Abstract
The invention relates to a device and a method for giving out early warning on traffic vehicle behaviors, and belongs to the technical field of traffic safety. The device and the method for giving out the early warning of the traffic vehicle behavior utilize the historical data of the vehicle to calculate the risk indexes of the vehicle to different road conditions; and generating risk early warning information for the vehicle running route planning according to the risk index on the basis of obtaining the vehicle running route planning. Therefore, a driving route risk early warning mechanism based on the existing road conditions and combined with historical data can give reference to a driver and also can provide reference basis for law enforcement of traffic management departments.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traffic safety, in particular to the technical field of data acquisition and control of road monitoring equipment, and specifically relates to a traffic vehicle behavior early warning device and method.
Background
In the prior art, a driver often can plan a travel path by using an electronic map before going out, so that real-time navigation is realized. In addition, the current road condition can be further known, and the path can be adjusted or a prompt can be given by combining the road condition.
However, the prior art lacks a method capable of giving an early warning to possible behaviors of a vehicle, and particularly lacks a method capable of giving an early warning to the possible behaviors of the vehicle based on the existing road conditions and combined with historical data.
Therefore, how to provide a vehicle behavior early warning device and method becomes an urgent problem to be solved in the field.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a device and a method for giving an early warning to the behavior of a traffic vehicle based on the existing road conditions by combining historical data.
In order to achieve the above object, the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method of the present invention comprises the steps of:
(1) identifying vehicle information and obtaining historical data of the vehicle;
(2) calculating risk indexes of the vehicle for different road conditions by using the historical data of the vehicle;
(3) obtaining a driving route plan of the vehicle;
(4) and generating risk early warning information for planning the vehicle running route according to the risk index.
In the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method, the step (1) is specifically as follows:
acquiring historical data of a vehicle in a plurality of time periods according to ETC data of the vehicle, wherein the historical data comprises: load condition, trip distance, elapsed time, location information, speed, accident condition, and accident liability condition.
In the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method, the plurality of time periods comprise three days, one week, half month, one month, three months, half year and one year.
In the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method, the step (2) is specifically as follows:
and calculating the risk index of the vehicle under the conditions of different road sections, different time periods and different vehicle flow rates by using the historical data of the vehicle.
In the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method, the step (3) is specifically as follows:
the road section that the vehicle is expected to travel through and the time when the corresponding road section will be passed are acquired.
In the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method, the step (4) is specifically as follows:
and searching the information that the vehicle passes through the same road section at the same time in the historical data according to the road section predicted to be passed by the vehicle and the time of passing through the corresponding road section, predicting the traffic flow of the road section at the time, and generating a corresponding risk index.
In the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method, the step (4) further comprises the following steps:
corresponding risk indices are generated using historical data of other vehicles traversing the same road segment at the same time.
In the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method, the method further comprises the following steps:
(5) and displaying the risk early warning information to a driver, and prompting the driver to modify the driving route planning when the risk exceeds a preset upper limit.
The invention also provides a traffic vehicle behavior early warning device which comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores an application program, and when the processor reads and runs the application program, the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method is realized.
The invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores an application program, and when the application program is read and run by a processor, the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method is realized.
The device and the method for giving out the early warning of the traffic vehicle behavior utilize the historical data of the vehicle to calculate the risk indexes of the vehicle to different road conditions; and generating risk early warning information for the vehicle running route planning according to the risk index on the basis of obtaining the vehicle running route planning. Therefore, a driving route risk early warning mechanism based on the existing road conditions and combined with historical data can give reference to a driver and also can provide reference basis for law enforcement of traffic management departments.

