Abstract

The invention relates to a device and a method for giving out early warning on traffic vehicle behaviors, and belongs to the technical field of traffic safety. The device and the method for giving out the early warning of the traffic vehicle behavior utilize the historical data of the vehicle to calculate the risk indexes of the vehicle to different road conditions; and generating risk early warning information for the vehicle running route planning according to the risk index on the basis of obtaining the vehicle running route planning. Therefore, a driving route risk early warning mechanism based on the existing road conditions and combined with historical data can give reference to a driver and also can provide reference basis for law enforcement of traffic management departments.
