Description

Adapter of general magnetic coupling drilling tool
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of oil and gas exploration, in particular to a drilling directional tool used in the field of oil field drilling, and particularly relates to an adapter of a universal magnetic coupling drilling tool.
Background
With the continuous development of the petroleum industry and the continuous increase of the difficulty of oil-gas exploration and development, the petroleum exploration and development industry has gradually turned to the development of oil-gas reservoirs with thinner oil layers, poorer physical properties, strong heterogeneity and other difficulties, and the application of complex structure wells such as large-displacement directional wells, ultra-thin oil layer horizontal wells, multi-branch directional wells and the like is increased year by year. In the construction process of the special process wells, the properties of rock formations drilled by the drill bit need to be mastered in time, and the reservoir stratum needs to be quickly and accurately found, so that a constructor is guided to control the drill bit to pass through the reservoir stratum all the time, and the exposed area of the reservoir stratum is improved to the maximum extent. Meanwhile, due to the high development difficulty, drilling accidents are complicated and frequent to become main factors for restricting the acceleration and the efficiency improvement of drilling of complex geological conditions such as deep wells and ultra-deep wells in China, and the clear recognition of the underground drilling environment is the key for successfully improving the drilling efficiency. In the early stage of the engineering accident, a certain degree and a certain meaning of alarm or warning are given, and corresponding solving measures are taken, so that the development of the accident can be effectively prevented and controlled, and the loss is reduced to the maximum extent. Therefore, more underground real-time engineering and geological parameters such as borehole pressure, temperature, vibration, torque and the like are monitored in real time, well control safety can be effectively guaranteed, and complex accidents can be prevented, so that the method has important significance.
In order to realize the multi-parameter measurement transmission, a cabled communication channel of the downhole drilling tool needs to be built. At present, the conventional underground drilling tool only can adopt wireless transmission modes such as mud pulse, electromagnetic wave, sound wave and the like due to no communication cable, the data transmission rate is low, the influence of drilling fluid factors is large, and the transmission distance is limited. If the underground drilling tool can be changed into the cabled drilling tool, stable and reliable wired communication can be realized. The high-speed transmission of real-time and mass information data can be realized only by using an underground high-speed cabled information transmission channel.
However, the current downhole drilling tools have a variety of products, such as centralizers, jars, shock absorbers, check valves, plug valves, and the like. Also, each drilling tool has been a series of products, i.e., models having a variety of different gauge sizes. If a cabled drilling tool product is specially designed for each cabled drilling tool and each model, the workload is large, the universality is poor, and the cost is high. Meanwhile, as the downhole tool needs to meet API or various relevant standard specifications and certifications, a threshold exists in production and manufacturing, and various types of products make great demands on stock preparation, production and inventory.
Therefore, how to provide a new solution, which can design a universal magnetic coupling drill adapter to solve this problem, and reduce the technical problems to be solved in the field of special design and manufacturing.

The female buckle connector comprises a female buckle connecting end, a magnetic coupling ring and a contact pin, the magnetic coupling ring completes communication between drilling tools, and the contact pin is connected with a cable.
The cable consists of a coaxial cable and a pressure-bearing pipe wrapping the coaxial cable, and the length of the cable is the same as that of a conventional drill pipe (10 meters).
The function of the expansion tube is to protect the cable.
Specifically, in the actual use process, a male buckle and a female buckle connector are arranged at two ends of a common cable-free drilling tool, and a contact pin of the connector is connected with a cable. After the completion, an expansion pipe is placed in the water hole of the integral drilling tool, and the expansion pipe is attached to the inner wall 02 (shown in figure 3) of the water hole after pressurization, so that the cable is protected, a smooth inner wall of the water hole is formed, and operations such as pitching, cement plug scraping and the like are facilitated.
Cabled drill pipes of different lengths have different impedances and require matching interconnections, otherwise significant attenuation occurs. The universal adapter is a standard component, and provides a convenient reconstruction method for a cabled drilling tool within 10 meters. The magnetic coupling cable drilling tool can be converted into a magnetic coupling cable drilling tool without changing the structure of the original common drilling tool, so that the magnetic coupling cable drilling tool has a cable channel, can be used for transmitting real-time data information acquired by an underground instrument at a high speed, and realizes a communication function.
