Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a comprehensive management service system for small-scale operators includes seven major centers of a fund flow management system, an inventory receiving, dispatching and storing system, a goods code scanning transaction system, a customer management system, a supplier management system, a travel information management system and a financial management system. The fund flow management system center is characterized by comprising a local and network server center, a daily fund flow record inquiry module, a deposit target management module, various asset and debt inquiry modules, a cost and consumption management module, a income classification management module and a bill prompting module. The inventory receiving, dispatching and storing system center is characterized by comprising an inventory (code scanning) entering module, an inventory (code scanning) ex-warehouse module, an inventory settlement module, an inventory checking module, an inventory classification inquiring module, an inventory analyzing module and an inventory information modifying module. The commodity code scanning trading system center is characterized by comprising a commodity code scanning selling module and a commodity trading settlement module. The customer management system center is characterized by comprising a customer information input module, a customer information analysis module and a customer information classification query module. The supplier management system center is characterized by comprising a supplier information input module, a supplier information analysis module and a supplier information classification query module. The travel information management system center is characterized by comprising a travel planning recording module, a travel journey recording module, a travel information modifying module and a travel expense difference comparison analysis and in-station search module. The financial management system center is characterized by comprising a user registration information module, a small-scale operator asset liability statement module, a small-scale operator other financial statement module, a reconciliation adjustment module, a budget planning analysis module, an investment management analysis module, a income tax calculator module and other financial management modules. The data sources of the asset liability statement module and the other financial statement modules are formed by combining a daily fund flow record query module, a reconciliation adjustment module and initial registration information. In addition, the seven-unit system is interconnected, for example: an integration system of a fund management system and a financial management system, an inventory receiving, dispatching and storing system, a commodity code scanning transaction system, a supplier management system and a financial management system. (it is noted that the storage structure and the cloud service center structure are not listed because the content does not form the core element of the present invention, and the internal principle structure patent of the cloud service center part is owned by the related organization, and the present invention builds the own network architecture only by virtue of the latest technology.)
Referring to fig. 1, the local and network server centers are used for users to store data in the local or cloud server center and to perform a deeper application by scheduling data in the local or service center. The cloud server center uses a cloud network environment composed of services in the computer field such as a cloud server and a database.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, the daily fund record query module includes a post-tax month income amount, an unconventional income amount, a fixed cost amount of the month, daily catering fees, traffic and communication fees, daily purchase expenses, a large amount of expenses, other expenses, an amount of outstanding travel expenses and money to be collected, an amount of outstanding loan and money to be paid, an amount of total investment, an amount of total withdrawn funds, and a travel expense record and query, wherein the post-tax month income amount, the fixed cost amount of the month, the daily purchase expenses, the large amount of expenses, the other expenses, the amount of total investment and the amount of total withdrawn funds all need to be filled with detailed items and payment condition of installments. On the investment input interface, the system provides the latest stock codes, the invested items of the user and the invested asset risks; in the withdrawal input interface, the system provides a withdrawal project that defines the scope of the invested project and the risk of assets after withdrawal. In addition, in each cost expense detail entry page, an "other detail" information entry and query function is provided.
Referring to fig. 2 and 7, the cost and consumption management module comprises two major components. The first part is recommended cost spending amount per day, and the recommended cost spending amount per day is a reasonable spending amount calculated according to the consumption condition of the city where the user is located and the past data statistical condition of the user. The second major part is data statistics such as pie charts, bar charts and line charts which provide cost spending situations, and related area query detail situations can be clicked.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the financial reporting module includes a balance sheet and other financial reports. The system automatically calculates and stores each amount in the statement items daily or at intervals based on data from the funds management system zhongxing, reconciliation adjustment module, initial registration information, and inventory warehousing and warehousing system center. These statement items include cash on flow, travel reimbursement due, debit due, fixed assets, capital assets, debit due, and bill due. Meanwhile, the reports are correspondingly adjusted according to the characteristics of the small-scale operator, and a user can inquire data stored in the equipment or uploaded to the network server center at any time.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the budget planning analysis module automatically generates a consumption budget analysis report including analysis data of consumption level proportion, total liability level under assumption and short-term liability level according to the predicted income, predicted large amount cost and predicted loan condition input by the user, and explains the indexes. The data sources for these analysis index calculations are the market analysis data provided by the real-time small-scale operator balance sheet, the central data of the asset flow management system and the external resource database.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the investment management analysis module automatically generates an investment risk analysis report including analyzed data of risk factors after investment, asset structure level, long and short term repayment level, etc., and explains the indexes according to free funds and non-free funds required by different investment categories (including fixed income type security investment, floating income type security investment, real estate investment, Chinese mainland stock investment, developed country stock investment and other investments) which are expected to be purchased by user input. The data sources for these analysis index calculations are the market analysis data provided by the real-time small-scale operator balance sheet, the central data of the asset flow management system and the external resource database.
