In the present embodiment, the execution subject of the method is a requesting party, and the requesting party may be an electrocardiograph, and the electrocardiograph has functions of communicating and data interaction with other external terminal devices, where the other terminal devices include a server, an electrocardiograph, and the like, and fig. 1 specifically illustrates the electrocardiograph as an example. Specifically, the method provided by the application comprises the following steps:
s110: the electrocardiograph receives a checking instruction of the target medical item input by the user.
Because the electrocardiograph provided by the application has the functions of communicating and data interaction, a user can directly send the audit request to other terminal equipment by operating on the electrocardiograph and submitting the audit request, and then the final audit result of the audit request by the auditor is obtained. For example, the user may input the information related to the target medical item in the electrocardiogram machine and then input the auditing instruction, so as to send an auditing request for the target medical item to the outside, so as to obtain a final auditing result of the auditing party for the target medical item.
In another embodiment, the user may also perform step S120 after the electrocardiograph detects a certain patient to obtain electrocardiographic data of the patient, inputs or selects information related to the target medical item based on the obtained electrocardiographic data, and inputs an audit instruction of the target medical item to the electrocardiograph to obtain an audit result of the target medical item constructed by the user by the auditor, and after the electrocardiograph receives the audit instruction of the target medical item input by the user.
The user refers to a person having authority to output an audit instruction of a target medical item through the electrocardiograph, and includes a doctor or a nurse who passes authority authentication. The medical items at least include diagnosis of target medical data, and in one embodiment, may also be understood as matters of consultation or consultation of a patient, and the target medical items refer to medical items submitted for examination by a user. However, the medical items may include a matter for performing a group consultation on a plurality of patients, and therefore, the number of patients to be consulted per medical item is not limited herein, and the number of patients to be consulted at a time may be set by a user.

And the final auditing result is generated by the server according to the preliminary auditing result fed back by the auditing party. Specifically, when a certain target medical item has a plurality of different reviewers or a plurality of reviewers of different levels, the server may generate a final review result according to a set rule based on a received preliminary review result fed back by the reviewer, and feed back the final review result to the electrocardiograph.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment corresponding to the figure 1, interaction among the auditing requester, the server and the auditor is constructed to realize auditing of the medical item, the requester directly sends an auditing request to the server, the server prompts the auditor to audit, and the auditing result is fed back to the requester, so that a uniform auditing process is realized, and auditing efficiency of the medical item is improved.
Moreover, the electrocardiograph can be directly used as a requester, a user directly inputs an auditing instruction of a target medical item through the electrocardiograph, the electrocardiograph responds to the auditing instruction input by the user and generates an auditing request of the target medical item, and then the auditing request is sent to the server, so that the server sends information of the target medical item to the auditor, the auditor audits the target medical item, the electrocardiograph receives a final auditing result of the target medical item fed back by the server, the auditing of the related medical item can be quickly completed directly based on interaction of the electrocardiograph, the server and the auditor, the problem of more time consumption caused by long space can be solved well, the quick auditing of the medical item is realized, and the auditing efficiency is further improved.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a second embodiment of an auditing method for a medical project according to the present application. In the present embodiment, the subject of execution of the method provided herein is an electrocardiograph.
In the current embodiment, the step S201 of receiving the auditing instruction of the target medical item input by the user in step S110 in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 further includes.
S201: and detecting a trigger signal of a user to an audit icon displayed on the electrocardiogram machine, and determining that an audit instruction of the target medical item input by the user is received.
In the technical scheme provided by the application, a corresponding audit icon is arranged on the interface of the electrocardiograph. The audit icon comprises a software audit icon and a key audit icon. The user can realize inputting the auditing instruction of the target medical item to the electrocardiograph by touching the auditing icon. Specifically, when the user constructs the target medical item and the electrocardiograph detects a trigger signal of the user to an audit icon on the electrocardiograph, it may be determined that an audit instruction of the target medical item input by the user is received. Wherein, the constructing of the target medical item at least comprises inputting or acquiring basic information of the target medical item.
Step S120, in response to the audit instruction, generates an audit request of the target medical item including step S202 to step S203.
S202: and responding to the auditing instruction, and acquiring the information of the target medical item.
The information of the target medical item comprises basic information of the target medical item and/or at least part of target medical data associated with the target medical item.
And responding to the auditing instruction, and acquiring basic information of the target medical item and/or target medical data associated with the target medical item. The basic information of the target medical item comprises a medical item name and an item category of the target medical item, the target medical data at least comprises a current electrocardiogram report and reference medical data, and the reference medical data comprises at least one of a historical electrocardiogram report, an electrophysiological report and a medical record. The information of the target medical item can be input by a user or acquired by the electrocardiograph through data interaction with other terminal equipment.

In another embodiment, the user may input information of the target medical item. Further, after the electrocardiograph acquires the information of the target medical item input by the user, the electrocardiograph can further check and supplement the information of the target medical item input by the user, so that abnormal or unidentifiable information of the target medical item is avoided, and further misguidance of follow-up medical item examination is avoided.
S203: and generating an auditing request containing the information of the target medical item, or acquiring identification information used for identifying the information of the target medical item and generating the auditing request containing the identification information.
