With the improvement of living standard and the change of life rhythm, the number of people with hyperglycemia is continuously increased. Currently, glycemic control recommendations for hyperglycemic populations are undifferentiated, i.e., the same glycemic control recommendations are made for all hyperglycemic populations. However, the reason for hyperglycemia varies among hyperglycemic people, and therefore, the effect of blood glucose control is often not obvious when blood glucose control is performed according to the same blood glucose control recommendation.
In order to solve the prior art problem, embodiments of the present invention provide a method and an apparatus for pushing glycemic control advice information, an electronic device, and a computer storage medium. First, a method for pushing glycemic control advice information provided by the embodiment of the present invention is described below.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for pushing glycemic control advice information according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method for pushing glycemic control advice information may include the following steps:
s101, acquiring food images and food consumption information of food eaten by a user, which are sent by a user terminal.
In an embodiment, an execution subject of the method for pushing glycemic control advice information may be a server, and a user terminal may be a mobile terminal, and specifically may be a mobile phone. In one embodiment, a user may take a picture of food consumed using a user terminal and send a food image to a server. The eating amount information represents the eating amount of food eaten by the user, and the eating amount can be input by the user on the user terminal and sent to the server. After acquiring the food image and the eating amount information of the food that the user has eaten, step S102 may be performed.
And S102, calculating the intake calorie of the user based on the food image and the eating amount information.
To more accurately calculate the user's intake calories, in one embodiment, calculating the user's intake calories based on the food image and the eating amount information may generally include: recognizing the food image and determining the food type; based on the food type and the amount of consumption information, the intake calorie is calculated.
S103, obtaining current blood sugar data and historical blood sugar data of the user.
The current blood sugar data of the user is the blood sugar value detected by the user after the user eats the food. The historical blood sugar data of the user is the blood sugar value of the user at a certain moment in a preset time period before the user eats the food.
And S104, determining the correlation information between the intake calorie and the blood sugar fluctuation of the user based on the current blood sugar data of the user, the historical blood sugar data of the user and the intake calorie.
Because the historical blood sugar data of the user and the current blood sugar data of the user are blood sugar values of the user before and after eating the food, a blood sugar difference exists between the historical blood sugar data of the user and the current blood sugar data of the user, and the blood sugar difference represents blood sugar fluctuation of the user. One of the reasons for the blood sugar fluctuation is that the user consumes the consumed food, i.e. the intake calorie of the consumed food. As can be seen, there is a causal relationship between caloric intake and user blood glucose excursions, which may be referred to as correlation information between caloric intake and user blood glucose excursions.
And S105, based on the associated information, pushing the blood sugar control suggestion information to the user terminal.
Because the correlation information represents the causal relationship between the intake calorie and the blood sugar fluctuation of the user, based on the correlation information, the blood sugar control suggestion information can be pushed to the user terminal in a targeted manner, and the blood sugar control effect is further improved. Specifically, the blood sugar control suggestion information in the aspects of diet and exercise can be pushed to the user terminal in a targeted manner.
To perform glycemic control from a dietary aspect, in one embodiment, pushing glycemic control advice information to the user terminal based on the association information may generally include: determining target edible food and target edible amount information corresponding to the target edible food based on the correlation information; and pushing the target edible food and the target edible amount information to the user terminal. The target edible food is the food which is determined according to the associated information and is helpful for blood sugar control and should be eaten by the user; the target eating amount information is the eating amount of the target edible food which is determined according to the associated information and is supposed to be eaten by the user. Wherein, the target edible food can be food which is recommended to be eaten by the user by the doctor, and the target edible amount information can be the edible amount which is recommended to be eaten by the user by the doctor.
In order to make the determination of the target food consumption more suitable for the dietary preference of the user, in one embodiment, the determining of the target food consumption and the target food consumption amount information corresponding to the target food consumption based on the correlation information may generally include: acquiring the diet preference information of a user; and determining target edible food and target edible amount information based on the user diet preference information and the associated information.
The user diet preference information represents the diet preference of the user, and the acquisition mode of the user diet preference information has various modes: in one embodiment, the user may directly input the user's diet preference information on the user terminal, and the user terminal transmits the user's diet preference information to the server. In another embodiment, the user's dietary preference information may be determined using a neural network model based on food images of food consumed that the user has historically published. After the user diet liking information is acquired, the determined target edible food is often the food which accords with the diet liking of the user based on the user diet liking information and the related information. When the target edible food is a food that meets the dietary preference of the user, the accurate determination of the target edible amount information is particularly important, and the target edible amount information can be determined more accurately based on the dietary preference information and the associated information of the user.
In order to help the user to eat more regularly, in one embodiment, after the target eating food and the target eating amount information are pushed to the user terminal, the method may further include: acquiring the current position of a user terminal; and pushing the position information of the target eating shop in the preset size area of the current position to the user terminal according to the target food and the current position.
In order to facilitate the user to eat the target food in time and help the diet to be more regular, in one embodiment, the position information of the target diet store in a circular area with the current position of the user terminal as the center of a circle and the radius of 1 kilometer can be pushed to the user terminal.
The blood sugar control is performed from the diet aspect, and the blood sugar control can also be performed from the exercise and fitness aspects. In one embodiment, based on the association information, pushing glycemic control advice information to the user terminal may generally include: determining a target motion item and a target motion duration corresponding to the target motion item based on the association information; and pushing the target motion item and the target motion duration to the user terminal.
The target sports item is a sports item which is determined according to the associated information and is helpful for controlling blood sugar and is supposed to be exercised by the user; the target movement duration is the movement duration determined according to the association information, wherein the target movement item is supposed to be moved by the user.
In order to make the determination of the target motion item more suitable for the motion preference of the user, in one embodiment, the determining the target motion item and the target motion duration corresponding to the target motion item based on the association information includes: acquiring user exercise preference information; and determining the target movement item and the target movement duration based on the user movement preference information and the associated information.
The user motion preference information represents the motion preference of the user, and the obtaining mode of the user motion preference information has multiple modes: in one embodiment, the user can directly input the user motion preference information on the user terminal, and the user terminal sends the user motion preference information to the server; in another embodiment, the user motion preference information may be determined using a neural network model based on images of historically released motion items of the user. After the user sports preference information is acquired, the determined target sports item is often a sports item which accords with the sports preference of the user based on the user sports preference information and the associated information.
In order to help the user move more regularly, in one embodiment, after pushing the target movement item and the target movement duration to the user terminal, the method may further include: acquiring the current position of a user terminal; and pushing the position information of the target fitness place in the preset size area of the current position to the user terminal according to the target sport item and the current position.
In order to facilitate the user to perform the exercise in time, in one embodiment, the position information of the target exercise place in a circular area with the current position of the user terminal as the center of a circle and the radius of 1 km can be pushed to the user terminal.
The following describes an apparatus, an electronic device, and a computer storage medium for pushing glycemic control advice information according to embodiments of the present invention, and the apparatus, the electronic device, and the computer storage medium for pushing glycemic control advice information described below and the method for pushing glycemic control advice information described above may be referred to in correspondence.