Detailed Description
In order to clearly understand the technical contents of the present invention, the following examples are given in detail.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a traffic vehicle behavior warning method according to the present invention.
In one embodiment, the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method comprises the following steps:
(1) identifying vehicle information and obtaining historical data of the vehicle;
(2) calculating risk indexes of the vehicle for different road conditions by using the historical data of the vehicle;
(3) obtaining a driving route plan of the vehicle;
(4) and generating risk early warning information for planning the vehicle running route according to the risk index.
In a preferred embodiment, the step (1) is specifically:
acquiring historical data of a vehicle in a plurality of time periods according to ETC data of the vehicle, wherein the historical data comprises: load condition, trip distance, elapsed time, location information, speed, accident condition, and accident liability condition. Wherein said plurality of time periods comprises three days, one week, one half month, one month, three months, one half year, and one year.
The step (2) is specifically as follows:
and calculating the risk index of the vehicle under the conditions of different road sections, different time periods and different vehicle flow rates by using the historical data of the vehicle.
The step (3) is specifically as follows:
the road section that the vehicle is expected to travel through and the time when the corresponding road section will be passed are acquired.
The step (4) is specifically as follows:
and searching the information that the vehicle passes through the same road section at the same time in the historical data according to the road section predicted to be passed by the vehicle and the time of passing through the corresponding road section, predicting the traffic flow of the road section at the time, and generating a corresponding risk index.
In a further preferred embodiment, the step (4) further comprises:
corresponding risk indices are generated using historical data of other vehicles traversing the same road segment at the same time.
In a more preferred embodiment, the traffic vehicle behavior warning method of the present invention further comprises:
(5) and displaying the risk early warning information to a driver, and prompting the driver to modify the driving route planning when the risk exceeds a preset upper limit.
The invention also provides a traffic vehicle behavior early warning device which comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores an application program, and when the processor reads and runs the application program, the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method is realized.
The invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores an application program, and when the application program is read and run by a processor, the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method is realized.
In the practical application of the traffic vehicle behavior early warning device and the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method, vehicle information can be obtained by using license plate recognition equipment, ETC and the like, and historical data of the vehicle can be inquired in a database according to the vehicle information. And then calculating risk indexes of the vehicle for different road conditions by using historical data of the vehicle, specifically determining the risk indexes of the vehicle for different roads such as urban roads, expressways, rural roads and the like and different traffic volumes (congestion conditions and the like), wherein for example, the risk of the vehicle is lower under the condition that the expressways are not congested, and the risk of the vehicle is higher under the condition that the urban roads are congested, and the like. And further acquiring the driving route plan of the vehicle. For operation vehicles with a route uploading requirement, such as taxies, logistics vehicles and the like, a running route of the operation vehicles can be acquired through a network; for vehicles without route uploading requirements, such as private cars and the like, historical routes in historical data can be retrieved, and driving routes can be estimated in a fitting mode. And finally, generating risk early warning information for planning the vehicle running route according to the risk index. For example, the planned driving route of the vehicle is a full highway, the current road condition is that the highway is not congested, and the risk of the vehicle is low under the condition that the highway is not congested, and then route low-risk early warning information is generated. For another example, if the planned route of the vehicle passes through an urban road, the road condition in the time period of passing through the urban road is expected to be congested, and the vehicle has a high risk under the condition of urban road congestion, then the route high risk early warning information is generated. Furthermore, under the condition of generating high-risk early warning information, a low-risk path alternative to the driver can be provided for the driver to select and modify the route, so that the travel risk is reduced. On the other hand, the high-risk early warning information can also be provided for traffic police departments, highway departments and the like, and can be used as a reference for possible road condition changes to help the traffic police departments and the highway departments to prejudge in advance.
The device and the method for giving out the early warning of the traffic vehicle behavior utilize the historical data of the vehicle to calculate the risk indexes of the vehicle to different road conditions; and generating risk early warning information for the vehicle running route planning according to the risk index on the basis of obtaining the vehicle running route planning. Therefore, a driving route risk early warning mechanism based on the existing road conditions and combined with historical data can give reference to a driver and also can provide reference basis for law enforcement of traffic management departments.

It will, however, be evident that various modifications and changes may be made thereto without departing from the broader spirit and scope of the invention. The specification and drawings are, accordingly, to be regarded in an illustrative rather than a restrictive sense.
Claims (10)
1. A traffic vehicle behavior early warning method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) identifying vehicle information and obtaining historical data of the vehicle;
(2) calculating risk indexes of the vehicle for different road conditions by using the historical data of the vehicle;
(3) obtaining a driving route plan of the vehicle;
(4) and generating risk early warning information for planning the vehicle running route according to the risk index.
2. The traffic vehicle behavior early warning method according to claim 1, wherein the step (1) is specifically:
acquiring historical data of a vehicle in a plurality of time periods according to ETC data of the vehicle, wherein the historical data comprises: load condition, trip distance, elapsed time, location information, speed, accident condition, and accident liability condition.
3. The transit vehicle behavior alert method as defined in claim 2, wherein the plurality of time periods include three days, one week, one half month, one month, three months, one half year, and one year.
4. The traffic vehicle behavior early warning method according to claim 2, wherein the step (2) is specifically:
and calculating the risk index of the vehicle under the conditions of different road sections, different time periods and different vehicle flow rates by using the historical data of the vehicle.
5. The traffic vehicle behavior early warning method according to claim 4, wherein the step (3) is specifically as follows:

6. The traffic vehicle behavior early warning method according to claim 5, wherein the step (4) is specifically as follows:

7. The transit vehicle behavior warning method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the step (4) further comprises:

A traffic vehicle behavior early warning device comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores an application program, and when the processor reads and runs the application program, the traffic vehicle behavior early warning method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 is implemented.
10. A computer-readable storage medium characterized by storing an application program that, when read and executed by a processor, implements the transportation vehicle behavior warning method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
