Claims (9)

1. A method of replacing main bearing grease for a fan drive chain, comprising:
step S1, detaching a first end cover of the bearing seat close to the gear box side under the condition that the main shaft keeps static, and enabling the first end cover and the end surface of the bearing seat to keep a space for cleaning grease;
step S2, cleaning grease in a gear box side cavity of the bearing seat, collecting the grease by using a waste grease collecting container, and weighing and recording after cleaning;
step S3, a plurality of new grease with new weight is filled into a gear box side cavity of the bearing seat to ensure that a bearing roller and inner and outer ring raceways on the gear box side are full of grease, and then the first end cover is assembled on the bearing seat again;
step S4, in a turning state, filling a plurality of weights of new grease into the bearing seat cavity, discharging the grease through the grease discharging hole of the first end cover, collecting the grease by using the waste grease collecting container, and stopping turning and weighing for recording until the new grease is completely added and no grease is discharged;
step S5, sealing the grease discharging hole of the first end cover, and filling a plurality of weights of new grease into the bearing seat cavity again in the turning state; after new and old grease is uniformly mixed, opening grease discharging holes of the first end cover, discharging the grease through the grease discharging holes of the first end cover, collecting the grease by using a waste grease collecting container, stopping turning and weighing for recording until the new grease is added and no more grease is discharged; observing whether the color of the discharged grease is still discolored grease;
and step S6, if the color of the discharged grease is still the color-changing grease, repeating the step S5 until the discharged grease is no longer the color-changing grease, and ensuring that the difference between the total grease injection amount and the total grease discharge amount does not exceed a preset value.
2. The method for replacing the main bearing grease for the fan drive chain according to claim 1, further comprising a step S7 of observing the color of the grease in the bearing seat raceway and confirming that the grease replacement is completed if the color of the grease in the entire raceway is a normal color.
3. The method for replacing main bearing grease for a fan drive chain according to claim 1, wherein in step S5, after the grease discharge hole of the first end cover is opened, a plurality of weights of new grease are filled into the bearing seat cavity again in a turning state, and the grease is discharged through the grease discharge hole of the first end cover;
or after the new and old grease are uniformly mixed, controlling the main bearing to run at full load, opening the grease discharging hole of the first end cover after the temperature of the grease is increased and the viscosity of the grease is reduced, and discharging the grease through the grease discharging hole of the first end cover.
4. The method for replacing the main bearing grease for the fan drive chain according to claim 1, wherein the steps S1-S6 are suitable for replacing the main bearing grease in the middle and later period of wear of the main bearing.
5. The method of claim 4 for replacing main bearing grease for a fan drive chain, wherein the method of replacing main bearing grease comprises, prior to wear of the main bearing:
and cleaning oil compatible with the lubricating grease of the main bearing is adopted, after the bearing seat cavity is cleaned for multiple times, the grease discharging hole of the first end cover is closed, and the amount of grease required by the operation of the main bearing is filled into the bearing seat cavity, so that grease replacement is completed.
6. The method of replacing main bearing grease for a fan drive chain of claim 1 wherein a grease pump or gun is used to fill with new grease.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the fan drive chain comprises a single bearing three point support drive chain and a dual bearing two point support drive chain.
8. The method for replacing the main bearing grease for the fan drive chain according to claim 7, wherein for the single-bearing three-point support drive chain, new grease is filled into the bearing seat cavity through a bearing seat grease filling pipe; and for the double-bearing two-point type supporting driving chain, new grease is filled into the bearing seat cavity from a grease injection pipe at the bearing end cover.
9. The method for replacing grease on a main bearing of a fan drive chain according to claim 7, wherein for the dual-bearing two-point type support drive chain, an oil way distributor is used to separately fill the front bearing seat cavity and the rear bearing seat cavity with new grease through multiple oil ways, or to simultaneously fill the front bearing seat cavity and the rear bearing seat cavity with new grease through multiple oil ways.
