The conducting assembly 15 includes a first conducting member 151, the first conducting member 151 is installed between the power source 14 and the installation side plate 1122, the first conducting member 151 is conductively connected to the power source 14, the first conducting member 151 is conductively connected to the display screen 16, and the first conducting member 151 transmits energy output by the power source 14 to the display screen 16, so that the display screen 16 can operate.
In one example of the present invention, the host 10 further includes a socket 17, the socket 17 is mounted to the mounting port 1124, one end of the socket 17 is connected to the power supply 14, and the other end of the socket 17 communicates with the outside of the host 10 through the mounting port 1124.
The second lead member 152 of the lead assembly 15 is mounted to one side of the socket 17 and is conductively connected to the power source 14. The surface of the second conducting member 152 facing the protective cover 12 is provided with at least one LED lamp, the LED lamp is conductively connected with the power source 14 through the second conducting member 152, and the LED lamp can emit light after being conducted. A light through hole 121 is disposed at a position corresponding to the protective cover 12 and the LED lamp, and light emitted from the LED lamp can be obtained from the outside of the main body 10 through the light through hole 121.
The main unit 10 further includes a switch 18, and the switch 18 is mounted to the mounting groove 11220 of the mounting side plate 1122. One end of the switch 18 is in communication with the conducting assembly 15, and the other end of the switch 18 is exposed outside the bottom case 11 for user manipulation. The switch 18 and the power source 14 are controllably connected. The switch 18 controls whether the power supply 14 outputs power supply, further controls whether the conduction assembly 15 is conducted, controls whether the power assembly 13 works, and controls whether the LED lamp emits light.
For example, when the switch 18 is turned on, the second conduction member 152 is conductively connected to the LED lamp, the LED lamp emits light, and the light is externally obtained through the light-passing hole 121, so that the user can determine that the host 10 enters the working state. Further, the color of the light emitted by the LED lamp is determined according to the remaining power of the power supply 14 to prompt the user whether to charge or replace the battery.
The bottom case 11 further includes at least one fixing bolt 114, the fixing bolt 114 is oppositely disposed on the bottom plate 113, and the fixing bolt 114 is formed by extending and protruding from the bottom plate 113.
The position of the protective cover 12 corresponding to the fixing bolt 114 is provided with at least one fixing hole 122, the protective cover 12 is installed on the bottom case 11, the fixing hole 122 is aligned with the fixing bolt 114, fixing members such as a screw are correspondingly installed at each position, and the protective cover 12 is fixed on the bottom case 11 to form the host 10. The cover 12 and the bottom case 11 cover the power source 14 and the power assembly 13 to form the working host 10. Wherein the power supply 14 provides working power supply, and the power assembly 13 generates power under the action of the power supply to work.
The protective cover 12 is provided with at least one assembly fitting hole 123, the assembly fitting hole 123 is provided in the protective cover 12, the protective cover 12 is covered on the bottom case 11, the assembly fitting hole 123 is not shielded by the bottom case 11, and the assembly fitting hole 123 keeps a through state.
The transmission member 132 of the main machine 10 is connected to the tool bit 23, and the transmission member 132 transmits the kinetic energy of the driving member 131 to the tool bit 23 to drive the tool bit 23 to work.
With continued reference to fig. 2, the housing 22 includes a bottom 221 and a side edge 222, the side edge 222 extending convexly around the bottom 221, the cavity 220 being defined between the side edge 222 and the bottom 221. The main body 10 is mounted in the cavity 220, and the side edge 222 wraps around the periphery of the main body 10.
The side portion 222 is provided with an opening 2220, and the opening 2220 is adapted to expose the switch 18 to the outside of the housing 22 for user manipulation.
The housing 22 further includes at least one power compartment positioning bolt 223, the power compartment positioning bolt 223 is disposed on the inner side of the side edge portion 222 to position the host 10 at the installation position of the housing 22, and the power compartment 111 is located between the power compartment positioning bolts 223 after the host 10 is installed on the housing 22. Wherein the power compartment positioning bolt 223 is located outside the side compartment plate 1113 of the power compartment 111, and defines the installation position of the power compartment 111 on the outer shell 22.
The housing 22 further includes at least one power pod positioning peg 224, the power pod positioning peg 224 being disposed on an interior side of the side portion 222 defining a mounting position of the power pod 224 on the housing 22, the power pod 224 being captured between the power pod positioning pegs 224.