Referring to fig. 3 and 8, the income tax calculator module generates an income tax calculation result report according to information filled by the user, calculates annual tax payment of the income tax of the user under different conditions according to income tax laws of individuals, small-scale operators and the like, and provides a corresponding tax analysis function.
Referring to fig. 4 and 9, the supplier information input module is used for the user to input information such as a supplier name, a transaction amount and the like related to the cost fee in the cost and consumption management module.
Referring to fig. 4 and 9, the supplier information analysis module is used for automatically integrating the supplier information input by the user and capturing market analysis data from a resource database, statistically analyzing the current supplier condition of the user and providing corresponding analysis services.
Referring to fig. 5 and 10, the inventory (code scanning) entry module is used for a user to enter information manually in a mobile device such as a mobile phone, or to scan a two-dimensional code or a bar code of a commodity to enter an inventory by using a mobile device such as a mobile phone. The system searches for relevant information according to history recorded in the past or a captured external database, and automatically fills data matched with the two-dimensional code or the bar code information in items corresponding to the input page.
Referring to fig. 5 and 10, the stock (code scanning) delivery module is used for enabling a user to manually input information in a mobile device such as a mobile phone for delivery, or scanning a two-dimensional code or a bar code of a commodity with the mobile device such as a mobile phone for delivery. The system automatically matches related commodities according to the commodity warehousing information, and automatically fills data matched with the two-dimensional code or the bar code information in the corresponding items of the ex-warehouse page.
Referring to fig. 6 and 11, the commodity transaction settlement module is a function of helping a user to complete collection by a way that the system enters into transaction settlement, displays total commodity amount and collection codes and jumps to third-party financial software after the user finishes commodity code scanning and selling by using a mobile device such as a mobile phone.
Referring to fig. 1 and 12, the travel expense difference comparative analysis is performed by comparing the planned expense in the travel plan with the actual expense in the travel diary to remind the user to appropriately adjust the consumption level during the travel. Meanwhile, the user can record and track the travel process of the user at any time.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the saving target management module is used for setting the target deposit amount of the month at the beginning of each month, and the system also refers to and analyzes the user history information to recommend reasonable deposit data to the user as a reference. In this module, the system will prompt the user to consume the limit daily, and the user will have a high probability of completing his/her monthly deposit goal, as long as the user's daily cost and cost are within the limit. Meanwhile, the user can check the money saving condition in the current month, the historical money saving information and the data analysis information at any time in the module.
Preferably, referring to fig. 5 and 10, the inventory balance module is a system that automatically calculates the end of month balance at the end of each month using a weighted average method or other algorithm and saves it as a file that helps the next month to calculate the inventory balance by the next month. The system only needs to calculate the inventory balance of the month by using the balance at the bottom of the month of the previous month, the warehouse-in and warehouse-out record data and the inventory record data of the month, thereby greatly reducing the calculation amount of a mobile phone or a computer and ensuring that the system runs more quickly.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5 and 10, the inventory checking module is a module that a user can perform on-site inventory using a mobile device such as a mobile phone anytime and anywhere. The system updates the amount of stock left at any time, and the user can know the corresponding information only by using the mobile device. During the inventory process, the inventory amount is input into the device, and the system automatically calculates the difference and stores the difference as a reference file for calculating the value of the balance of the inventory. Meanwhile, the user can check the historical information of the inventory at any time.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 6 and 11, the commodity code scanning selling module is used by a user to perform code scanning selling by using a mobile device such as a mobile phone, and includes three sub-modules, namely a commodity code scanning entry module, a commodity code scanning export module and a commodity selling module. The user can scan the bar code or two-dimension code of the commodity in the module, the system can match the scanned information with the data transmitted by the inventory receiving and sending system center, and then the successfully matched data is presented on the interface of the mobile device. Every time the same product is swept, the system will accumulate records; each time a new product is scanned, the system will add it to the list. The total amount of money sold at this time is updated to the latest data every time the money is scanned. The user then clicks on the settlement and the system will do the inventory warehousing and sales process. All of these tasks can be accomplished using only one mobile device.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2, 3, 7 and 8, the system for integrating the fund flow management system and the financial management system is a system for transmitting daily fund flow record data, registration information and reconciliation adjustment data to a financial management system center. The financial management system center calculates all report data, statistical analysis data and the like according to the data and generates various small-scale operator financial report sets with high quality and reference value. And subsequent small-scale operator financial analysis is carried out through the useful data, and finally a reliable and valuable analysis report is obtained.