In one embodiment, after the information of the target medical item is acquired, an audit request containing the information of the target medical item is directly generated to be sent to the server. Such as: when the information of the target medical item only includes the basic information of the target medical item, an audit request including the basic information of the target medical item is generated in step S203. Since the audit request includes the basic information of the target medical item, the server may obtain other required related data according to the basic information of the target medical item, for example, the server may further obtain the required target medical data according to the basic information of the target medical item included in the audit request.
Furthermore, when the information of the target medical item includes the basic information of the target medical item and the target medical data associated with the target medical item, the electrocardiograph may generate an audit request including the basic information of the target medical item and the target medical data associated with the target medical item.
In another embodiment, after the information of the target medical item is acquired, identification information for identifying the information of the target medical item is acquired, and an audit request containing the identification information is generated. S204: and sending the auditing request to the server so that the server sends the information of the target medical item to the auditing party to audit the target medical item. S205: and receiving the final auditing result of the target medical item sent by the server.
In the current embodiment, steps S204 to S205 are the same as steps S130 and S140 illustrated in fig. 1, and may specifically refer to the description of the above corresponding parts, and are not described in detail here.
In the current embodiment, after receiving the final review result of the target medical item sent by the server in step S140, the method provided by the present application further includes step S206.
S206: and playing the voice and/or displaying the final auditing result.
After receiving the final audit result, the electrocardiograph further plays and/or displays the final audit result in voice, so as to quickly inform the user of the audit result of the target medical item.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of an auditing method for a medical project according to the present application. In the current embodiment, an execution subject of the technical solution provided by the present application is a server, and in the current embodiment, the method provided by the present application includes:
s310: the server acquires an auditing request of the target medical item sent by the requester.
The requesting party can comprise any one of an electrocardiograph and a terminal device, and the server acquires an audit request of the target medical item sent by the user through the requesting party. The target medical item at least includes a consultation or a consultation for target medical data corresponding to one or more patients, and in other embodiments, the target medical item may further include an approval for a certain medical activity or other matters.
S320: and determining an auditor of the audit request.
And after receiving the auditing request of the target medical project, the server further determines an auditing party according to the received auditing request.
The number of the auditors may be one or multiple.
Specifically, when the target medical item is a matter of a patient undergoing a follow-up visit and the user corresponding to the requesting party is a doctor or a nurse, the reviewer may correspond to a reviewer doctor including at least one doctor ranked with or at least one higher rank than the requesting doctor. When the target medical item is multi-department consultation for patients, the auditor can correspond to current doctors which comprise at least one corresponding target department and have independent diagnosis qualification.
When each doctor (each doctor at least comprises a requester doctor or an auditor doctor) authenticates the identity, the system can directly take the job title level recorded into the system by each doctor as the level in the system and update and follow up the job title level in real time, and the system can also determine the level of each doctor according to the practice experience recorded by each doctor and the number of handed patients. It is understood that the assessment criteria at the doctor level may also include other contents, which are not specifically listed here.
S330: and sending a to-be-audited prompt of the target medical item to the auditor so as to prompt the auditor to audit the target medical item.
After the auditor of the audit request is determined, the server sends a prompt to be audited of the target medical item to the auditor so as to prompt the auditor to audit the target medical item.
Further, when the number of the auditors is multiple, in step S330, a to-be-audited prompt of the target medical item is sent to the multiple auditors simultaneously or sequentially, so as to respectively prompt each auditor to audit the target medical item.
Further, when the examination of the target medical item requires a plurality of data, before step S330, the method provided by the present application further includes: target medical data associated with the target medical item is acquired, and the to-be-audited prompt sent in step S330 may further include the required target medical data. Further, when the target medical item is a consultation or a re-consultation of a patient, the corresponding target medical data may include medical record information of the patient, a physiological report of the patient, and electrocardiographic data of the patient collected by the electrocardiograph.
S340: and receiving a preliminary auditing result of the target medical item fed back by the auditing party, and sending a final auditing result of the target medical item to the requesting party based on the preliminary auditing result.
After receiving the to-be-audited prompt of the target medical item sent by the server and auditing the target medical item in response to the to-be-audited prompt, the auditor feeds back the preliminary audit result of the target medical item to the server, and after receiving the preliminary audit result of the target medical item fed back by the auditor, the server further sends the final audit result of the target medical item to the requester based on the preliminary audit result.
When the target medical project is a doctor applying for a department or a doctor rechecking a patient, the number of the auditors is only one, so that the server can directly feed the initial audit result fed back by the auditors as the final audit result to the requesting party after receiving the initial audit result of the auditors.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flow chart of a fourth embodiment of an auditing method for medical projects according to the present application. In the present embodiment, the main execution body of the method provided by the present application is a server, which specifically describes the steps included in the step S320 for determining the auditor of the audit request when the audit request includes the target medical item information or the identification information for identifying the target medical item information. Specifically, in the current embodiment, the step S320 includes:
s401: and analyzing the audit request to obtain the target medical item information, or analyzing the audit request to obtain the identification information, and searching the target medical item information associated with the identification information from the data pool.
In one embodiment, after acquiring the audit request, the server parses the audit request to acquire the target medical item information. The target medical item information at least comprises basic information of the target medical item and/or target medical data related to the target medical item.
In another embodiment, when the audit request includes identification information of information for identifying the target medical item, after the audit request is acquired, the server parses the audit request to acquire the identification information, and further acquires basic information of the target medical item and/or target medical data associated with the target medical item according to the identification information.
