When the virtual gymnasium scene obtaining request is received, the human body equipment can control the head-mounted display equipment worn by the target user to display the virtual gymnasium scene simulated by the target user, for example, when the user does not have time or is inconvenient to go to the gymnasium, a spacious place can be selected as a gymnasium place, and meanwhile, in order to achieve the similar gymnasium effect as the gymnasium, the virtual gymnasium obtaining request can be sent to the human body equipment, so that the head-mounted display equipment is controlled to display the simulated gymnasium scene. The virtual gymnasium scenes provided by the VR device can be obtained after simulation learning of the gymnasium environment where the user frequently goes, or can be downloaded and selected in a network after networking.

The head-mounted display device can also push fitness items for the target user and inform the target user of completing a plurality of fitness items in sequence, or the user inputs the fitness items currently in progress. The method comprises the steps that when a user carries out different fitness projects, detected motion parameters and physiological parameters may be different, but fitness parameters acquired under the same fitness project necessarily have a certain rule, for a specified fitness project, a pre-stored value range of fitness parameters related to the specified fitness project, namely a value range where values of multiple parameters corresponding to the fitness parameters of the specified fitness project are located, a fitness strategy can be specified for a target user according to a first fitness parameter and the value range, specifically, the value of the first fitness parameter and the value range can be compared, and how to formulate the fitness strategy is determined by detecting whether the value of the first fitness parameter is in the value range.
For example, the designated fitness item is running, the first fitness parameter when running of the target user is currently detected includes a heart rate of 80 times/minute, a calorie consumption of 100 kcal when a running duration is 10 minutes, and a running distance of 1.5 km, but the value range of the fitness parameter associated with the designated fitness item is: the heart rate is 100 times/minute, the calorie is 120 kcal when the running time is ten minutes, the running distance is 2 km, and therefore the target user needs to strengthen the exercise intensity to achieve the body building effect under the normal body building condition at ordinary times, therefore, according to the first body building parameter and the numerical range, the body building strategy can be formulated for the target user, and the target user is informed to change the current body building state.
104. Displaying, by the head-mounted display device, the fitness strategy.
After the fitness strategy is set for the target user, the construction strategy can be displayed through the head-mounted display device, the target user can select whether to execute the suggestion or the fitness method in the fitness strategy after looking up the fitness strategy, and therefore the user can be guaranteed to conduct the specified fitness items in the virtual gym scene, the fitness effect which is almost the same as that of conducting the specified fitness items in a real gym can be achieved, a more convenient fitness scene is provided for the target user, the fitness effect of the target user is guaranteed, and the fitness experience of the user is improved.
It can be seen that the exercise and fitness method described in the embodiment of the present application is applied to any one of at least one human body device worn by a target user, and is implemented by firstly controlling a head-mounted display device of the target user to display a virtual gym scene simulated by the target user when the target user receives a virtual gym scene acquisition request, secondly acquiring a first fitness parameter of the target user in the virtual gym scene, the first fitness parameter corresponding to a designated fitness item, then formulating a fitness policy for the target user according to the first fitness parameter and a numerical range of the fitness parameter associated with the designated fitness item, and finally displaying the fitness policy through the head-mounted display device. In one possible example, the developing a workout policy for the target user based on the first workout parameter and a range of values of workout parameters associated with the specified workout comprises: determining parameter values of a plurality of parameters included in the first fitness parameter; when detecting that the parameter values of the multiple parameters are not in the numerical range, calculating the amount to be increased or the amount to be decreased corresponding to the multiple parameters; and informing the target user to strengthen the exercise intensity according to the amount to be increased, or informing the target user to reduce the exercise intensity according to the amount to be decreased.
The first body-building parameter comprises a plurality of parameters, mainly comprising motion parameters such as motion speed parameters, motion angle parameters, motion frequency parameters and motion pressure parameters, and physiological parameters such as human heart rate parameters, human body temperature parameters, human respiratory frequency parameters, human electrocardiogram parameters and the like, the target user performs the specified body-building item under the normal condition, the numerical values of the plurality of parameters are in a certain numerical range, and the numerical range comprises the numerical ranges respectively corresponding to the plurality of parameters.
When the increase and decrease amount is detected to be larger than zero, the target user can be prompted to reduce the motion strength, and when the increase and decrease amount is detected to be smaller than zero, the target user can be prompted to strengthen the motion strength, so that the target user can be helped to find out a proper motion state.
As can be seen, in this example, the first fitness parameter includes a plurality of key parameters of the target user in the process of making a new fitness project, and according to the parameter values of the plurality of parameters included in the first fitness parameter and the numerical range of the fitness parameter associated with the designated fitness parameter, a fitness strategy is designated for the target user, and the target user is prompted to change the fitness state, so as to achieve a better fitness effect.