Preferably, referring to fig. 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 11, the integrated system of the inventory receiving, sending and storing system, the goods code scanning transaction system, the supplier management system and the finance management system means that these systems are in a relationship of being connected and dependent on each other. The inventory receiving and sending system transmits the data to the commodity code scanning transaction system, and the commodity code scanning transaction system limits the ex-warehouse quantity of code scanning commodities and judges whether the commodities are put in warehouse or not according to the transmitted data. Meanwhile, the inventory receiving, sending and storing system can transmit data to the supplier management system to count the information condition of the suppliers. The system also automatically calculates daily data changes of the inventory receiving and dispatching system and the commodity code scanning transaction system, calculates data of inventory balance, monthly inventory warehouse-out cost, inventory profit and loss and the like daily or at intervals, and transmits the data to the financial management system. And after receiving the data, the financial management system generates corresponding report data and outputs the report data.

The method comprises the following steps: because the user stores the data on the local computer, information verification such as a mobile phone at the previous stage is not needed. After the user fills in the basic information and selects the small-scale operator module, the user enters the 'registration information module'. After all information contents at the time of the registration date are filled, the system obtains initial data of each module. The user may then enter a system home page, such as the page in FIG. 7.
Step two: after entering the view shown in fig. 7, the user can fill in daily fund flow conditions daily. The income amount of the month after the tax, the fixed cost amount of the month, the daily purchase expenditure, the large expenditure, other expenditures, the total investment amount and the total withdrawal amount all need to be filled with detailed items and the collection condition of the payment by stages (optional filling). For example: when the user fills in daily purchase expenditure, after all details of actual expenditure are filled in, the page displays a 'shopping payment mode remark' page (optional filling), and the user can save and quit after filling in the page. The system will automatically calculate the total amount of the bill to be paid back in the current month every month, and then remind the user to pay back in time in the fixed cost expenditure of the month. At the same time, the user can view the forward flow of funds, assets and liabilities, customer information and supplier information, as well as enter into the inventory management system interface and other expense detail interfaces on a calendar query page. Sliding the view, two buttons can be seen, namely a "today's spending" pie chart and a "past's spending" bar chart. Step four: entering the "fixed expense details" view shown in FIG. 9, the user may click on "supplier details" on this page to add supplier information. Meanwhile, the user may enter a "supplier information classification query module" and a "supplier information analysis module" on a calendar query page.
Step five: proceed to the inventory management system view shown in fig. 10. In this page, the user can view the value of the remaining inventory, inventory history information, an inventory sort query module, and an inventory analysis module. After clicking the 'warehouse-in' or 'warehouse-out' button on the page, the user can input warehouse-in or warehouse-out commodity information on a new page. Meanwhile, a user can click a code scanning button to scan the two-dimensional code or the bar code, and the system automatically fills the matched information in the information table. In addition, the user may enter the inventory page by clicking on the "inventory" button. And in the checking page, the system automatically displays the residual quantity of each commodity, and after the user inputs the actual checking quantity, the system automatically calculates the checking difference and stores the checking difference.
Step six: enter into the "merchandise code-scanning transaction system" view shown in fig. 11. In this page, there are two main buttons-a goods scan sales button and an inventory warehousing management button. After a user clicks the first button, the system enters a commodity code scanning and inputting module, and after the user scans two-dimensional codes or bar codes of commodities to be sold through mobile equipment such as a mobile phone, the system automatically adds the two-dimensional codes or bar codes to a list and displays the two-dimensional codes or bar codes in a page. Meanwhile, the user can turn on the flash lamp to work in a dark environment, and can manually input commodity information acquisition data and add the commodity information acquisition data to the sales list. Then, after all the items in the order are scanned or manually added, the user clicks the "settle" button and the system automatically checks the sales information against the data sent from the "inventory delivery and storage management system" (e.g.: is the number of items sold exceed the amount of inventory held. After the verification is correct, the system enters a commodity transaction settlement module. In this module, the interface provides the present total number, the present total amount of sales and the clearing house function. The user can use the settlement function provided by the system and can jump to the third-party financial transaction settlement system software to perform settlement operation.