The power compartment 112 of the host computer 10 is installed between the power compartment positioning bolts 224, and the power compartment 224 is located outside the installation side plate 1122 and the support side plate 1123 and clamps the power compartment 112 to prevent the power compartment 112 from displacing in the accommodating cavity 220.
The head and the tail of the outer cover 21 are respectively provided with at least one through hole 200, the head and the tail of the outer shell 22 are respectively provided with the through holes 200 corresponding to the through holes 200 of the outer cover 21, and after the outer cover 21 is arranged on the outer shell 22, the through holes 200 of the outer cover 21 correspond to the through holes 200 of the outer shell 22, so that the outer cover 21 and the outer shell 22 can be fixed by installing fixing pieces such as screws and the like.
In an example of the present invention, the host 10 is provided with the display screen 16, the cover 21 is provided with a window 211, and one end of the display screen 16 passes through the window 211 and is exposed out of the cover 21, so that the content displayed on the display screen 16 is accessed by the outside.
In an example of the present invention, a tail port 225 is disposed at the rear end of the housing 22, and the tail port 225 is opened at the rear end of the side edge portion 222 to communicate the cavity 220 with the outside. The tail port 225 is adapted to receive the socket 17 of the host 10.
In one example of the present invention, the housing 22 further includes a hanging portion 226, the hanging portion 226 is disposed at the rear end of the side portion 222 and is adapted to receive a hook, and the housing 22 can be hung on the hook or the like through the hanging portion 226, so that the hair trimmer can be hung.
The cover 21 is provided with at least one mounting hole 212, the corresponding position of the cover 12 is provided with at least one fitting hole 124, and the mounting hole 212 and the fitting hole 124 correspond in position so as to mount a fixing member for fixing the cover 21 to the cover 12.
The enclosing cover 21 with the protecting cover 12 can be fixed through the through-hole adaptation setting, the enclosing cover 21 with the shell 22 can be fixed through the through-hole adaptation setting, the enclosing cover 21 can also with the drain pan 11 is fixed through the through-hole adaptation setting, the protecting cover 12 with the shell 22 is fixed through the through-hole adaptation setting. The outer cover 21, the protective cover 12, the bottom case 11, and the housing 22 may be fixed two by two.
It should be noted that the bottom shell 11 and the protective cover 12 may be made of plastic material, so as to be easily molded by injection molding, and may be manufactured to have a slim structure, and the housing 22 and the outer cover 21 may be made of plastic material, or may be made of other materials such as metal. The materials and the appearances of the housing 22 and the outer cover 21 can be freely determined according to design requirements, and the host 10 is only required to be fixed on the housing 22 and the outer cover 21 bracket without being carefully matched with the host 10. That is, the main body 10 may be assembled with the housing assembly 20 of different material and shape as a semi-finished product of the hair trimmer to form the hair trimmer.
In another example of the present invention, the cutting head 23 is mounted on the head of the host 10 as a part of the host 10, and the housing 22 and the cover 21 wrap the main body of the host 10 to expose the cutting head 23 to the outside, so that the cutting head 23 operates under power and power.
That is, the main body 10 includes the bottom case 11, the protecting cover 12, the power assembly 13, the power source 14, the cutter head 23, and other components such as switches, displays, sockets, etc. arranged according to requirements as a single working unit. The main body 10 may be installed between various kinds of the housing 22 and the outer cover 21 to form the hair trimmer.
Referring to the assembly process of the hair trimmer shown in fig. 4A to 4E, the main body 10 is first assembled, and the housing assembly 20 is assembled to the outside of the main body 10 to form the hair trimmer. Fig. 4A to 4B illustrate an assembly process of the host 10.
As shown in fig. 4A, the power supply 14 and the power assembly 13 are assembled to the bottom case 11. Mounting the power source 14 to the power bay 112 and the power assembly 13 to the power bay 111, the power source 14 and the power assembly 13 are communicably connected such that the power source 14 outputs electrical power to the power assembly 13 to drive the power assembly 13.
The driving member 131 of the power assembly 13 is mounted to a portion of the power compartment 111 close to the power compartment 112, the transmission member 132 is mounted to an outer side of the driving member 131, one end of the transmission member 132 is connected to the driving member 131, and the other end of the transmission member 132 passes through the transmission groove 11110 and is exposed outside the bottom case 11.