S402: and determining a plurality of auditors with higher doctor levels than the doctor level corresponding to the requester according to the doctor level corresponding to the requester and the target medical item information.
According to the doctor level corresponding to the requester and the target medical item information, a plurality of auditors with higher doctor levels than the doctor level corresponding to the requester are preliminarily determined. For example, when the doctor level is divided into a primary, a middle, and a high level, if the requester is a primary cardiac surgeon and the target medical item information is to judge a cardiac defect, several middle or high level cardiac surgeons may be determined as the reviewers.
Further, when the target medical item is to diagnose a patient, since patients of different ages may correspond to different treatment plans, and a doctor may be adept only in certain directions or diagnosis of a patient of a certain age, several reviewers may be further determined according to the age of the patient or the direction of the suffered illness. Such as: when the patient is a baby, step S402 may be to further determine several cardiac surgeons who are intermediate or advanced and are good at the treatment of the heart defect judgment of the baby as the auditor.
S403: and selecting at least one auditor from the plurality of auditors as the auditor of the audit request according to the current workload of the plurality of auditors.
Since different doctors may have different current workloads, when finally determining the auditor, the current workload or the pending workload of each auditor determined in step S402 may be further considered, and at least one auditor is selected from the plurality of auditors as the auditor of the audit request.
For example, in an embodiment, when the requesting party is a primary doctor in a remote area with inconvenient transportation, the primary doctor proposes a target medical item audit to a doctor in an advanced hospital through an electrocardiograph, specifically, the target medical item is a diagnosis of a suspected heart disease of an elderly patient, in step S402, it is determined that 2 high-level doctors a and 1 middle-level doctors c are used as auditors, the doctor a needs to go out of a specialist clinic today and has a reservation for 5 patients, the doctor c needs to go out of a general clinic today, and the doctor c stays in the ward today, if the diagnosis priority level of the patient is higher and the patient is a critical patient, the doctor b is preferentially selected as the auditor of the audit request, and the doctor b is notified in time; in another embodiment, when the current workload of doctor b is one operation in the morning and afternoon, doctor a is preferably selected as the auditor of the audit request.
In the current embodiment, by preliminarily determining a plurality of auditors and then determining at least one auditor serving as an audit request according to the current workload of each auditor, an auditor which is capable of responding to a target medical project and can respond to the audit request at the highest speed is determined for the audit request, the audit process of the medical project is further reduced, and the audit efficiency of the medical project is further improved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flow chart of a fifth embodiment of an auditing method for medical projects according to the present application. In the current embodiment, the audit request includes information specifying an auditor and target medical item information or identification information for identifying the target medical item information, and the method provided by the application includes:
s501: the server acquires an auditing request of the target medical item sent by the requester.
Step S501 is the same as step S310 in the embodiment illustrated in fig. 3, and may specifically refer to the related description above, and is not detailed here.
The step S320 of determining the auditor of the audit request includes:
s502: and analyzing the audit request to obtain the target medical item information and the information of the appointed auditor, or analyzing the audit request to obtain the identification information and the information of the appointed auditor, and searching the target medical item information associated with the identification information from the data pool.
The target medical item information comprises basic information of the target medical item and/or at least part of target medical data associated with the target medical item.
In one embodiment, the user may determine a designated reviewer in the review request to obtain the review for the reviewer. Therefore, after the server receives the audit request, the server analyzes the audit request to obtain the target medical item information and the information of the appointed auditor. Wherein, the designated auditor is the auditor designated when the request party sends the audit request.
In another embodiment, when the audit request includes identification information for identifying the target medical item information and a designated auditor, after receiving the audit request, the server may further obtain the identification information and the information of the designated auditor by analyzing the audit request, and search the target medical item information associated with the identification information from the data pool after obtaining the identification information by analysis.
S503: and determining a necessary auditor associated with the target medical item information according to the preset associated information.
The preset association information is preset by the system, and the preset association rule can be set according to the proportion of doctor resource distribution and can also be set according to the administrative level of a hospital where doctors are located. For example, when the setting is performed according to the administrative level of the hospital where the doctor is located, when the system presets that the doctor in the town hospital sends an audit request of a certain target medical item to the supervisor doctor in the city-level hospital, the approval of the supervisor in the same department class in the county level is required, and the supervisor in the county level is the necessary auditor of the target medical item.
S504, the designated auditor and the necessary auditors are determined as the auditors of the audit request.
After obtaining the audit information of the designated auditor and the necessary auditor, both the designated auditor and the necessary auditor may be determined as the auditor of the audit request. The designated auditor may be the same auditor as the necessary auditor, or may be different auditors. In the above embodiment, when a doctor in a hospital in a town designates a supervisor of a same department class at a county level as a designated reviewer, the supervisor of the same department class at the county level is the designated reviewer and is also a necessary reviewer, and at this time, only the supervisor of the same department class at the county level needs to be determined as the reviewer of the review request.
The sending of the to-be-audited prompt of the target medical item to the auditor in step S330 includes steps S505 to S506.
S505: and determining the priority of the prompt to be audited according to the target medical item information.
Because the medical resources are distributed unevenly and the tolerable waiting time of different medical items is different, in order to ensure that the tolerable medical items with less waiting time can be audited by the auditor in time, the server can further correspondingly determine the priority of the prompt to be audited according to the priority of the target medical item set by the user.