In one possible example, the developing a fitness strategy for the target user includes: scanning the object under the current scene of the target user through the head-mounted display equipment; upon detecting that the target user requires increased exercise intensity, determining a first target item of the items that is available as a replacement fitness equipment; notifying the target user to use the first target item as fitness equipment; alternatively, upon detecting that the target user needs to reduce the intensity of the exercise, determining a second target item of the items that is available as a replacement fitness equipment; notifying the target user to use the second target item as fitness equipment.
The method comprises the steps that a target user may use some fitness equipment in the fitness process, but the fitness effect of the target user is influenced if the target user does not use the fitness equipment, or if the target user does not use the proper fitness equipment, movable objects in the scene where the target user is located can be scanned through a head-mounted display device, parameter information such as shapes and weights of the objects is obtained, when the fact that the target user needs to strengthen exercise intensity is detected, a first target object which can be used as a substitute fitness equipment is selected from the objects, the target user is informed of using the first target object as the fitness equipment, when the fact that the target user needs to reduce the exercise intensity is detected, a second target object which can be used as the substitute fitness equipment is selected from the objects, and a second human body is informed of using the second target object as the fitness equipment.
When the target user uses the first target item or the second target item for body-building, the first target item or the second target item seen by the target user through the VR device may be body-building equipment replaced by the first target item or the second target item, for example, the first target item or the second target item seen by the target user may be body-building equipment such as a dumbbell, and it can be understood that the weight of the first item is greater than that of the second item.
Therefore, in this example, the object in the scene where the target user is located is scanned by the VR device, and the object is virtualized into the fitness equipment, so that the target user is helped to find the alternative fitness equipment under the condition that no proper fitness equipment is available, the target user is helped to build the fitness, and meanwhile, the fitness effect of the target user is improved.
In one possible example, the method further comprises: determining the emotion of the target user according to the first fitness parameter; when the emotion of the target user is detected to be a negative emotion, outputting a request message for suggesting the target user to enter a rest state; and when the consent request message input by the target user is detected, pushing an interesting game for leading emotion to the target user, and displaying the interesting game navigation interface through the head-mounted display device.
When the target user enters a fatigue state in a fitness mode, or the mood of the target user is not good, if the target user continues to build the fitness, a good fitness effect may not be achieved, therefore, the emotion of the target user can be determined according to the first fitness parameter, when the emotion of the target user is detected to be a negative emotion, a request message for suggesting the target user to enter a rest state is output, for example, the message can be output through a head-mounted display device, when the consent request message input by the target user is detected, at the moment, the human body device can output an interesting game, and a navigation interface of the interesting game is displayed through the head-mounted display device, so that the target user can enter a transient game state, and the target user is helped to relieve the emotion.
As can be seen, in this example, the emotion of the target user is determined by the first fitness parameter of the target user, and when it is detected that the emotion of the target user is a negative emotion, the user enters a game state by the VR device, which not only helps the user to groom the emotion, but also improves the fitness enthusiasm of the user, thereby improving the fitness effect.
In one possible example, the first workout parameter comprises a heart rate profile over a preset period of time; the determining the emotion of the target user according to the first fitness parameter comprises: sampling the heart rate change curve to obtain a plurality of heart rate values; carrying out mean operation on the plurality of heart rate values to obtain an average heart rate value; and determining a heart rate grade range where the average heart rate value is located, searching a preset mapping relation between a heart rate range and human emotion according to the heart rate grade range, and determining the target user emotion corresponding to the average heart rate value.
The first fitness parameter includes a heart rate change curve of the target user within a preset time length, the preset time length can be specified in advance by the target user, for example, 10 minutes, a plurality of heart rate values are obtained by sampling the heart rate change curve detected by the target user within 10 minutes, then an average heart rate value is obtained by performing mean operation on the plurality of heart rate values, the average heart rate value can represent a fitness state of the user within 10 minutes, at this time, a heart rate grade range where the average heart rate value is located is determined, a mapping relation between the preset heart rate grade range and the user emotion is searched according to the heart rate grade range, and the target user emotion corresponding to the average heart rate value is determined, so that a psychological emotion of the target user within 10 minutes is determined.
As can be seen, in this example, according to the first fitness parameter, the emotion of the target user, specifically, the heart rate value of the target user, may be determined, and then the emotion of the target user may be determined according to the heart rate value, so that when the emotion of the target user is not good, the target user may be helped to relieve the emotion, and the fitness experience of the target user may be improved.