The first conductive member 151 is installed between the installation side plate 1122 and the power supply 14, and the switch is installed in the installation groove 11220. The insertion hole 18 is installed in the installation hole 1124, and the second conduction member 151 is installed above the insertion hole 18. The first and second conductive members 151 and 152 are conductively connected to the power source 14. The switch 19 is controllably connected to the power supply 14.
As shown in FIG. 4B, the protective cover 12 is mounted to the bottom housing 11, wherein the fixing holes 122 of the protective cover 12 and the fixing pegs 114 of the bottom housing 11 are aligned, and screws are correspondingly mounted from the fixing holes 122 to the fixing pegs 114 to fix the protective cover 12 to the bottom housing 11, and the protective cover 12 is fixedly mounted to the bottom housing 11.
Referring to fig. 4B, which shows an example of the present invention, the fixing bolts 114, the number of which is two, are oppositely disposed inside the side deck 1113 of the power compartment 111. In other examples of the invention, the deadbolt 114 is disposed in the power bay 112. The number of the fixing pins 114 and the position of the bottom case 11 are not limited. The number and positions of the fixing holes 122 of the cover 12 correspond to those of the fixing pins 114 of the bottom case 11.
Referring to fig. 4C, the host 10 is assembled to the housing assembly 20. Mounting the host 10 to the cavity 220 of the housing 22. Wherein the power compartment positioning bolt 223 of the outer casing 22 positions the installation position of the power compartment 111 of the main machine 10 on the outer casing 22, and the power compartment positioning bolt 223 is located at the outer side of the assembled power compartment 111 of the main machine 10. The power bay positioning bolt 224 of the housing 22 positions the installation location of the power bay 112, and the power bay positioning bolt 224 is located outside the power bay 112 of the installed host 10.
The position of the assembly fitting hole 123 of the protecting cover 12 corresponds to that of the power compartment positioning bolt 223, and the assembly fitting hole 123 is communicated with the power compartment positioning bolt 223, and a fixing member, such as a screw, is correspondingly installed to fix the host 10 to the housing 22.
In another example of the present invention, the assembly fitting hole 123 of the protective cover 12 corresponds to the position of the power compartment positioning bolt 224, and the assembly fitting hole 123 communicates with the power compartment positioning bolt 224 and is correspondingly fixed with a fixing member, such as a screw, to fix the host 10 to the housing 22.
The host 10 is secured to the housing 22. The housing 22 wraps around the perimeter of the host 10, and the shape of the housing 22 and the shape of the host 10 need not be adapted.
Referring to fig. 4D, the cutting head 23 is mounted on the head of the housing 22, and one end of the transmission member 132 of the main body 10 is connected to the cutting head 23, so that the transmission member 132 is transmitted to the cutting head 23 to drive the cutting head 23 to work.
Referring to fig. 4E, the cover 21 is mounted to the housing 22, the through holes 200 of the cover 21 and the housing 22 correspond, respectively, a fixing member is mounted to the corresponding through hole, the cover 21 and the housing 22 are fixed, and the housing assembly 20 is assembled outside the host 10. The main machine 10 is in communication with the housing assembly 20, wherein the power source 14 outputs electrical energy to drive the power assembly 13, and thus the cutter head 23.
Referring to fig. 5A and 5C showing an example of the outer lid 21 of the present invention, the outer lid 21 includes an outer lid 213 and an inner lid 214, and the outer lid 213 is mounted to the inner lid 214.
The inner cover 214 has a groove 2140, and the outer cover 213 is inserted into the groove 2140.
The window 211 penetrates the outer cover 213 and the inner cover 214.
Referring to fig. 6A and 6B, when the host 10 is not provided with the display screen 16, the inner cover 214 and the outer cover 213 may not be provided with the window 211.
Referring to fig. 7A to 7E showing another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the hair trimmer includes an outer cover 21A, a housing 22A, a bottom case 11A, and a cover 12A, the bottom case 11A, the cover 12A, and the outer cover 21A being sequentially mounted to the housing 22A. Wherein said hair trimmer further comprises a power assembly 13A and at least one power source 14A, said power assembly 13A and said power source 14A being mounted between said base housing 11A and said cover 12A. One side of the power source 14A and the power assembly 13A is provided with the housing 22A and the bottom case 11A, and the other side of the power source 14A and the power assembly 13A is provided with the protective cover 12A and the outer cover 21A. The power source 14A and the power assembly 13A are wrapped by the bottom case 11A and the protective cover 12A, and the shell 22A and the outer cover 21A are wrapped by the bottom case 11A and the protective cover 12A. The hair trimmer further comprises a cutter head 23A, the cutter head 23A is arranged on the head part of the shell 22A, the cutter head 23A is connected with the power assembly 13A, and the power assembly 13A drives the cutter head 23A to work.