In an embodiment, when a user sends an audit request for a target medical item on one side of an electrocardiogram machine, a priority level of the target medical item can be set according to actual needs, and when the audit request is received, a server determines the priority of a prompt to be audited according to the priority level of the target medical item included in the audit request.
In another embodiment, when a user sends an audit request for a target medical item through one side of an electrocardiograph, at least key information of the target medical item is input, and after receiving the audit request, a server further automatically determines the priority of a prompt of the target medical item to be audited according to the information of the target medical item.
For example, when one target medical item a is used for diagnosing chronic cardiac diseases with temporary non-life risk and the other target medical item B is used for diagnosing acute cardiac diseases with life threatening, if the requester who lifts the target medical items a and B does not set the priority for the target medical item, the server determines the priority of the prompt to be audited according to whether the life threatening, for example, the priority of the life threatening can be set to be higher than the priority of the temporary non-life risk, so that the priority of the prompt to be audited corresponding to the target medical item B is determined to be higher than the prompt to be audited corresponding to the target medical item a.
Further, when a certain requester sets the priority of the target medical item C as the critical class when sending the auditing request, and the other requester does not set the priority of the target medical item D but the server determines that the target medical item D is the critical class according to the information of the target medical item D, the server preferentially allocates different auditing parties to the two target medical items without human intervention so as to ensure the priorities of the two target medical items as much as possible.
In another embodiment, when the server determines that the target medical items corresponding to the two audit requests are both critical and the same audit party is both designated, the to-be-audited prompt corresponding to the audit request indicating that the priority of the target medical item is critical may be preferentially sent to the audit party, or the terminal device of the audit party preferentially displays the to-be-audited prompt corresponding to the audit request indicating that the priority is critical.
S506: and sending the priority of the prompt to be audited and the prompt to be audited to the auditing equipment corresponding to the auditor, so that the auditing equipment prompts the auditor to audit the prompt to be audited according to the priority.
And after the priority of the prompt to be audited is determined, the server sends the priority of the prompt to be audited and the prompt to be audited to the auditing equipment corresponding to the auditor. The auditing equipment is terminal equipment correspondingly used by the auditing party, and the number of the auditing terminals is not limited. Further, when the auditor has multiple corresponding terminal devices, step S506 sends the priority of the to-be-audited prompt and the to-be-audited prompt to the multiple corresponding auditors of the auditor, so that the auditor can obtain the to-be-audited prompt as soon as possible through any corresponding terminal device.
Further, according to the technical scheme provided by the application, at least one effective telephone contact way is recorded when each doctor registers and records information. Therefore, when the priority of the audit request belongs to the urgent priority, the method provided by the application further includes: and when the set time does not receive the primary audit result of the auditor, establishing a call between the requester and the auditor. Or when the auditor has an associated assistant doctor, the assistant doctor can manually feed back to the auditor doctor by establishing a call with the assistant doctor, so as to quickly obtain a primary audit result of the auditor.
In another embodiment, when the set time does not receive the primary audit result of the auditor, the server may further forward the prompt to be audited to other auditors at the same level as the auditor, so as to prompt the other auditors to audit the target medical item. When the server forwards the prompt to be audited to other auditors at the same level as the auditor, the server further feeds back the determined latest auditor to the requesting party.
It should be noted that, in another embodiment, when the priority of the audit request belongs to the emergency priority, and when the primary audit result of the auditor is not received within the set time, a call between the requester and the auditor may be established first, and then when no response is received, the prompt to be audited may be further transferred to other auditors at the same level as the auditor, so as to prompt the other auditors to audit the target medical item.
S507: and receiving a preliminary auditing result of the target medical item fed back by the auditing party, and sending a final auditing result of the target medical item to the requesting party based on the preliminary auditing result.
In the present embodiment, when there is one auditor, the server receives a preliminary audit result, and at this time, the server directly sends the preliminary audit result as a final audit result to the requesting party.
In another embodiment, when there are multiple auditors, the server further determines a final audit result according to the received preliminary audit result and a preset calculation rule of the audit result, and sends the final audit result to the requesting party. The preset calculation rule of the audit result at least comprises one of the following rules: when the target medical item is to examine and approve a certain medical activity or to examine and approve a certain thing, if all the preliminary examination results are passed, the final examination result is passed, or if a plurality of examination parties are passed, the final examination result is passed; and when the target medical item is used for diagnosing the patient, all the preliminary examination results and corresponding examiners are correspondingly displayed and all the preliminary examination results and the corresponding examiners are used as final examination results. It is understood that the preset calculation rule of the audit result may also include other types, which are not described in detail herein.
Further, in another embodiment, when there are a plurality of reviewers, the step S507 of sending the final review result of the target medical item to the requester based on the preliminary review result includes:
and counting the number of the auditors with the same initial audit result, and taking the initial audit result with the number of the auditors exceeding a preset proportion as the final audit result of the target medical item, or selecting the initial audit result of the highest-level auditor as the final audit result of the target medical item. The preset proportion can be set according to actual needs, for example, the preset proportion can be set to 50%, and then the auditing result exceeding 50% of the total number of the auditors is taken as the final auditing result.