In one possible example, the method further comprises: acquiring historical fitness parameters of the target user in the specified fitness items; and determining a plurality of key parameters corresponding to the specified fitness items and numerical ranges corresponding to the key parameters according to the historical fitness parameters, wherein the numerical ranges of the fitness parameters associated with the specified fitness items comprise the numerical ranges of the key parameters.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining historical fitness parameters of a target user in a specified fitness project, determining multiple key parameters corresponding to the specified fitness project and the value valves corresponding to the multiple key parameters according to the historical fitness parameters, and accordingly obtaining the value range of the fitness parameters related to the specified fitness project, wherein the historical fitness parameters are parameters of the target user for performing the specified fitness project, which are obtained in a certain period, and the value range can be determined periodically according to the historical fitness parameters.
As can be seen, in this example, according to the historical fitness parameters of the target user in the specified fitness items, the numerical range of the fitness parameters associated with the specified fitness items is determined, where the historical fitness parameters are the fitness parameters of the target user for the specified fitness items acquired in the real gym scene, and thus, the numerical range can be used as a reference standard for the target user to perform the specified fitness items.
In one possible example, after receiving the virtual gym scene retrieval request, the method further comprises: acquiring the position information of the target user; and when detecting that the position indicated by the position information is not a preset body-building position, controlling the human body equipment to establish communication connection with the head-mounted display equipment.
When the current position of the target user is detected to be not a commonly used position for body building, for example, when the target user is detected not to be in the gymnasium, communication connection with the head-mounted display device can be established at the moment, so that the virtual gymnasium scene can be displayed through the head-mounted display device.
As can be seen, in this example, it is determined whether the current location of the target user is the preset construction location by positioning the target user, if not, the head-mounted display device may be connected and the virtual gym scene may be displayed for the target user through the head-mounted display device, and if the current location is the preset gym scene, it is indicated that the target user may have triggered the acquisition request by mistake, so that the accuracy is improved.

Whether a function is performed as hardware or computer software drives hardware depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the solution. In the embodiment of the present application, the human body equipment may be divided according to the above method examples, for example, each functional unit may be divided corresponding to each function, or two or more functions may be integrated in one processing unit. The integrated unit can be realized in a form of hardware, and can also be realized in a form of a software functional unit. It should be noted that the division of the unit in the embodiment of the present application is schematic, and is only a logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation.
Fig. 5 is a block diagram of functional units of the exercise and fitness apparatus 500 according to the embodiment of the present application. This sports fitness device 500 is applied to the human body equipment, the human body equipment sets up in the target user, device 500 includes: a receiving unit 501, an obtaining unit 502 and a processing unit 503, wherein,
the receiving unit 501 is configured to control the head-mounted display device of the target user to display a virtual gym scene simulated by the target user when receiving a virtual gym scene acquisition request;

the processing unit 503 is configured to formulate a fitness strategy for a target user corresponding to the target user according to the first fitness parameter and the numerical range of the fitness parameter associated with the specified fitness item;
the processing unit 503 is further configured to display the fitness strategy through the head-mounted display device. It can be seen that the exercise and fitness method described in the embodiment of the present application is applied to any one of at least one human body device worn by a target user, and is implemented by firstly controlling a head-mounted display device of the target user to display a virtual gym scene simulated by the target user when the target user receives a virtual gym scene acquisition request, secondly acquiring a first fitness parameter of the target user in the virtual gym scene, the first fitness parameter corresponding to a designated fitness item, then formulating a fitness policy for the target user according to the first fitness parameter and a numerical range of the fitness parameter associated with the designated fitness item, and finally displaying the fitness policy through the head-mounted display device. Because the virtual gymnasium scene is provided for the user through the head-mounted display equipment, the target user has more enthusiasm in the gymnasium process, the experience is better, meanwhile, the first gymnasium parameter of the target user in the appointed gymnasium project can be more accurately obtained through the human body equipment, the gymnasium strategy can be appointed for the target user through the first gymnasium parameter, and the gymnasium effect of the user can be further improved.
In one possible example, in the aspect of formulating the fitness strategy for the target user according to the first fitness parameter and the numerical range of the fitness parameter associated with the specified fitness item, the processing unit 503 is specifically configured to: determining parameter values of a plurality of parameters included in the first fitness parameter; and when detecting that the parameter values of the plurality of parameters are not in the numerical range, calculating the amount to be increased or the amount to be decreased corresponding to the plurality of parameters; and the controller is used for notifying the target user to strengthen the exercise intensity according to the amount to be increased or notifying the target user to lighten the exercise intensity according to the amount to be decreased.
In one possible example, in the aspect of developing the fitness strategy for the target user, the processing unit 503 is specifically configured to: scanning the object under the current scene of the target user through the head-mounted display equipment; and for determining a first one of the items available as a replacement fitness apparatus upon detecting a need for increased exercise intensity by the target user; and for notifying the target user to use the first target item as fitness equipment; alternatively, upon detecting that the target user needs to reduce the intensity of the exercise, determining a second target item of the items that is available as a replacement fitness equipment; and means for notifying the target user to use the second target item as fitness equipment, wherein an amount of motion expended in exercising using the first target item is greater than an amount of motion expended in exercising using the second target item.