Step seven: the "travel information management system" view shown in FIG. 12 is entered. The user can add "travel plans" and "travel diaries" at any time on this page, as well as view specific content. In "travel plan," the user may add travel cities for daily plan editing, or select "existing plans" to add new days of plan. In the "travel diary", the user can select a code corresponding to a previously written travel plan, and then write his own travel diary in real time. If there is no travel plan, the user can create a separate travel diary for recording. In the interface of the travel diary, the system automatically calculates the difference between the total sum of each item of the travel plan and the actual expense sum of the travel plan and performs statistical analysis. Meanwhile, the user can edit or delete the travel plan and the diary in the detail page at any time.
Step eight: enter the "local information transfer module" view shown in fig. 12. The user needs to open the Bluetooth and Wi-Fi functions of the user to normally use the transmission function. This transfer function helps users who do not upload data to the server to transfer the native data to the new device. After the user successfully transmits the data to the new equipment, the user clicks a 'data processing' button of the page, and the system automatically converts the newly-transmitted files into a database built in the system for storing and calling functions. This may help the user to prevent the problem of leakage of valuable data and privacy.
Obviously, the patent is taken as a pioneer of a global small-scale operator comprehensive information management service system, forms a great leading position in the industry on the aspects of technology, completion degree, specialty degree and comprehensive performance, and has self obvious characteristics. All subsystems of the system are interdependent and linked to form a strong and efficient management system, and even the current advanced SAP enterprise management system with strong comprehensive performance cannot achieve high integration and advanced technology of the system. The present invention seeks to provide an efficient management model for small-scale operators that helps them improve financial performance, risk control awareness and the ability to cope with emergency events. Various modifications and alterations of this invention may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of this invention. Thus, if such changes or modifications of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such changes or modifications.

A comprehensive management service system suitable for small-scale operators comprises seven centers, namely a fund flow management system, an inventory receiving, dispatching and storing system, a commodity code scanning and trading system, a customer management system, a supplier management system, a travel information management system and a financial management system. The fund flow management system center is characterized by comprising a local and network server center, a daily fund flow record inquiry module, a deposit target management module, various asset and debt inquiry modules, a cost and consumption management module, a income classification management module and a bill prompting module. The inventory receiving, dispatching and storing system center is characterized by comprising an inventory (code scanning) entering module, an inventory (code scanning) ex-warehouse module, an inventory settlement module, an inventory checking module, an inventory classification inquiring module, an inventory analyzing module and an inventory information modifying module. The commodity code scanning trading system center is characterized by comprising a commodity code scanning selling module and a commodity trading settlement module. The customer management system center is characterized by comprising a customer information input module, a customer information analysis module and a customer information classification query module. The supplier management system center is characterized by comprising a supplier information input module, a supplier information analysis module and a supplier information classification query module. The daily fund flow record inquiry module comprises a post-tax month income amount, an unconventional income amount, a current month cost and fixed expenditure amount, a daily catering fee, a traffic and communication fee, a daily purchase expenditure, a large expenditure, other expenditures, an accrual travel expenditure and collection amount, an accrual loan and collection amount, an accrual sum, a total withdrawal sum and a travel expenditure record and inquiry, wherein the post-tax month income amount, the current month cost and fixed expenditure amount, the daily purchase expenditure, the large expenditure, the other expenditures, the total investment sum and the total withdrawal sum need to fill detailed items and pay-off and collection conditions in different periods. On the investment input interface, the system provides the latest stock codes, the invested items of the user and the invested asset risks; in the withdrawal input interface, the system provides a withdrawal project that defines the scope of the invested project and the risk of assets after withdrawal. In addition, in each cost expense detail entry page, an "other detail" information entry and query function is provided.
The local and network server centers store data in the local or cloud server center by users, and perform deeper application by scheduling the data of the local or service center. The cloud server center uses a cloud network environment composed of services in the computer field such as a cloud server and a database.
The cost and consumption management module comprises two major parts. The first part is recommended cost spending amount per day, and the recommended cost spending amount per day is a reasonable spending amount calculated according to the consumption condition of the city where the user is located and the past data statistical condition of the user. The second major part is data statistics such as pie charts, bar charts and line charts which provide cost spending situations, and related area query detail situations can be clicked.