Further, in another embodiment, when the number of the auditors is multiple and the auditors have different levels, and the number of the high-level auditors in the same level does not exceed the preset proportion, and the target medical item is a medical activity or an examination and approval for a certain matter, the server receives the plurality of preliminary audit results in the same level and belonging to the high-level auditors, but does not receive the preliminary audit results of the low-level and primary auditors, and can directly select the preliminary audit results of the high-level auditors as the final audit result when the preliminary audit results of the high-level auditors are received. Further, in other embodiments, when the auditor has only the intermediate auditor and the primary auditor, when the primary audit results of a plurality of intermediate auditors are received, the primary audit result of the intermediate auditor may also be directly used as the final audit result.
After determining the final audit result in step S507, the server further sends the final audit result to the requesting party.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is an interactive schematic view of a sixth embodiment of an auditing method for a medical project according to the present application. The method provided by the application in the current embodiment comprises the following steps:
61. and detecting a trigger signal of a user to an audit icon displayed on the electrocardiogram machine, and determining that an audit instruction of the target medical item input by the user is received.
62. And responding to the auditing instruction, and acquiring the information of the target medical item.
63. And generating an auditing request containing the information of the target medical item, or acquiring identification information used for identifying the information of the target medical item and generating the auditing request containing the identification information.
64. And sending the auditing request to the server so that the server sends the information of the target medical item to the auditing party to audit the target medical item.
65. The server acquires an auditing request of the target medical item sent by the requester.
66. And analyzing the audit request to obtain the target medical item information, or analyzing the audit request to obtain the identification information, and searching the target medical item information associated with the identification information from the data pool.
67. And determining a plurality of auditors with higher doctor levels than the doctor level corresponding to the requester according to the doctor level corresponding to the requester and the target medical item information.
68. And selecting at least one auditor from the plurality of auditors as the auditor of the audit request according to the current workload of the plurality of auditors.
69. And determining the priority of the prompt to be audited according to the target medical item information.
610. And sending the priority of the prompt to be audited and the prompt to be audited to the auditing equipment corresponding to the auditor, so that the auditing equipment prompts the auditor to audit the prompt to be audited according to the priority.
611. Receiving a prompt to be audited of the target medical item sent by the server, responding to the prompt to be audited, prompting a user to audit the prompt to be audited of the target medical item, and receiving a preliminary audit result of the target medical item input by the user.
612. And feeding back the preliminary audit result and the signature information to the server.
613. And receiving a preliminary auditing result of the target medical item fed back by the auditing party, and determining a final auditing result based on the preliminary auditing result.
614. And sending the final auditing result of the target medical item to the requester.
615. And receiving the final auditing result of the target medical item sent by the server.
616. And playing the voice and/or displaying the final auditing result.
The requesting party and the auditing party each include at least an electrocardiograph and a terminal device, the above steps 611 and 612 may be specifically referred to as set forth in the following, and other steps may be referred to as described in any one of the above embodiments of fig. 1 to 5 and corresponding embodiments thereof, and will not be described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a seventh embodiment of an auditing method for a medical project according to the present application. In the current embodiment, the subject of execution of the method provided by the present application is an auditor, where the auditor includes an electrocardiograph and other terminal devices, where the terminal device may be any one of a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, and the like.
In the embodiment illustrated in fig. 7, the method provided by the present application is described by taking an example of a user using an electrocardiograph as an auditing device, and in the current embodiment, the method provided by the present application includes:
s710: and the electrocardiograph receives a prompt to be audited of the target medical item sent by the server.
Wherein, the prompt to be audited at least comprises: information of the target medical item.
S720: and prompting the user to audit the prompt to be audited of the target medical item.
And after receiving the prompt to be audited of the target medical item sent by the server, the electrocardiograph further responds to the prompt to be audited and prompts the user to audit the prompt to be audited of the target medical item.
Further, in an embodiment, after receiving the prompt to be audited, the electrocardiograph displays the prompt to be audited in a form of a pop-up window. In another embodiment, after receiving the prompt to be audited, the electrocardiograph may prompt the user in the form of pop-up window and voice at the same time, that is, after popping up the prompt to be audited, the electrocardiograph may play the prompt in the form of voice to prompt the user.
S730: and receiving a preliminary auditing result of the target medical item input by the user, and acquiring signature information written in a signature area on a display interface by the user.
And after the user obtains the prompt to be audited, auditing the target medical item corresponding to the prompt to be audited, and inputting a preliminary audit result of the target medical item on the electrocardiogram machine. And after receiving the preliminary examination result of the target medical item input by the user, the electrocardiograph further acquires the signature information written in the signature area on the display interface by the user.
And the preliminary audit result is an audit result of the target medical project, which is input by the auditor doctor through the auditor terminal equipment. Such as: when the target medical item is a double-consultation or consultation for the patient, the result of the preliminary examination is a diagnosis conclusion and/or treatment suggestion for the patient.
S740: and feeding back the preliminary audit result and the signature information to the server.
And correspondingly feeding back the preliminary examination result and the signature information to the server so that the server can determine a final examination result according to the preliminary examination result fed back by the electrocardiograph.
Further, when the current electrocardiograph corresponds to a plurality of servers, the electrocardiograph feeds back the preliminary examination result and the signature information to the corresponding servers.
In the embodiment corresponding to fig. 7 of the present application, after receiving the to-be-audited prompt sent by the server, the auditor electrocardiograph prompts the auditor user to audit the to-be-audited prompt of the target medical treatment, and by reminding the auditor user to quickly process the audit on the target medical treatment item, the waiting time of the audit process is preferably shortened, the whole audit efficiency of the medical treatment item is improved, and the signature information is fed back when the preliminary audit is fed back to the server, so that a basis is provided for the server to verify the identity of the auditor doctor, and the audit safety is preferably ensured.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic flowchart illustrating an eighth embodiment of an auditing method for medical projects according to the present application. In the current embodiment, the execution subject of the method provided by the application is an electrocardiograph as an auditor.