The housing 22A includes a bottom 221A and a side edge 222A, the side edge 222A convexly extending around the bottom 221A, forming the receptacle 220A between the side edge 222A and the bottom 221A. The bottom shell 11A is mounted in the cavity 220A, and the side edge portion 222A wraps the periphery of the bottom shell 11A.
The bottom case 11A includes a power compartment 111A, a power compartment 112A and a bottom plate 113A, and the power compartment 111A is communicated with the power compartment 112A. The power compartment 111A and the power compartment 113 are formed in the floor 113A. It is worth mentioning that the bottom case 11a1 is integrally formed. The power assembly 13A is installed in the power cabin 111A, the power source 14A is installed in the power cabin 112A, the power assembly 13A is conductively connected to the power source 13, and the power source 14A drives the power assembly 13A to work.
The power pod 111A includes an outer pod 1111A and an inner pod 1112A, the outer pod 1111A being disposed at an end of the bottom plate 113A, an end located outside the power pod 111A, the inner pod 1112A being disposed at an end of the power pod 111A near the power pod 112A. The outer deck board 1111A has a driving groove 11110A. The driving groove 11110A is formed by being recessed downward from the top end of the outer deck 1111A.
The power compartment 111A further includes two side compartment plates 1113A, and the side compartment plates 1112A are located on the sides of the power compartment 111A. The outer deck 1111A, the side deck 1113A, the inner deck 1112A and the other side deck 1113A are sequentially formed around the bottom plate 113A, and a first receiving cavity 1110A is formed between the outer deck 1111A, the side deck 1113A, the inner deck 1112A and the other side deck 1113A. The power assembly 13A is mounted to the first receptacle 1110A. The outer deck 1111A, the side deck 1113A, the inner deck 1112A and the other side deck 1113A enclose the power assembly 13A. One end of the power assembly 13A extends to the outside of the bottom case 11A through the transmission groove 11110A to be connected with the cutter head 23A, and the power assembly 13A drives the cutter head 23A to work.
The power compartment 112A includes an inner supporting plate 1121A, and the inner supporting plate 1121A is disposed on one side of the inner compartment plate 1112A of the power compartment 111A, and is spaced apart from the inner compartment plate 1112A.
The power bay 112A further includes a mounting side panel 1122A and a support side panel 1123A, the mounting side panel 1122A having a mounting slot 11220A. The power bay 112A also has a mounting opening 1124A. The mounting side plate 1122A and the supporting side plate 1123A are formed on both side portions of the power compartment 112A, and the supporting side plate 1123A is formed to extend from the bottom plate 113A toward one side of the bottom plate 113A. The shape of the supporting side plate 1123A matches the shape of the power supply 14A to fit a portion of the power supply 14A, supporting and stabilizing the power supply 14A. The mounting opening 1124A is formed between an outer end of the mounting side plate 1122A and an outer end of the support side plate 1123A. The inner supporting plate 1121A, the supporting side plate 1123A, the mounting opening 1124A, and the mounting side plate 1122A sequentially surround the periphery of the power supply compartment 112A to form a second cavity 1120A. The power supply 14A is mounted to the second cavity 1120A. One end of the power source 14A is conductively coupled to the power assembly 13A, and the other end of the power source 14A faces the mounting opening 1124A.
The housing 22A further includes at least one power compartment positioning bolt 223A, the power compartment positioning bolt 223 is disposed on the inner side of the side portion 222A to position the bottom shell 11A at the mounting position of the housing 22A, and the power compartment 111A is located between the power compartment positioning bolts 223A after the bottom shell 11A is mounted on the housing 22A. Wherein the power compartment positioning bolt 223A is located outside the side compartment plate 1113A of the power compartment 111A, defining the mounting position of the power compartment 111A on the outer shell 22A.
