Fig. 2 schematically shows a conceptual illustration of an information processing method for acquiring a guest according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 2, the concept 200 of various embodiments of the present disclosure may find nearby inventory businesses and newly registered businesses based on the user's geographic location (e.g., the geographic location where the terminal devices 101, 102, 103 used by the user are located, or the address custom-filled by the user). Then, whether the enterprise is an existing client or not is judged according to whether the searched enterprise is matched with the registered client name (or unified social credit code) of the stock, so that the searched enterprise can be distinguished and marked as an existing client or a client to be expanded. In this way, the enterprise around the location queried by the user can be classified into an existing client or a client to be developed, and is shown to the user through the terminal devices 101, 102, and 103.
In this way, various embodiments of the present disclosure may provide users (e.g., business personnel) with more targeted information about businesses around a queried location so that users may take different marketing strategies for different types of customers, recommend different marketing products, and avoid repeated marketing. For example, for an existing customer, after researching the details of the enterprise, the enterprise may be recommended other products that may be needed by the customer, or the enterprise may be included in a monitoring list to monitor the dynamics of the enterprise, determine marketing risks (e.g., whether there is a risk of loan default) that may be brought by changes in the enterprise, and so on. For another example, for an enterprise to be expanded, after the details of the enterprise are studied, the possible product requirements of the enterprise can be pre-judged, the enterprise can be subjected to home marketing, or the enterprise can be brought into a monitoring list to monitor the dynamics of the enterprise, and the time for successful marketing can be judged.
Specific implementations of the method of the embodiments of the present disclosure are exemplarily described below with reference to fig. 3 to 9.
Fig. 3 schematically shows a flow chart of an information processing method 300 for obtaining a guest according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 3, the method 300 according to this embodiment may include operations S310 to S330.
In operation S310, a user geographical location is acquired in response to a query operation of the user. The user geographical location may be a geographical location where the terminal device 101, 102, 103 is located when the user makes an inquiry through the terminal device 101, 102, 103, or may be a custom address input by the user in the terminal device 101, 102, 103 at the time of the inquiry.
In operation S320, information of businesses in a predetermined area around the geographic location of the user is presented to the user, resulting in a first business information set. The information for the business includes the name of the business and/or a social uniform credit code for the business.
The predetermined area range can be determined according to a reasonable area range which can be covered by business personnel in actual work or according to an acceptable area range of a business for a certain service. For example, the predetermined area range may be set to 5 km for a service such as bank account opening, deposit, loan, or financial recommendation. Of course, the predetermined area range may also be set by a user according to the query requirement of the user, which is not limited in this disclosure.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, presenting the first set of business information to the user may be presented in a list and/or map mode. Wherein, the map mode presentation effect is as shown in fig. 4, and the list presentation effect may be as shown in fig. 5.
Fig. 4 schematically shows a user interface diagram for presenting business information in a map mode. Fig. 5 schematically shows a user interface diagram for presenting business information in list form.
As shown in fig. 4 or fig. 5, newly added businesses and stock businesses registered 5 km near the inquired geographic location of the user may be shown in a list and map mode to help the user find nearby businesses.
In one embodiment, the first enterprise information set presented to the user may be enterprise information of an enterprise, the registered address of which is located within a predetermined area range around the geographic location of the user, found by querying from a database storing information of all enterprises according to the geographic location of the user, and presented by the terminal devices 101, 102, and 103.
In another embodiment, a list of information of businesses in a predetermined area around a series of geographic locations may be obtained in advance, and then when the geographic location of the user queried in operation S310 matches one of the series of geographic locations, the first set of business information is obtained from the list and presented through the terminal device 101, 102, 103. Therefore, the data query speed is high when the user queries. Especially, when a large number of users query in a concentrated manner within a certain time period, higher data display efficiency can be ensured, and data delay or congestion is reduced.
In operation S330, each enterprise in the first enterprise information set is marked as an existing client enterprise or a client enterprise to be developed based on a matching condition of the information of each enterprise in the first enterprise information set and pre-stored existing client information. The existing client enterprises are the enterprises which are successfully matched with the pre-stored existing client information, and the to-be-expanded client enterprises are the enterprises which are failed to be matched with the existing client information.
As shown in fig. 5, when displaying the peripheral enterprise information to the user, the marking information of the enterprise may be displayed together, for example, in the form of a label to mark whether the enterprise is an existing client enterprise. For example, the business company B and the property company C are marked as existing customers (identified by labels in the figure), while the business company a is not an existing customer (i.e., a customer to be developed), and no information is marked in the example of fig. 5, so that the customer to be developed is defaulted. In this way, users (e.g., business personnel) may be assisted in adopting different marketing strategies for a business, B business, and C property. For example, when the user is a business person of a bank, the opening of the user can be recommended for the business limited company a, and other service products and the like besides the service which the business limited company B or the property limited company C currently has can be recommended to the user, so that repeated marketing can be avoided, and the service efficiency can be improved. It should be noted that the distinction between the existing customer enterprises and the customer enterprises to be expanded by labeling and non-labeling in fig. 5 is only exemplary and not limiting, and the label content can be set or displayed in any way as required in actual use.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, users (e.g., business personnel) can fully know surrounding enterprises, know the occupation ratio of existing client enterprises and client enterprises to be expanded in the enterprises, and combine a map positioning mode to enable the client searching and obtaining to be more targeted and improve the marketing and client obtaining efficiency.