S801: and the electrocardiograph receives a prompt to be audited of the target medical item sent by the server.
In the current embodiment, step S720 of fig. 8, prompting the user to review the to-be-reviewed prompt of the target medical item includes step S802.
S802: and when judging that the priority in the prompt to be audited is the preset priority, prompting the user to perform prior audit on the prompt to be audited of the target medical item.
The prompt to be audited comprises the priority of the prompt to be audited, and the priority of the prompt to be audited can be determined by the server according to the priority of the target medical item and/or the information of the target medical item and is sent to the auditor device along with the prompt to be audited.
The priority of the prompt to be audited can be set corresponding to the priority of the target medical item. For example, when the priority of the target medical item is divided into one to four levels according to whether life is critical, one level is the highest priority, and four levels are the lowest priority, the priority of the audit prompt may be set to one to four levels, and the first and second levels of life-critical may be set to the preset priority.
And when the priority in the prompt to be audited is judged to be the preset priority, prompting the user to perform priority audit on the target medical item corresponding to the prompt to be audited.
S803: and receiving a preliminary auditing result of the target medical item input by the user.
In the present embodiment, the acquiring of the signature information written by the user in the signature area on the display interface in step S730 further includes step S804 and step S805.
S804: and detecting a trigger signal of a user to the signature icon displayed on the display interface, and displaying the signature area.
In order to confirm the identity authority of the user, after the user inputs the preliminary examination result of the target medical item, the user is prompted to carry out signature confirmation. Specifically, after detecting a trigger signal of the user to a signature icon displayed on the display interface, the electrocardiograph further displays the corresponding signature area. The signature area can be arranged at a position set by the display interface, so that the preliminary audit result and other important information are not shielded.
S805: and acquiring a touch point track of a user in the signature area as signature information.
And acquiring a touch point track of the user in the signature area, taking the touch point track as signature information of the user, and correspondingly storing the signature information and a corresponding preliminary auditing result when the signature information is judged to be valid in the step S805.
Further, in another embodiment, to ensure that the signature is not easily imitated, the auditor physician may sign the signature corresponding to his handwriting on the electrocardiograph, or a version of the signature that distinguishes between the signature and his handwriting. The auditor's doctor may pre-enter his or her signature information into the system for subsequent determination of the validity of the signature information. Furthermore, in order to accurately identify the signature information by the program, the user can input a plurality of similar versions of signature information in advance, so that the system can determine the reference version of the user signature according to the signatures of the similar versions, and further the reference version is used as a judgment basis for subsequently judging whether the signature information of the auditor is valid.
In the current embodiment, before step S740, the method provided by the present application further includes step S806:
s806: and judging whether the preliminary auditing result is valid or not based on the signature information.
And judging whether the preliminary auditing result is valid or not based on the signature information of the user. Specifically, when the doctor corresponding to the signature information is judged to be a doctor without the auditing authority, the preliminary auditing result is judged to be invalid, and the judgment result is fed back to the server, so that the server redistributes the auditors to the target medical item; otherwise, when the doctor corresponding to the signature information is determined to be the doctor with the authority, the preliminary examination result can be judged to be valid.
S807: and if the verification result is valid, the step of feeding back the preliminary verification result and the signature information to the server is executed.
If the result is valid, the step of feeding back the preliminary audit result and the signature information to the server is executed, that is, the preliminary audit result and the signature information are fed back to the server, so that the server can determine a final audit result according to the received preliminary audit result.
In the present embodiment, step S801 is the same as step S710, step S803 is the same as step S730, and step S807 is the same as step S740.
In the current embodiment, when the priority in the prompt to be audited is the preset priority, the user is prompted to perform priority audit on the target medical item, so that the medical item in critical situation can be well ensured to be responded in time, and the audit response speed on the target medical item is further improved. Meanwhile, in the current embodiment, the identity authority of the doctor of the auditor can be better confirmed by acquiring the signature information input by the user, and in addition, complete target medical item auditing process data containing the signature of the doctor of the auditor can be better saved by acquiring the signature of the user, so that follow-up and calling of subsequent data are facilitated.
Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a ninth embodiment of an auditing method for medical projects according to the present application. In the current embodiment, the execution subject of the method provided by the present application is a server, and the method includes:
s910: and the server sends a prompt to be audited of the target medical item to the auditor.
After receiving the auditing request of the target medical item sent by the requester, the server determines the corresponding auditor and sends a prompt to be audited of the target medical item to the auditor.
Wherein, the prompt to be audited at least comprises the information of the target medical item.
When the number of the auditors is multiple, the server can send the prompt to be audited of the target medical item to the multiple auditors.
Further, when one auditing doctor is associated with a plurality of terminal devices, the server can send a prompt to be audited to at least one or all terminal devices corresponding to the auditing party, so that the auditing party doctor can quickly know a response to the prompt to be audited.
S920: and receiving the preliminary audit result and the signature information fed back by the auditor in response to the prompt to be audited.
After receiving and responding to the prompt to be audited, the auditor feeds back the preliminary audit result of the target medical item and the signature of the auditor doctor to the server. The preliminary examination result refers to an examination result of the target medical item by the doctor of the examiner.