The housing 22A further includes at least one power pod alignment key 224A, the power pod alignment key 224A being disposed on an interior side of the side portion 222A defining an installation position of the power pod 112A in the housing 22A, the power pod 112A being captured between the power pod alignment keys 224A.
The power module 112A is installed between the power module positioning bolts 224A, and the power module 112A is located outside the installation side plate 1122A and the support side plate 1123A, and is clamped to the power module 112A to prevent the power module 112A from displacing in the accommodating cavity 220A.
The bottom case 11A is mounted to the housing 22A, and the power supply 14A and the power module 13A are mounted to the bottom case 11A, the power module 13A and the power supply 14A being conductively connected.
The hair trimmer further comprises a conducting assembly 15A, and the conducting assembly 15A is mounted on the side of the power supply 14A. The conducting component 15A and the power supply 14A are conducted to conduct the power supply output by the power supply 14A.
The power assembly 13A includes a driving member 131A and a transmission member 132A, the driving member 131A is connected to the transmission member 132A, the driving member 131A drives the transmission member 132A, and the transmission member 132A transmits power. The driving element 131A and the transmission element 132A are installed in the power compartment 111A, the other end of the driving element 131A is connected to the power supply 14A, and the power supply 14A transmits power to the driving element 131A, so that the driving element 131A can obtain power to generate kinetic energy. Further, the driving member 131A drives the transmission member 132A, so that the transmission member 132A transmits kinetic energy.
The outer end of the transmission member 132A is exposed to the outside through the transmission groove 11110A of the outer deck 1111A.
The power pod 111A further includes a limiting plate 1114A, and the limiting plate 1114A extends convexly along the side pod 1114A, the bottom plate 113A, and the other side pod 1114A to locate the installation position of the power assembly 13A. The power assembly 13A is locked in the power compartment 111A by the limiting plate 1114A, preventing the power assembly 13A from being displaced.
In another example of the present invention, the hair trimmer further includes a display screen 16A, the display screen 16A is mounted to the housing 12A, an upper end of the display screen 16A is located outside the housing 12A, and a lower end of the display screen 16A is conductively coupled to the conduction assembly 15A. The conducting assembly 15A includes a first conducting member 151A, the first conducting member 151A is installed between the power source 14A and the installation side plate 1122A, the first conducting member 151A is conductively connected to the power source 14A, the first conducting member 151A is conductively connected to the display screen 16A, and the first conducting member 151A transmits energy output by the power source 14A to the display screen 16A, so that the display screen 16A can operate.
In one example of the present invention, the hair trimmer further includes a receptacle 17A, the receptacle 17A is mounted to the mounting opening 1124A, one end of the receptacle 17A is connected to the power supply 14A, and the other end of the receptacle 17A communicates with the outside of the bottom case 11A through the mounting opening 1124A.
The second lead member 152A of the lead assembly 15A2A is mounted on one side of the socket 17A and is conductively connected to the power source 14A. The surface of the second conductive member 152AA facing the protective cover 12A is provided with at least one LED lamp, the LED lamp is conductively connected to the power source 14A through the second conductive member 152AA, and the LED lamp can emit light after the LED lamp is conducted. A light through hole 121A is disposed at a position where the protective cover 12A corresponds to the LED lamp, and light emitted by the LED lamp can be obtained from the outside of the bottom case 11A through the light through hole 121A.
The hair trimmer further includes a switch 18A, the switch 18A being mounted to the mounting groove 11220A of the mounting side plate 1122A. One end of the switch 18A is communicated with the conducting assembly 15A, and the other end of the switch 18A is exposed outside the bottom case 11A for the user to operate. The switch 18A and the power source 14A are controllably connected. The switch 18A controls whether the power supply 14A outputs power, further controls whether the conduction assembly 15A is conducted, controls whether the power assembly 13A works, and controls whether the LED lamp emits light.
For example, when the switch 18A is turned on, the second conduction member 152A is conductively connected to the LED lamp, the LED lamp emits light, and the light is externally obtained through the light-passing hole 121A, so that the user can determine that the hair trimmer enters the working state. Further, the color of the light emitted by the LED lamp is determined based on the remaining power of the power supply 14A to prompt the user whether charging or battery replacement is required.
The bottom case 11A further includes at least one fixing bolt 114A, the fixing bolt 114A is disposed on the bottom plate 113A, and the fixing bolt 114A is formed by extending convexly from the bottom plate 113A.
