Further, referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a functional block diagram of a second embodiment of the intelligent control system for converged media provided by the present invention, and on the basis of the first embodiment, the intelligent control system for converged media further includes a news authoring robot 70, and the news authoring robot 70 is used for natural language understanding and natural language generation in natural language processing. The core technology of the news authoring robot 70 is natural language processing, and meanwhile, the core technology relates to a plurality of artificial intelligence technologies such as data mining, machine learning, search technology, knowledge maps and the like. Natural language processing refers to the ability of machines to understand and interpret human writing, speaking patterns, with the goal of making computers/machines intelligent in understanding language like humans, and ultimately making up the gap between human communication (i.e., natural language) and computer understanding (i.e., machine language). The mechanism of the news authoring robot mainly involves two processes, namely Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Natural Language Generation (NLG), and the news authoring robot is actually a Natural Language Generation system. The present embodiment is intended to try the development of a news authoring robot from the following three technical directions.
Specifically, please refer to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a schematic functional module diagram of an embodiment of the news writing robot shown in fig. 9, in this embodiment, the news writing robot 70 includes a template type news writing robot 71, a pull-out news writing robot 72, and a generating news writing robot 73, the template type news writing robot 71 is configured to search candidate templates based on input knowledge points and a template library, perform intelligent template screening by using an optimization algorithm, determine a template that is actually used at last, and perform news text generation based on the template obtained by screening; the extraction type news writing robot 72 is used for performing text analysis on a given square, selecting and generalizing text contents, and converting and generating an abstract; the generative news authoring robot 73 is used for generative natural language processing, and means that news reports are written in a natural language form according to an existing text generation mode through a deep learning and reinforcement learning technique of a sequence.
The manuscript writing method of the template type robot is mainly characterized in that different template combinations are intelligently selected through an optimization algorithm to generate news. The specific implementation process comprises the following steps: and searching candidate templates based on the input knowledge points and the template library, screening the intelligent templates by using an optimization algorithm, determining the finally and really used template, and generating a news text based on the screened template. The template type news writing robot produces a complete news report and mainly comprises five steps: the method comprises the steps of building a content database, machine learning based on the database, writing based on specific subjects, and finally checking and channel distribution of the content. Firstly, a template type news writing robot needs to construct a corpus which is rich in content and has massive news data, and the corpus provides a data warehouse for the robot to automatically generate news reports; secondly, the big data technology provides data analysis and algorithm design for the robot, and learns and understands writing templates corresponding to each item of data in the data warehouse; thirdly, due to random combination, the contents are easy to have serious errors, so that the robot needs to carry out a great deal of training and learning based on the text contents of the data warehouse, and finally the writing level of the robot can approach or even reach the level of standard news writing. After the content of the short text is generated, the robot generates a specific news content frame based on the overall report topic of the news, and under the content frame, the robot can generate corresponding text content to form a report. Currently, the main functions of the template-based news writing robot are still limited to the relatively fixed information of the sports and financial reports, and the expression level of news which is difficult to be expected, such as the sudden news, is expected to be improved.
In the news information field, a robot is used for extracting important information from mass existing text materials and performing secondary creation, and the robot automatic manuscript writing method is a robot automatic manuscript writing method which is focused in the industry. A typical pop-up natural language generation scenario is based on automatic summarization of pop-up text. The method is an effective way for helping a user to extract important information contents from mass data in a short time, and is also an important method for quickly extracting important information from original text contents to generate core abstract contents under scenes such as news search, personalized recommendation and the like. In the news information field, a robot is used for extracting important information from mass existing text materials and performing secondary creation, and the robot automatic manuscript writing method is a robot automatic manuscript writing method which is focused in the industry. A typical pop-up natural language generation scenario is based on automatic summarization of pop-up text. The method is an effective way for helping a user to extract important information contents from mass data in a short time, and is also an important method for quickly extracting important information from original text contents to generate core abstract contents under scenes such as news search, personalized recommendation and the like. The automatic abstract generation mainly comprises the following three steps, wherein the text analysis process is to analyze and process an original text and identify redundant information; the text content selection and generalization process is to identify important information from the text, compress the text by an extraction or summarization method, or form abstract representation by a calculation analysis method; the conversion and generation process of the abstract realizes the recombination of the original text content or generates the abstract according to the text content position representation information, thereby ensuring the continuity of the abstract. Currently, the automatic text summarization generation technology based on the extraction type is most widely applied in the news field. Due to the overload of news information, people hope to have a tool which can help people know more and more useful news information in the shortest time, and more news intentionally attract the titles to the eyes in order to attract pets, but the titles are actually not really famous, so that the extraction type abstract is very important.
If the template type and extraction type news writing robot systems enter an application stage in the news field, the generation type news writing robot systems are the current research frontier, are in a perfect test stage at the current stage, and have no typical products. The generative natural language processing mainly refers to that through a deep learning and reinforcement learning technology of a sequence, a machine can generate a mode according to the existing text, for example, writing some updated information in a data warehouse into a news report in a natural language form. Of course, such reporting does not require a particularly intensive investigation nor knowledge of the relationships behind the individual events, which could theoretically be done by a robot. The current scenario for generating text for more common robots is, for example, training with the Shakespeare's work, and the model can generate sentences that resemble the Shakespeare style. Such a news-writing robot needs to perform deep learning based on a large text set and then automatically generate a text that is closer to a human daily expression. At present, the work finished by the robot based on the generative news writing cannot reach the level of manual editing in terms of sentence continuity or topic relevance. In summary, in the construction process of this embodiment, the key point is to research and develop the extraction-type news writing robot system to abstract the key content of the massive news information, so as to provide a technical basis for fast and accurate retrieval of news content; while a template-based news authoring robot system is being developed in an attempt to accomplish some non-essential but necessarily reported news content (e.g., pre-selected games for ball games), it is also desirable to have a breakthrough in the area of a generative news authoring robot system.
Compared with the prior art, the intelligent control system for the converged media adopts a converged media intelligence library, a media talent culture platform, a converged media command management platform, a converged media data monitoring platform, a converged media data scheduling platform and a propagation pushing platform, and stores the related resource information of the converged media through the converged media intelligence library; the media talent culture platform cultures related media-fused talents; the converged media command management platform issues and manages the related resource information of the converged media; monitoring related resource information of a converged medium by a converged medium data monitoring platform; and the propagation pushing platform propagates and pushes the related resource information of the converged media.
