A smoking article 3, as shown in fig. 5A, comprising a smoking body 2 (a normal cigarette with a filter and without flavor capsule, the material is tobacco) and any one of the filter elements 1 in examples 1 to 13 (referred to as circumscribed filter in the art), wherein the plugging end of the filter element 1 is plugged into the smoking body 2 (the smoking body is plugged into the plugging cavity of the filter element 1, no plugging cylinder is provided, the diameters of the two are matched), and 13 different smoking articles (marked with sample No. 1 and sample No. 13 in sequence) are formed; the filter element 1 is adapted to re-filter the smoke generated by the body 2.
Example 27
This example 27 differs from example 26 in that a smoking article 3, as shown in fig. 5B, is the filter element 1 of any one of examples 14 to 25, and 11 different smoking articles are formed by inserting the insertion end (with the insertion cylinder in the insertion cavity) of the filter element 1 outside the smoke body 2 (with the smoke body inserted into the insertion cylinder of the filter element 1) and smoking; the filter element 1 is adapted to re-filter the smoke generated by the body 2.
Example 28
This example 28 is different from example 14 in that the material of the smoke generating body is tea leaves (referred to as tea smoke in the art).
The tea leaves in embodiment 28 of the present invention may be selected from green tea, black tea, white tea, dark tea, yellow tea, scented tea, oolong tea, fruit tea, and herbal tea.
Comparative example
This comparative example contained only a smoke body (identical to the smoke body of example 26, i.e., a comparative sample) and no filter element 1.
The smoke bodies of the comparative examples (three samples taken) were draw compared with 13 different smoking articles assembled according to example 26.
100 tobacco enthusiasts in the field were invited to perform sensory evaluation of the smoke of the above comparative example and 13 smoking articles of example 26 using the techniques of the art to determine the amount of harmful substances in the smoke before and after filtration, and the results of the experiment are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the 13 samples of inventive examples 1-13 exhibited better overall performance than the 3 comparative samples of the comparative example.
Through the comparison of the sample 1 and the comparative samples 1-3, the sample 1 does not have the flavor-enhancing capsule, but the comprehensive quality of the smoke is improved and the filtering effect is obviously improved due to the external filter tip.
Through the comparison between the sample 2 and the comparative samples 1-3, the sample 2 of the invention is externally connected with the flavor-enhancing capsule with the filter tip, so that the comprehensive quality of the smoke such as aroma is obviously improved, and the filtering effect is obviously improved.
Through the comparison of the sample 3 with the sample 4 and the comparison samples 1-3, the sample 3 and the sample 4 are externally connected with the flavor-enhancing capsule with the filter tip, and the capsule contains tea polyphenol or vitamin C, so that the comprehensive quality such as aroma in smoke is obviously improved, and the filtering effect is obviously improved.
By comparing the example 5 with the comparative samples 1 to 3, the external filter of the sample 5 of the invention contains the flavor-enhancing capsule, and the filter body is internally provided with the activated carbon, thereby obviously improving the filtering effect.
By comparison of examples 1-5, the overall quality of sample 1 < sample 2< sample/3 sample 4/sample 5; the sample 3 (the aroma-enhancing capsule contains tea polyphenol) and the sample 4 (the aroma-enhancing capsule contains vitamin C) are more prominent in comprehensive smoke quality such as aroma, aftertaste, miscellaneous gas, irritation and the like, and the filtering effect of the sample 5 is more prominent.
The samples of examples 6-13 only changed the grammage of the sleeve paper material, with no significant effect on the overall quality of the filter element. The filter element mainly comprises a paper shell, a sleeve and a filter main body, does not generate harmful substances after being heated, is environment-friendly, has lower production cost, is convenient to use (directly sleeved and inserted for use), has obviously improved filter effect compared with a smoking product without an external filter tip, has higher economic benefit and better market prospect, and can be produced in mass and popularized for use.
The filter elements of the present invention are not limited to use with cigarettes, and may be used with other smoking articles.
The materials used in the above-described smoking articles of embodiments of the present invention are all prior art.

Claims (10)

1. A filter element, characterized in that it comprises a sleeve and a filter body; at least one part of the filtering main body is arranged in the sleeve, and the filtering main body and the sleeve are coaxially arranged; the sleeve is made of paper; one end of the filter element is a plug end which is used for plugging and containing the smoke body, and the other end axially opposite to the plug end is a suction end which is used for sucking the smoke body.
2. A filter element as claimed in claim 1, wherein all of the filter body is located within the sleeve. Preferably, the filter body is in close contact with the sleeve. Preferably, the axial length of the sleeve is greater than that of the filter body, and the sleeve forms an insertion cavity in a part of the barrel body axially longer than the filter body, and the insertion cavity is used for accommodating an inserted smoke body.
3. The filter element of claim 1, wherein the filter material of the filter body comprises at least one of vegetable fibers, cellulose acetate, polylactic acid, and polypropylene.
4. A filter element as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sleeve is a cylindrical body open at both ends and hollow inside. Preferably, an outer wall surface of the filter body is bonded and fixed to an inner wall surface of the sleeve. The paper material of the sleeve has a gram weight of 20-200g/m3. Further preferably 60 to 180g/m3. Further preferably 80 to 170g/m3. Further preferably 120-160g/m3. Further preferably 140-160g/m3

The filter element according to claim 1, wherein a plug-in cartridge is provided in the sleeve, the plug-in cartridge is a hollow cylinder with two open ends, and the plug-in cartridge and the filter body are connected togetherAre arranged coaxially. 7. A filter element according to claim 6, wherein said flavored capsule is supplemented with tea polyphenols or vitamin C.

The filter element of claim 6, wherein the flavor or fragrance comprises at least one of strawberry extract, banana extract, watermelon extract, juicy peach extract, blueberry extract, pineapple extract, mango extract, clove extract, eaglewood extract, cantaloupe extract, apple extract, citrus extract, coffee extract, glyceryl caprylate, menthol, peppermint oil, peppermint extract, vegetable gums, and animal gums.
9. A filter element as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the filter body is provided with activated carbon inside.
10. A smoking article comprising a body and an circumscribing filter, wherein the circumscribing filter is a filter element according to any one of claims 1-9, and wherein the circumscribing filter is adapted to be inserted into the body for smoking and filtering smoke generated by the body. Preferably, the smoking material of the body comprises tobacco or non-tobacco. Preferably, the non-tobacco comprises tea leaves; the tea comprises green tea, black tea, white tea, black tea, yellow tea, scented tea, oolong tea, fruit tea or herb tea.