The protecting cover 12A corresponds the position of gim peg 114A is set up an at least fixed orifices 122A, will protecting cover 12A install to drain pan 11A, fixed orifices 122A with gim peg 114A aligns, at the corresponding mounting such as a screw of every position, fixes protecting cover 12A extremely drain pan 11A. The cover 12A and the bottom case 11A wrap the power source 14A and the power assembly 13A to form a working host 10A. The head and the tail of the outer cover 21A are respectively provided with at least one through hole 200A, the head and the tail of the shell 22A are respectively provided with the through holes 200A corresponding to the through holes 200A of the outer cover 21A, the through holes 200A of the outer cover 21A and the through holes 200A of the shell 22A correspond after the outer cover 21A is arranged on the shell 22A, and the outer cover 21A and the shell 22A are suitable for being fixed by installing fixing pieces such as screws and the like.

In an example of the present invention, a tail port 225A is disposed at a tail end of the outer shell 22A, and the tail port 225A is opened at a tail end of the side edge portion 222A to communicate the cavity 220A with the outside. The tail port 225A is adapted to receive the socket 17A.
In an example of the present invention, the housing 22A further includes a hanging portion 226A, the hanging portion 226A is disposed at the rear end of the side portion 222A and is adapted to receive a hook, and the housing 22A can be hung on the hook or the like through the hanging portion 226A, so that the hair trimmer can be hung.

Claims (34)

1. A hair trimmer, comprising:
at least one power source;
a power assembly, said power assembly being conductively connected to said power source;
a bottom housing, said power source and said power assembly being mounted to said bottom housing;
a protective cover mounted to the bottom case; and
a housing assembly mounted to an exterior side of the base shell and the cover.
2. The hair trimmer of claim 1 wherein said cover and said base are secured and said power source and said power assembly are positioned within said base to form a host, wherein said power source provides electrical power to operate said power assembly.
3. The hair trimmer of claim 1 wherein said housing assembly comprises a housing and a cover, said cover being removably mounted to said housing.
4. The hair trimmer of claim 3 wherein said bottom shell is mounted to said housing and said power supply and said power assembly are mounted to said bottom shell, said cover and said outer cover being mounted to said bottom shell and said housing in sequence.
5. The hair trimmer of claim 1 wherein said hair trimmer further comprises a cutter head mounted to one end of said housing assembly, wherein said power assembly is connected to said cutter head, said power assembly driving said cutter head in operation.
6. The hair trimmer of claim 2 wherein said hair trimmer further comprises a cutting head mounted to an end of said main body, wherein said power assembly is coupled to said cutting head, said power assembly driving said cutting head in operation.
7. The hair trimmer according to any one of claims 1 through 6 wherein said bottom housing comprises a power compartment, a power compartment and a bottom plate, said power compartment and said power compartment being formed in said bottom plate, respectively, wherein said power assembly is mounted to said power compartment and said power source is mounted to said power compartment.
8. The hair trimmer of claim 7 wherein said power assembly includes a driving member and a transmission member, one end of said transmission member being connected to one end of said driving member, the other end of said driving member being conductively connected to said power source, the other end of said transmission member being exposed through said power compartment.
9. The hair trimmer of claim 7 wherein said power pod comprises an outer pod plate, an inner pod plate and two side pod plates, said outer pod plate, said side pod plate, said inner pod plate and said other side pod plate in turn surrounding the periphery of said power pod.
10. The hair trimmer of claim 9 wherein said power pod further comprises at least one restriction plate extending convexly along said side pod plate, said bottom plate and another of said side pod plates, said restriction plate having a shape that is adapted to the shape of said power assembly to restrict the mounting position of said power assembly in said power pod.
11. The hair trimmer of claim 7 wherein said power bay comprises at least an inner support panel, a support side panel and a mounting side panel, said inner support panel being formed on one side of said power bay, said support side panel and said mounting side panel being oppositely disposed, said support side panel having an outer end and said mounting side panel having a mounting opening formed therebetween.
12. The hair trimmer of claim 11 wherein said mounting side plate is provided with a mounting slot, said hair trimmer further comprising a switch mounted to said mounting slot wherein said switch is controllably connected to said power source.
13. The hair trimmer of claim 7 wherein said hair trimmer further comprises a conductive assembly mounted to said power bay, said conductive assembly being conductively coupled to said power source.
