After drying, sizing by adopting a mode of separating surface coating and back coating, wherein the back adhesive is an aldehyde-free adhesive, and the total sizing amount is 30 percent of the base paper weight; the surface glue is an aldehyde-free adhesive added with 1% of essence slow-release microcapsules, and adopts a mode of coating ultrathin coatings for multiple times, the thickness of each dry coating is 0.75 mu m, and the total gluing amount of the surface glue is 30% of the base paper ration. Complete drying was carried out at 95 ℃. And hot-pressing the impregnated bond paper on the formaldehyde-free artificial board for 5min at the pressure of 5Mpa and the temperature of 130 ℃ to obtain the fragrance-releasing decorative artificial board.
The relevant physical properties of the impregnated decorative paper are tested according to the national standards GB/T28995 and 2012, GB/T15102 and 2017 and GB/T17657 and 2013.
Comparative example 1:
the difference from the technical scheme of the embodiment 1 is only that the mode of coating the essence-containing slow-release capsule glue solution is one-time coating. The addition amount of the essence microcapsules and the glue amount of the surface glue are the same as those in the example 1.

Compared with the published fragrance-releasing artificial board, the fragrance-releasing decorative artificial board prepared by the invention has no free formaldehyde release and longer fragrance-releasing time, and the surface bonding strength and the wear resistance of the veneer can meet the requirements of related national standards. The non-compact film-forming aldehyde-free adhesive is used as a carrier of the essence slow-release capsule, so that the veneer is free of aldehyde, and the fragrance is released; the mode of coating the ultrathin coating for many times effectively ensures the utilization efficiency of the essence microcapsules.
Claims (10)
1. The preparation method of the fragrance-releasing decorative artificial board is characterized by comprising the following steps: the decorative base paper is completely dipped in the formaldehyde-free adhesive for 20-40s and dried at 80-100 ℃, and the gluing amount of the dry glue is 30-50% of the base paper ration based on no redundant glue solution and no hand sticking on the paper surface. After drying, sizing by adopting a mode of separating surface coating and back coating, wherein the back adhesive is an aldehyde-free adhesive, and the total sizing amount is 20-50% of the base paper weight; the surface glue is an aldehyde-free adhesive added with essence slow-release microcapsules, and adopts a mode of coating ultrathin coatings for multiple times, the thickness of each dry coating is 0.5-1 mu m, and the total gluing amount of the surface glue is 20% -30% of the base paper ration. Completely drying at 90-100 deg.C. Hot pressing the impregnated bond paper on the formaldehyde-free artificial board for 4-6min under the pressure of 4-6Mpa and the temperature of 90-140 ℃, thus obtaining the fragrance-releasing type decorative artificial board.
2. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the essence slow-release microcapsule comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
20-40% of essence;
15-30% of Arabic gum;
10-25% of maltodextrin;
the balance being deionized water.
3. The preparation method according to claim 2, wherein the essence is one or more of floral essence, fruit essence, costustoot essence, grass essence, aldehyde essence and international essence.
4. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the addition amount of the essence sustained-release microcapsule is 0.1% -3%.
5. The preparation method according to claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the essence sustained-release microcapsule comprises the following steps:
1) weighing the raw materials according to the mass percentage;
2) putting deionized water into a container, heating in a constant-temperature water bath, sequentially adding arabic gum and maltodextrin into the container, and stirring to fully dissolve the arabic gum and the maltodextrin to obtain a wall material;
3) adding essence into the wall material which is stirred uniformly, stirring to fully dissolve the essence, and shearing at high speed by a high-pressure homogenizer to form oil-in-water emulsion; 4) and (4) carrying out spray drying on the oil-in-water type emulsion to obtain the essence microcapsule.
6. The preparation method according to claim 5, wherein the temperature of the thermostatic waterbath in the step 2) is 30-80 ℃.
7. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the speed of the high speed homogenizer in step 3) is 8000-15000r/min, the shearing time is 1-15 minutes, and the homogenizing pressure is 500-1200 bar.
8. The preparation method according to claim 5, wherein the spray drying in the step 4) has the following process parameters: the feeding speed is 5-40ml/min, the air inlet temperature is 150-.
9. The preparation method of claim 1, wherein the formaldehyde-free impregnating adhesive comprises the following components in parts by weight:
aqueous polyurethane emulsion: 30-50 parts of
Nano-cellulose: 1-5 parts of
Filling: 5-10 parts of
Water: 200 portions and 300 portions.
Specifically, the nano-cellulose is dialdehyde modified nano-cellulose, the solid content is 0.5-3%, and the particle size is 20-50 nm. As a filler dispersant, the filler can be uniformly and stably present in the aqueous polyurethane emulsion. The structure of the dialdehyde modified nano-cellulose is as follows:
specifically, the filler is a titanium dioxide suspension with the particle size of 50-200nm, and the mass fraction is about 20%; silicon dioxide suspension with the particle size of 50-100nm, the mass fraction is about 10%; 50-100nm zinc dioxide suspension with the mass fraction of about 10%; alumina suspension with the grain diameter of 50-200nm, and the mass fraction of the alumina suspension is about 10 percent or the combination of a plurality of alumina suspensions. The function of the paper is to improve the hanging amount of the impregnated bond paper and the scratch resistance and wear resistance of the adhesive film.
Specifically, the formula of the aqueous polyurethane emulsion comprises the following components: the molar ratio of the dihydric alcohol to the diisocyanate is 0.8-2, the molar part of the dihydric alcohol is 20-40, the chain extender is 3-8, the hydrophilic agent is 5-10, the glacial acetic acid is 0.1-1 and the water is 50-80.
More specifically, the dihydric alcohol comprises one or more of polyester dihydric alcohol and polyether dihydric alcohol which do not contain aliphatic rings or aromatic rings. The diisocyanate comprises one or more of isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), dicyclohexylmethane diisocyanate (HMDI), Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) and Lysine Diisocyanate (LDI). The chain extender is one of ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, 1, 4-butanediol, diethylene glycol and 1, 4-cyclohexanediol. The hydrophilic agent is N-Methyldiethanolamine (MDEA).
The preparation method of the waterborne polyurethane emulsion comprises the following steps:
1) adding dihydric alcohol and diisocyanate into a reaction kettle with a stirring and refluxing device according to a certain proportion, and carrying out prepolymerization reaction under the protection of high-purity nitrogen at the reaction temperature of 40-60 ℃ for 0.5-1h to obtain the polyurethane prepolymer.
2) Heating the prepolymer to 65-80 ℃, dropwise adding a chain extender into the prepolymer for 10-20min, carrying out chain extension reaction for 0.5-1.5h, and stirring at a speed of 50-100 r/min. Then cooling to 40-60 ℃, adding the hydrophilic agent, and finishing the addition within 30min, wherein the reaction time is 0.5-1.5 h.
3) Cooling to room temperature, adding glacial acetic acid for neutralization, simultaneously using a proper amount of acetone for viscosity reduction, adding water after proper viscosity and shearing at high speed, wherein the shearing speed is 2000-; the solid content of the emulsion is about 20 percent, the particle diameter is 50-100nm, the viscosity is 50-100cp, and the molecular weight is 500-2000-.
According to the formula proportion, the nano-cellulose is put into water and the aqueous polyurethane emulsion at room temperature, and stirred for 5-10min at the speed of 500-; and then adjusting the stirring speed to 1000-3000r/min, simultaneously adding a filler, continuously stirring for 10-20min, and standing to obtain the aldehyde-free adhesive for the impregnated adhesive film paper.
10. The release-type veneer artificial board prepared according to the preparation method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
