Patent application CN211036420U, published as 2020.07.17, discloses a cloth dyeing device, which comprises a base, a material rack, a dyeing box, an ultrasonic generator, a support frame, a feeding roller, a winding roller, a motor and the like, wherein the cloth is installed on the feeding roller, and then passes through a discharge port to be wound on the winding roller, and then is filled with a dyeing agent into the dyeing box through a liquid filling port, so that the dyeing agent does not pass through a guide roller, an end cover is covered, the motor is sequentially started, a blowing fan, a heating wire and an exhaust fan, the motor drives the cloth to be continuously wound on the winding roller, the undyed cloth is continuously pulled into the dyeing box and is immersed in the dyeing box, the dyeing agent passes through the ultrasonic energy generated by the ultrasonic generator, the activity of internal molecules of the dyeing agent is improved, the dyeing speed of the cloth is accelerated, the cloth is extruded by a compression roller, a dryer is used for drying, and the dyeing work is rapidly completed, however, the device has a complex structure and high economic cost.
Therefore, it is required to design an automatic textile cloth dyeing device which can automatically feed materials, is convenient to operate and can reduce waste.

When people need to dye cloth, firstly people pour dye into the pigment box 2, then people enable the cloth to wind the rotating mechanism 3 and enable the cloth to pass between the dye mechanism 4 and the pigment box 2, then people enable the rotating mechanism 3 and the dye mechanism 4 to operate, the dye mechanism 4 enables part of the cloth to be soaked in the pigment box 2, the rotating mechanism 3 enables the cloth to enter the dye and then move out of the dye, at the moment, the color of the dye is attached to the cloth, the purpose of dyeing is achieved, after the cloth finishes dyeing work, people enable the rotating mechanism 3 and the dye mechanism 4 to stop operating, then the cloth is taken out of the rotating mechanism 3, and if the equipment is used again, the steps are repeated.
People manually slide the first rotating shaft 33 on the right side out of the second rotating shaft 34 on the right side, simultaneously slide the first rotating shaft 33 on the right side backwards in the first support 31 on the rear right side, then people sleeve a piece of undyed cloth on the first rotating shaft 33 on the right side, people push the first rotating shaft 33 on the right side back to the original position, then people pull out the cloth and enable the cloth to pass between the dye mechanism 4 and the pigment box 2, then people enable one end of the cloth to wind on the first rotating shaft 33, people start the motor 32 again, the output shaft of the motor 32 rotates to drive the second rotating shaft 34 on the left side to rotate clockwise, further the first rotating shaft 33 on the left side rotates, and the cam 35 rotates clockwise, the first rotating shaft 33 on the left side rotates to enable the cloth to move leftwards, then the dyed cloth is wound, further the cloth roll rotates and releases the undyed cloth, and further the first rotating shaft 33 on the right side rotates, then the second rotating shaft 34 on the right side is rotated, after the cloth is dyed, people turn off the motor 32, so that the first rotating shaft 33 and the second rotating shaft 34 stop rotating, people slide the first rotating shaft 33 on the left side out of the second rotating shaft 34 on the left side, then take down the dyed cloth, and then the first rotating shaft 33 on the left side is moved back to the original position.
After the cloth is placed, a user manually presses the first connecting rod 44 downwards, the first connecting rod 44 moves to enable the lower pressing rod 42 to slide downwards in the second support 41, the first compression spring 43 is changed from an initial state to a compression state, the lower pressing rod 42 moves to enable the roller 45 to move downwards, the roller 45 moves downwards to enable part of the cloth to be immersed into the dye in the dye box 2, the dyeing purpose is achieved, when the cloth moves, the cloth is in contact with the roller 45 and generates friction, the roller 45 rotates due to friction force, the cloth can be dyed uniformly, after the cloth dyeing work is completed, the user loosens the first connecting rod 44, the first compression spring 43 is reset from the compression state, and the elastic force enables the first connecting rod 44 and the roller 45 to move back to the original position.
When the cam 35 rotates to contact with the push rod 53, the cam 35 rotates clockwise to enable the push rod 53 to slide rightwards in the third bracket 51, so that the first connecting rod 44 moves downwards, the roller 45 presses part of the cloth into the dye, in addition, the push rod 53 moves to enable the lock rod 56 to slide rightwards in the fourth bracket 52, the second compression spring 54 changes from an initial state to a compressed state, the lock rod 56 moves rightwards to enable the fixture block 55 to slide upwards in the fourth bracket 52, when the lock rod 56 is separated from the fixture block 55, the fixture block 55 moves back to the original position due to gravity, so that the lock rod 56 and the push rod 53 are prevented from returning to the original position, the effect of continuously pressing downwards is achieved, after the cloth dyeing work is completed, the cam 35 stops rotating, a person pulls the fixture block 55 upwards manually, the second compression spring 54 returns to the compressed state, the elastic force enables the lock rod 56 and the push rod 53 to return to the original position, the person releases the fixture block 55 again, the fixture block 55 returns to the original position due to gravity, while the first compression spring 43 moves the first connecting rod 44 and the roller 45 back to the original position.
When the cloth passes between the two squeezing rods 65, when the lower pressing rod 42 moves downwards, the lower pressing rod 42 can make the right moving block 63 slide downwards in the second bracket 41, and further make the right second rotating rod 64 rotate downwards, so that the first rotating rod 62 rotates, and further make the left second rotating rod 64 rotate upwards, the left second rotating rod 64 rotates, so that the left moving block 63 slides upwards in the supporting block 68, and further make the lower squeezing rod 65 move upwards, and make the guide rod 66 slide upwards in the supporting block 68, the third compression spring 67 is changed from the initial state to the compression state, and then the upper and lower squeezing rods 65 are mutually matched, and simultaneously the cloth moves leftwards, so that the redundant dye on the cloth is squeezed out, and the redundant dye falls into the box 2 due to gravity, thus the surface of the cloth can be uniformly dyed, and the dye can be fully used, thereby reducing unnecessary waste, and when the lower pressing lever 42 is moved back upward to the home position, the third compression spring 67 is reset from the compressed state, so that the pressing lever 65 on the lower side is moved back to the home position while the first rotating lever 62 and the moving block 63 are restored to the home position.
When the first rotating rod 62 on the rear side rotates, the first rotating rod 62 on the rear side drives the rotating block 72 to rotate, when the rotating block 72 rotates to be in contact with the valve 73, the valve 73 slides upwards in the material supplementing pipe 71 through the rotating block 72, the fourth compression spring 74 is changed from an initial state to a compressed state, the dye in the material supplementing pipe 71 is in a flowing state at the moment, the dye in the pigment box 2 is supplemented, and therefore the automatic material supplementing effect is achieved.
Because the friction lever 82 is matched with the second rotating shaft 34 on the right side, the fifth compression spring 83 is in a compression state, the elastic force of the fifth compression spring 83 can enable the friction lever 82 to be better contacted with the second rotating shaft 34 on the right side, when the second rotating shaft 34 on the right side rotates, the friction lever 82 is contacted with the second rotating shaft 34 on the right side and generates friction, the friction force can prevent the second rotating shaft 34 on the right side from rotating too fast, further can prevent the first rotating shaft 33 on the right side from rotating too fast, further can prevent an undyed cloth roll from rotating too fast and releasing too much cloth at one time, and thus the condition that the cloth is not uniformly dyed can be reduced.