S930: and judging whether the preliminary auditing result is valid or not based on the signature information.
And judging whether the received preliminary examination result is valid or not based on the received signature information of the doctor of the examiner to ensure the safety of the examination process of the target medical item. In the current embodiment, when it is determined that the doctor of the auditor has the right to audit the target medical item and the signature information of the doctor of the auditor is valid, the obtained preliminary audit result is valid. Otherwise, when the doctor of the auditor does not have the authority of auditing the target medical item, the preliminary auditing result is directly judged to be invalid and fed back to the server, so that the auditor is redistributed to the target medical item; or when the examiner doctor is judged to have the right to examine the target medical item but the signature information is illegal, the examiner doctor can be prompted to carry out signature again.
S940: and if the result is valid, generating a final auditing result of the target medical item based on the preliminary auditing result.
And if the obtained preliminary audit result is effective, the server generates a final audit result of the target medical item based on the preliminary audit result. When the server receives a plurality of valid preliminary audit results, a final audit result of the target medical item is generated further based on the plurality of received preliminary audit results.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic flow chart of a tenth embodiment of an auditing method for a medical project according to the present application. In the current embodiment, the execution agent is a server. In the present application, the method comprises:
s1001: and receiving an auditing request of the target medical item sent by the requester.
S1002: and responding to the audit request to generate a prompt to be audited of the target medical item, and determining an auditor of the audit request. In the current embodiment, the number of the auditors of the audit request is determined to be multiple.
S1003: and determining the priority of the prompt to be audited according to the target medical item.
S1004: and sending the priority of the prompt to be audited and the prompt to be audited to the auditing equipment corresponding to the auditor, so that the auditing equipment prompts the auditor to audit the prompt to be audited according to the priority.
S1005: and receiving a plurality of preliminary audit results and signature information fed back by a plurality of auditors respectively in response to the prompts to be audited.
The step S930 described above further includes a step S1006, in which whether the preliminary audit result is valid is determined based on the signature information.
S1006: and performing text recognition on the signature information to obtain a text recognition result.
S1007: and judging whether the user matched with the text recognition result has the verification authority or not.
S1008: and if so, determining that the preliminary audit result is valid.
In the above steps S1006 to S1008, the server performs text recognition on the received signature information to obtain a text recognition result. And then, further judging whether the user matched with the text recognition result has the auditing authority, and if so, determining that the preliminary auditing result is valid. Otherwise, if the doctor who obtains the text recognition result does not have the auditing authority or the system does not store the text recognition result, the auditing result is determined to be invalid.
In another embodiment, because signatures of many doctors are complex and difficult to identify, the server may compare a first signature track in the signature information with a second signature track of a preset user, and determine that the preliminary review result is valid if the first signature track exists in the second signature track matched with the first signature track. And the second signature track is the signature of the user prestored in the system.
In the present embodiment, since there are multiple reviewers, the generation of the final review result of the target medical item based on the preliminary review result in step S940 further includes the content described in step S1006.
S1009: counting the number of the auditors with the same initial audit result, and taking the initial audit result with the number of the auditors exceeding a preset proportion as the final audit result of the target medical item; or selecting the initial auditing result of the highest-level auditing party as the final auditing result of the target medical data.
S1010: and after the final audit result is determined, sending the final audit result to the requester.
In the embodiment corresponding to fig. 10, some steps may also refer to the descriptions corresponding to fig. 1 to fig. 6 above, and are not repeated here.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is an interactive schematic view of an eleventh embodiment of an auditing method for medical projects according to the present application. In the current embodiment, both the requesting party and the auditing party may be electrocardiographs, which are specifically set according to practical applications, and the method provided by the present application includes:
1101. the requester receives a target medical item auditing instruction input by a user and responds to the auditing instruction to generate an auditing request of the target medical item.
1102. The requester sends a request for auditing the target medical item to the server.
1103. The server receives an auditing request of the target medical item sent by the requester.
1104. And generating a to-be-audited prompt of the target medical item in response to the audit request, and determining a plurality of auditors of the audit request.
1105. And determining the priority of the prompt to be audited according to the target medical item.
1106. And respectively sending the priority of the prompt to be audited and the prompt to be audited to the auditing equipment corresponding to the auditors, so that the auditing equipment prompts the auditors to audit the prompt to be audited according to the priority.
1107. And the auditor receives a prompt to be audited of the target medical item sent by the server.
1108. And responding to the prompt to be audited, and prompting the user to audit the prompt to be audited of the target medical item.
1109. And receiving a preliminary auditing result of the target medical item input by the user, and acquiring signature information written in a signature area on a display interface by the user.
1110. And feeding back the preliminary audit result and the signature information to the server.
1111. And receiving a plurality of preliminary audit results and signature information fed back by a plurality of auditors respectively in response to the prompts to be audited.
1112. And performing text recognition on the signature information to obtain a text recognition result, and judging whether the user matched with the text recognition result has the verification authority or not.
1113. And if the user matched with the text recognition result has the audit.
And if the authority is authorized, determining that the preliminary audit result is valid.
1114. Counting the number of the auditors with the same effective preliminary audit result, and taking the preliminary audit result with the number of the auditors exceeding a preset proportion as the final audit result of the target medical item; or selecting the initial auditing result of the highest-level auditing party as the final auditing result of the target medical data.