Fig. 6 schematically shows a flow chart of an information processing method 600 for obtaining a guest according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 6, the method 600 according to this embodiment may include operations S310 to S330, and operation S640.
First, through operations S310 to S330, when a user queries, enterprise information in a predetermined area range around a geographic location of the user is displayed to the user, and an existing client enterprise and a client enterprise to be expanded can be distinguished through a mark, which is specifically referred to the foregoing related description, and details are not repeated here.
Then, in operation S640, the existing customer asset proportion corresponding to the user geographical location is presented to the user. The information for the business also includes registered capital for the business. The existing customer assets are a ratio of the sum of the registered capital of the existing customer businesses within a predetermined area surrounding the corresponding geographic location to the sum of the registered capital of all businesses within the predetermined area surrounding the geographic location. Fig. 7 schematically shows a flow chart of an information processing method 700 for obtaining a guest according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 7, the method 700 according to this embodiment may include operation S711, operation S310, operation S712 to operation S713, operation S320 to operation S330, and operation S640.
First, in operation S711, a regional client information list is obtained through a batch operation. The regional customer information list is used for representing information of enterprises in a preset regional range around each geographic position in the M geographic positions, existing customer enterprises and customer enterprises to be expanded in the enterprise information, and existing customer asset ratio corresponding to each geographic position. Wherein M is an integer greater than 1.
For example, the geographic positions may be set in advance in batches, information such as enterprises and registered capital of five kilometers in each geographic position is searched, and the existing customer asset occupation ratio corresponding to each geographic position is calculated through batch processing operation. Specifically, for example, longitude and latitude information of an enterprise can be acquired according to a registration address of the enterprise, information of M geographic positions can be acquired at the same time, data is loaded into an elastic search, the enterprise in a predetermined area range around each geographic position is calculated, an existing client enterprise and a client enterprise to be expanded can be distinguished through matching with existing client information, and further, an existing client asset proportion and the like around each position can be calculated.
Then, in operation S310, in response to the query operation of the user, the user geographical location is acquired.
Next, in operation S712, after the user geographical location is acquired, the user geographical location is matched with the M geographical locations. For example, when the user geographic location is closest to one of the M geographic locations and the distance is less than or equal to a predetermined value (e.g., 100M), it is determined that the user geographic location matches the location successfully. Conversely, if the distances of the positions closest to the user geographical position among the M geographical positions are all greater than the predetermined value, it is determined that the matching fails.
Then, in operation S713, in a case that the geographic location of the user is successfully matched with one of the M geographic locations, the first enterprise information set, the existing client enterprises and the to-be-extended client enterprises therein, and the existing client asset occupation ratio corresponding to the geographic location of the user are obtained from the regional client information list.
Next, in operation S320, information of businesses in a predetermined area around the geographic location of the user is presented to the user, so as to obtain a first business information set. The information of the enterprise comprises the name of the enterprise and/or a social uniform credit code of the enterprise.
Then, in operation S330, each enterprise in the first enterprise information set is marked as an existing client enterprise or a client enterprise to be developed based on a matching condition of the information of each enterprise in the first enterprise information set and pre-stored existing client information. The existing client enterprises are the enterprises which are successfully matched with the pre-stored existing client information, and the to-be-expanded client enterprises are the enterprises which are failed to be matched with the existing client information.
And in operation S640, presenting the existing customer asset proportion corresponding to the user geographical location to the user. The existing customer assets are a ratio of the sum of the registered capital of the existing customer businesses within a predetermined area surrounding a geographic location to the sum of the registered capital of all businesses within the predetermined area surrounding the geographic location.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after the batch processing operation of operation S711 is performed, when a user needs to perform an inquiry, the addresses in the batch may be matched according to the geographic location of the user, and then enterprise information around the geographic location to be inquired, existing client enterprises or client enterprises to be expanded, and existing client enterprise asset occupation ratios in the area are quickly fed back to the user. The bank business can be batch-processed at night, so that the regional customer information list can be provided for independent query in the daytime, a large amount of query operations in the daytime are facilitated, and the query efficiency is improved.
Fig. 8 schematically illustrates a flowchart of a method of obtaining an area customer information list through a batch process operation in operation S711 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 8, the process of obtaining the area customer information list through the batch operation in operation S711 according to the embodiment may include operations S801 to S804.
First, in operation S801, for any geographic location to be processed in the M geographic locations, information of enterprises in a predetermined area range around the geographic location to be processed is searched, so as to obtain a second enterprise set.
Then, in operation S802, the information of the enterprises in the second enterprise set is matched with the existing customer information, and the existing customer enterprises and the to-be-expanded customer enterprises in the second enterprise set are determined. For example, the social uniform credit code or the name of the enterprise is matched with the existing customer information, and the corresponding label is marked according to the matching result.
Next, in operation S803, an existing customer asset proportion corresponding to the pending geographic location is obtained based on a ratio of the sum of the registered capital of the existing customer businesses in the second set of businesses to the sum of the registered capital of all the businesses in the second set of businesses.
Next, in operation S804, a record in the regional customer information list is formed based on the geographic location to be processed, the second enterprise set and existing customer enterprises or customer enterprises to be developed therein, and existing customer proportion corresponding to the geographic location to be processed. Operations S801 to S804 are performed for each of the geographical locations to be processed, so that M records may be formed, respectively. In this way, when the user queries, the geographic position of the user obtained in operation S310 may be matched with the geographic positions in the M records, and after the matching is successful, data is directly obtained from the records in the regional client information list and displayed to the user.
