxic gas is emitted during combustion, the tableware is not rotten even if buried underground for hundreds of years, long-term serious harm is caused to the environment, and the harmful fillers are easily dissolved in food to influence human health.
The applicant also carries out corresponding tests and test production, adopts the processes of paper feeding (feeding), cleaning and sterilizing, forming (utilizing a mould) and glazing, and finds that when the paper tableware is subjected to impact forming in the last step, the paper tableware can be wrinkled, and the wrinkling condition is more obvious as the sunken part is deeper. On one hand, the wrinkles affect the beauty, on the other hand, the wrinkles are easy to form linear creases which protrude out of the surface of the wrinkles, and the tableware such as a knife, a fork, a spoon, a shovel and the like is directly contacted with the mouth of a eater, and the linear creases can increase the discomfort of the use of the eater.
How to make paper tableware such as knives, forks, spoons, shovels and the like not generate linear creases protruding out of the surfaces of the paper tableware becomes a problem to be solved in disposable paper tableware processing enterprises.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide disposable paper tableware, which solves the problem that the existing paper tableware generates linear creases protruding from the surface of the paper tableware.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a disposable paper tableware comprises a paper handheld portion and a containing portion, wherein the edge of the containing portion is an inwards concave arc, a plurality of embossing dents are arranged on the surface of the containing portion, and the embossing dents reach the edge of the containing portion.
The containing part in the technical scheme is relative to the handheld part, and refers to a part which can be contacted with food when the tableware is used, such as a spoon head of a spoon, a knife head of a knife and a fork head of a fork.
The applicant has made many attempts, including softening the paper by soaking or the like, and then heating the paper in an attempt to eliminate wrinkles by means of changing the plasticity of the raw material; attempts have also been made to provide the paper with a processing environment that takes advantage of its crush deformation by heating the mold, where it is desirable that the paper not wrinkle. However, the effect is very slight, the wrinkling problem still exists, and the applicant has communicated with experts of the same college at home and abroad, and the understanding is also an industrial problem.
The applicant realizes that the difference between the plastic tableware and the paper tableware is deeply recognized, a new breakthrough can be made only by jumping out of the original inherent thinking, and long-time thinking finds that the fundamental reason for generating the wrinkling is that the originally plane paper surface is processed into a concave shape during processing, and then redundant paper surface materials are radially accumulated along the center of the concave, so that the excessive paper surface materials are wrinkled at multiple positions to generate linear creases. If no reasonable forming space is designed for the redundant paper surface materials, the problem of wrinkling cannot be solved, so that a plurality of embossing dents are arranged on the surface of a containing part of the disposable paper tableware, a matched stamping die is adopted, the surface of the paper surface materials flows, the redundant paper surface materials flow to the outside of the embossing dents, and the wrinkling by wrinkling is realized.
The scheme has the advantages that:
1. make disposable paper tableware more pleasing to the eye, let the experience food that the eater can be better
In order to conveniently contain food, the containing part is usually designed into a concave shape, and the more the paper surface materials are near the edge, the more the paper surface materials are, the surface of the containing part is provided with a plurality of embossing dents extending to the edge, the possibility is provided for the effective flowing of the paper surface materials of the containing part, the excessive paper surface materials flow to the outside of the embossing dents, finally, a corresponding embossing path is formed, extra wrinkles are not easy to generate, and the linear crease protruding out of the surface of the paper surface is not generated. The overall aesthetic appearance of the cutlery is thus high and the use by the consumer is more comfortable because of the absence of the linear folds of the convex surface.
2. The strength of the disposable paper tableware is enhanced
The parts outside the embossed dents are slightly convex compared with the embossed dents, and the convex parts are equivalent to reinforcing ribs and reinforcing plates and play a role in enhancing the strength of the disposable paper tableware.
Optionally, the hand-held portion is curved along a longitudinal direction thereof, and a plurality of embossed dents are provided on a surface of the hand-held portion. In order to make the hand-held part not easy to deform, the hand-held part is usually designed to be bent along the longitudinal direction of the hand-held part, and a plurality of embossing dents are arranged on the hand-held part, so that the hand-held part can be well prevented from being additionally wrinkled (the principle is the same as that of the hand-held part, and the description is omitted here), the phenomenon that the hand-held part generates linear creases protruding out of the surface of the hand-held part is avoided, and the strength of the disposable paper.
Alternatively, the depth of the embossed depressions is 0.01 to 1mm, and the thickness of the paper tableware is generally about 2mm, which is preferable.
Alternatively, the width of the embossed dents is 0.01-1mm, and the width of the dents is not easily too large, or a large weak point is formed, thereby affecting the strength of the disposable paper tableware.
Alternatively, the maximum spacing between two adjacent embossed indentations does not exceed 5mm, facilitating the formation of embossed indentations of suitable density.
Alternatively, the embossing indentations are in communication with each other, and the interconnected embossing indentations form a polygonal structure on the handle portion or the receiving portion. Such a structure can disperse and bear external force from all parties, so that the disposable paper tableware has higher resistance to the pressing force.
Optionally, the embossing dents are uniformly distributed on the surfaces of the handheld part and the containing part, so that the advantage of the embossing dents can be played to the maximum extent.
Optionally, the containing part is of a structure with an inward concave middle part, and the depth of the inward concave part is more than 1 mm. Because wrinkling is easy to occur when the depth of the indent is more than 1mm, and wrinkling can be well eliminated by adopting the embossing indentation mode, high-quality disposable paper tableware with the indent depth of more than 1mm can be produced, and special attention needs to be paid to that wrinkling is obvious when the depth of the indent is more than 3 mm.
Optionally, the disposable paper cutlery is one of a knife, fork, spoon, the present improvement being particularly applicable to knife, fork, spoon cutlery.
Optionally, the depth of the indent of the holding portion of spoon is 5mm because when the holding portion is as big as above, it is exactly the volume of scooping a mouthful of food, makes things convenient for the eater to chew and swallow, increases the consumer's pleasing sense.