1115. And after the final audit result is determined, sending the final audit result to the requester.
1116. And receiving the final audit result of the target medical item sent by the server, and playing and/or displaying the final audit result in a voice mode.
The steps in fig. 11 above may specifically refer to the descriptions of corresponding parts in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail here.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a schematic flowchart illustrating a twelfth embodiment of an auditing method for a medical project according to the present application. In the present embodiment, the execution subject of the method may be an electrocardiograph as a requester. The method comprises the following steps:
s1210: the electrocardiograph receives a checking instruction of the target medical item input by the user and sends a data acquisition request of the target medical item to the server.
And after receiving the auditing instruction of the target medical item input by the user, the electrocardiograph further sends a data acquisition request of the target medical item to the server. The auditing instruction of the target medical item input by the user at least comprises basic information of the target medical item, and the data acquisition request of the target medical item sent by the electrocardiograph to the server at least comprises the basic information of the target medical item, so that the server can feed back data corresponding to the target medical item to the electrocardiograph according to the acquired data acquisition request.
S1220: and receiving the reference medical data fed back by the server in response to the data acquisition request.
Wherein, the data of the target medical treatment item at least comprises reference medical treatment data related to the target medical treatment item.
For example, when the target medical item is a diagnosis of a patient, the reference medical data associated with the target medical item at least includes at least one of a historical electrocardiogram report, an electrophysiological report, and a medical record of the patient.
Further, in an embodiment, after the reference medical data is acquired, if the electrocardiographic data of the patient needs to be acquired, the requesting electrocardiograph may further determine an electrocardiographic data acquisition mode suitable for the current patient based on the acquired reference medical data, and prompt an operating doctor or nurse to acquire the electrocardiographic data in the corresponding electrocardiographic data acquisition mode.
S1230: and sending an auditing request containing the reference medical data and the target medical item information to the auditing party so as to request the auditing party to audit the target medical item based on the reference medical data.
After receiving the reference medical data fed back by the server in response to the data acquisition request, the requesting electrocardiogram machine sends an auditing request containing the reference medical data and the target medical item information to the auditing party so as to request the auditing party to audit the target medical item based on the reference medical data.
In one embodiment, the requesting electrocardiograph may send a review request directly to the reviewer to request the reviewer to review the target medical item based on the reference medical data.
In another embodiment, the requesting electrocardiograph may send a review request to the reviewer through the transfer of the other terminal device, so that the reviewer reviews the target medical item based on the reference medical data and then transfers the review request to the requesting electrocardiograph or the terminal device associated with the electrocardiograph based on the other terminal device.
Further, when there are multiple reviewers, in step S1230, an audit request including the reference medical data and the target medical item information may be sent to the multiple reviewers to request the multiple reviewers to review the target medical item based on the reference medical data, respectively.
S1240: and receiving a final auditing result generated based on the feedback content of the auditor.
And the final audit result is the final audit result of the auditor on the target medical item. When a plurality of auditors are available, the audit result obtained by auditing each auditor is a preliminary audit result, and the auditor obtained based on the plurality of preliminary results is a final audit result.
When the requester electrocardiogram machine can directly communicate with the auditor, the requester can receive the preliminary audit results fed back by the multiple auditors, and then obtain the final audit result based on the multiple preliminary results.
When the requester indirectly communicates with the auditor through a terminal device with computing capability, the terminal device executing the transfer function may compute the preliminary audit result fed back by the auditor to obtain a final audit result, and feed the final audit result back to the electrocardiograph of the requester.
Further, when the requester communicates with the auditor through the server, step S1240 receives a final audit result generated based on the feedback content of the auditor, and includes: and receiving a final auditing result sent by the server, wherein the final auditing result is generated based on the preliminary auditing result fed back by the auditing party.
In the embodiment corresponding to fig. 12, before the request for auditing the target medical item is sent, the reference medical data associated with the target medical item is obtained from the server, so that when the request for auditing including the reference medical data and the target medical item information is sent to the auditing party, the auditing party can further realize more accurate auditing of the target medical item when auditing the target medical item based on the reference medical data.
Referring to fig. 13, fig. 13 is a schematic flow chart of a thirteenth embodiment of an auditing method for a medical project according to the present application. In the present embodiment, the flow steps included in the auditing method for medical items provided in the present application are described when the medical item is a diagnosis of target medical data, the target medical item information includes the target medical data, and the target medical data is a current electrocardiogram report.
S1301: the electrocardiograph receives a checking instruction of the target medical item input by the user.
In the present embodiment, the target medical item is to diagnose target medical data, the target medical item information includes the target medical data, and the target medical data includes a current electrocardiogram report. In the current embodiment, the electrocardiograph receives a user-input examination instruction of the target medical item, that is, receives a user-input instruction for examining the current electrocardiogram report.
Step S1301 is also the same as the partial steps in step S1210, and the related contents may also refer to the descriptions of the corresponding parts above, where the data acquisition request for sending the target medical item to the server in step S1210 includes steps S1302 to S1303:
s1302: and acquiring the identity information of the target patient to which the target medical data belongs.
And after the requesting electrocardiogram machine receives an audit instruction of the target medical item input by the user, further acquiring the identity information of the target patient based on the audit instruction. The identity information of the patient is at least included in the current electrocardiogram report, so that the identity information of the target patient to which the target medical data belongs can be obtained from the current electrocardiogram report.
