7. The front open close-fitting upper garment according to claim 1, wherein the length of the inner upper garment layer (3) is less than the length of the outer upper garment layer (1);
the length of the inner upper-coating layer (3) is the length from the shoulder point of the inner upper-coating layer (3) to the lower hem of the inner upper-coating layer; the length of the outer upper-coating layer (1) is the length from the shoulder point of the outer upper-coating layer (1) to the lower hem thereof.
8. The front open close-fitting upper garment according to claim 1, wherein the chest pad (2) is sutured to at least one of the inner upper garment layer (3) and the outer upper garment layer (1);
or the breast pad (2) is connected with at least one of the inner upper coating layer (3) and the outer upper coating layer (1) in a sticking or printing way.
9. The front open close-fitting upper garment according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the front open-fitting upper garment is a vest.
10. The front open close-fitting upper garment of any one of claims 1-8, further comprising sleeves, the shoulder of which are connected to at least one of the inner armholes (32) of the inner upper garment layer (3) and the outer armholes (13) of the outer upper garment layer (1).