14. The hair trimmer of claim 13 wherein said hair trimmer further comprises a display screen mounted to said housing, said display screen and said conduction assembly being communicably connected.
15. The hair trimmer of claim 14 wherein said outer cover is provided with a window corresponding to a position of said display screen such that content displayed on said display screen is externally accessible through said window.
16. The hair trimmer of claim 11 wherein said hair trimmer further comprises a socket mounted to said mounting opening.
17. The hair trimmer according to any one of claims 1 to 6, wherein said base is provided with at least one fixing peg, and said cover is correspondingly provided with at least one fixing hole for fixing said cover and said base.
18. The hair trimmer according to anyone of the claims 1 to 6, wherein said cover is provided with at least one assembly fitting hole, said assembly fitting hole remaining through after said cover is mounted to said base housing for securing said cover to said housing.
19. A main body of a hair trimmer, comprising:
at least one power source;
a power assembly, said power assembly being conductively connected to said power source;
a bottom housing, said power source and said power assembly being mounted to said bottom housing, wherein said power source provides electrical energy to cause said power assembly to generate kinetic energy; and
a protective cover mounted to the bottom case.
20. The main unit of a hair trimmer according to claim 19 wherein said bottom housing includes a power compartment, a power compartment and a bottom plate, said power compartment and said power compartment being formed in said bottom plate, respectively, wherein said power assembly is mounted to said power compartment and said power source is mounted to said power compartment.
21. The main unit of a hair trimmer according to claim 20 wherein said power compartment comprises an outer compartment plate, an inner compartment plate and two side compartment plates, said outer compartment plate, said side compartment plate, said inner compartment plate and said other side compartment plate in turn surrounding the periphery of said power compartment.
22. The main unit of a hair trimmer according to claim 21 wherein said power bay further comprises at least one restriction plate extending convexly along said side bay panel, said bottom panel and another of said side bay panels, said restriction plate having a shape that is adapted to a shape of said power assembly to restrict a mounting position of said power assembly in said power bay.
23. The main unit of a hair trimmer according to claim 22 wherein said power assembly comprises a driving member and a transmission member, one end of said transmission member being connected to one end of said driving member, the other end of said driving member being conductively connected to said power source, the other end of said transmission member being exposed to the outside through said power compartment.
24. The main unit of a hair trimmer according to claim 20 wherein said power bay includes at least an inner support plate, a support side plate and a mounting side plate, said inner support plate being formed on one side of said power bay, said support side plate and said mounting side plate being disposed opposite each other, a mounting opening being formed between an outer end of said support side plate and an outer end of said mounting side plate.
25. The main unit of a hair trimmer according to claim 24 wherein said mounting side plate is provided with a mounting slot, said hair trimmer further comprising a switch mounted to said mounting slot wherein said switch is controllably connected to said power source.
26. The main unit of a hair trimmer according to claim 20 wherein said hair trimmer further comprises a conductive assembly, said conductive assembly being mounted to said power bay, said conductive assembly being conductively connected to said power source.
27. The host of claim 26, wherein the hair trimmer further comprises a display screen mounted to the housing, the display screen and the conductive assembly being communicably connected.
28. The host of claim 20, wherein the bottom housing is provided with at least one fixing pin, and the cover is correspondingly provided with at least one fixing hole for fixing the cover and the bottom housing.
29. The host of claim 20, wherein the cover is provided with at least one assembly fitting hole, the assembly fitting hole remaining through when the cover is mounted to the base.
30. A method of assembling a hair trimmer, comprising the steps of:
(A) mounting at least one power supply and a power assembly to a bottom case;
(B) fixing a protecting cover on the bottom shell; and
(C) and wrapping a shell component on the bottom shell and the protective cover.
31. The method of assembling of claim 30, wherein said step (B) further comprises the steps of:
conductively connecting the power source and the power assembly; and
and the bottom shell and the protective cover comprise the power supply and the power assembly to form a host.
32. The method of assembling of claim 31, wherein said step (C) comprises the steps of:
a housing for mounting said host to said housing assembly;
and fixing the outer cover on the shell to wrap the host.
33. The method of assembling of claim 30, wherein said step (a) is preceded by the step of:
a housing mounting the bottom shell to the housing assembly.
34. The method of assembling of claim 33, wherein said step (C) further comprises the steps of:
fixing an outer cover of the housing assembly to the housing to wrap the base case and the cover.