The financial statement module comprises an asset liability statement and other financial statements. The system automatically calculates and stores each amount in the statement items daily or at intervals based on data from the funds management system zhongxing, reconciliation adjustment module, initial registration information, and inventory warehousing and warehousing system center. These statement items include cash on flow, travel reimbursement due, debit due, fixed assets, capital assets, debit due, and bill due. Meanwhile, the reports are correspondingly adjusted according to the characteristics of the small-scale operator, and a user can inquire data stored in the equipment or uploaded to the network server center at any time.
And the budget planning analysis module automatically generates a consumption budget analysis report which comprises analysis data such as consumption level proportion, total liability level under an assumed condition, short-term liability level and the like, and explains the indexes after the user inputs the estimated income, the estimated large cost and the estimated loan condition. The data sources for these analysis index calculations are the market analysis data provided by the real-time small-scale operator balance sheet, the central data of the asset flow management system and the external resource database. Different and reliable indexes and interpretation instructions are included in the report, so that budget planning management is really applied to personal life.
The investment management analysis module automatically generates an investment risk analysis report according to free capital and non-free capital required by different investment types (including fixed income type security investment, floating income type security investment, real estate investment, Chinese mainland stock investment, developed country stock investment and other investments) input and expected to be purchased by a user, wherein the report comprises analysis data of risk coefficients after investment, asset structure level, long-term and short-term repayment level and the like, and explains the indexes. The data sources for these analysis index calculations are the market analysis data provided by the real-time small-scale operator balance sheet, the central data of the asset flow management system and the external resource database. Different, reliable indicators and interpretations are included in the report, and investment management is being applied to individual life.
The income tax calculator module generates an income tax calculation result report according to information filled by the user, calculates annual tax amount of income tax of the user under different conditions according to income tax laws of individuals, small-scale operators and the like, and provides a corresponding tax analysis function.
The customer information input module is used for inputting the information of customer names, transaction amount and the like related to income in the income classification management module by a user.
The supplier information input module is used for inputting information such as supplier name, transaction amount and the like related to cost and expense in the cost and consumption management module by a user.
The supplier information analysis module is used for automatically integrating the supplier information input by the user and capturing market analysis data from a resource database by the system, and carrying out statistical analysis on the current user supplier condition and providing corresponding analysis service.
The inventory (code scanning) entry module is used for enabling a user to manually input information in mobile equipment such as a mobile phone and the like to perform inventory entry work, and also can be used for scanning two-dimensional codes or bar codes of commodities to perform inventory entry work by using the mobile equipment such as the mobile phone and the like. The system searches for relevant information according to history recorded in the past or a captured external database, and automatically fills data matched with the two-dimensional code or the bar code information in items corresponding to the input page.
The stock (code scanning) delivery module can be used for manually inputting information in mobile equipment such as a mobile phone by a user to carry out stock delivery work, and can also be used for scanning two-dimensional codes or bar codes of commodities to carry out stock delivery work by using the mobile equipment such as the mobile phone. The system automatically matches related commodities according to the commodity warehousing information, and automatically fills data matched with the two-dimensional code or the bar code information in the corresponding items of the ex-warehouse page.
The commodity transaction settlement module is a way for a user to enter transaction settlement after the user finishes commodity code scanning and selling by using mobile equipment such as a mobile phone and the like, display the total commodity amount and a collection code and jump to third-party financial software, and helps the user finish the collection function.
The travel cost differential comparative analysis is performed by comparing the difference between the planned cost in the travel plan and the actual cost in the travel diary, thereby prompting the user to appropriately adjust the consumption level during travel.

The saving target management module for use in a small-scale operator integrated management service system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the user sets the target deposit amount in the present month at the beginning of each month, and the system also recommends a proper deposit data to the user with reference to and analysis of the user history information. In this module, the system will prompt the user to consume the limit daily, and the user will have a high probability of completing his/her monthly deposit goal, as long as the user's daily cost and cost are within the limit. The system updates the amount of stock left at any time, and the user can know the corresponding information only by using the mobile device. During the inventory process, the inventory amount is input into the device, and the system automatically calculates the difference and stores the difference as a reference file for calculating the value of the balance of the inventory. Meanwhile, the user can check the historical information of the inventory at any time.

The system also automatically calculates daily data changes of the inventory receiving and dispatching system and the commodity code scanning transaction system, calculates data of inventory balance, monthly inventory warehouse-out cost, inventory profit and loss and the like daily or at intervals, and transmits the data to the financial management system. And after receiving the data, the financial management system generates corresponding report data and outputs the report data.