In one possible example, the processing unit 503 is specifically configured to: determining the emotion of the target user according to the first fitness parameter; and for outputting a request message for advising the target user to enter a rest state upon detecting that the target user's mood is a negative mood; and the game server is used for pushing an interesting game for leading emotion to the target user and displaying the interesting game navigation interface through the head-mounted display device when the consent request message input by the target user is detected.
In one possible example, the first fitness parameter comprises a heart rate profile over a preset time period; in the aspect of determining the emotion of the target user according to the first fitness parameter, the processing unit 503 is specifically configured to: sampling the heart rate change curve to obtain a plurality of heart rate values; the heart rate calculation module is used for carrying out mean value calculation on the plurality of heart rate values to obtain an average heart rate value; and the mapping relation between a preset heart rate range and human emotion is searched according to the heart rate level range, and the target user emotion corresponding to the average heart rate value is determined.
In one possible example, the processing unit 503 is specifically configured to: acquiring historical fitness parameters of the target user in the specified fitness items; and the fitness equipment is used for determining the fitness parameters related to a plurality of specified fitness items and the numerical value ranges corresponding to the plurality of fitness parameters according to the historical fitness parameters and the historical fitness parameters.
In a possible example, after receiving the virtual gymnasium scene capturing request, the processing unit 503 is specifically configured to: acquiring the position information of the target user; and the control unit is used for controlling the human body equipment to establish communication connection with the head-mounted display equipment when detecting that the position indicated by the position information is not a preset fitness position.
It can be understood that the functions of the program modules of the exercise and fitness apparatus of this embodiment can be specifically implemented according to the method in the foregoing method embodiment, and the specific implementation process thereof can refer to the related description of the foregoing method embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer storage medium, wherein the computer storage medium stores a computer program for electronic data exchange, the computer program enables a computer to execute part or all of the steps of any one of the methods as described in the above method embodiments, and the computer includes a human body device.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer program product comprising a non-transitory computer readable storage medium storing a computer program operable to cause a computer to perform some or all of the steps of any of the methods as described in the above method embodiments. The computer program product may be a software installation package, the computer comprising a body device.
It should be noted that for simplicity of description, the above-mentioned embodiments of the method are described as a series of acts, but those skilled in the art should understand that the present application is not limited by the described order of acts, as some steps may be performed in other orders or simultaneously according to the present application. Further, those skilled in the art should also appreciate that the embodiments described in the specification are preferred embodiments and that the acts and modules referred to are not necessarily required in this application.

Claims (10)

1. A method of athletic fitness applied to any of at least one human device worn by a target user, the method comprising:
when a virtual gymnasium scene acquisition request is received, controlling head-mounted display equipment of the target user to display a virtual gymnasium scene simulated by the target user;
acquiring a first fitness parameter of the target user in the virtual gym scene, wherein the first fitness parameter corresponds to a designated fitness item;
scanning the object under the current scene of the target user through the head-mounted display equipment;
determining a first target object which can be used as a substitute fitness equipment in the objects when the target user needs to strengthen the exercise intensity according to the first fitness parameter and the numerical range of the fitness parameters related to the specified fitness items; notifying the target user through the head-mounted display device to use the first target item as fitness equipment and virtualizing the first target item into fitness equipment; determining a second target item which can be used as a substitute fitness equipment in the items when the target user needs to reduce the exercise intensity according to the first fitness parameter and the numerical range of the fitness parameter associated with the specified fitness item; notifying the target user through the head-mounted display device to use the second target item as fitness equipment and virtualizing the second target item into fitness equipment, wherein an amount of motion consumed to exercise using the first target item is greater than an amount of motion consumed to exercise using the second target item.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining parameter values of a plurality of parameters included in the first fitness parameter;
when detecting that the parameter values of the multiple parameters are not in the numerical range, calculating the amount to be increased or the amount to be decreased corresponding to the multiple parameters;
and informing the target user to strengthen the exercise intensity according to the amount to be increased, or informing the target user to reduce the exercise intensity according to the amount to be decreased.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the method further comprises:
determining the emotion of the target user according to the first fitness parameter;
when the emotion of the target user is detected to be a negative emotion, outputting a request message for suggesting the target user to enter a rest state;
and when the consent request message input by the target user is detected, pushing an interesting game for leading emotion to the target user, and displaying the interesting game navigation interface through the head-mounted display device.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the first fitness parameter comprises a heart rate profile over a preset time period; the determining the emotion of the target user according to the first fitness parameter comprises:
sampling the heart rate change curve to obtain a plurality of heart rate values;
carrying out mean operation on the plurality of heart rate values to obtain an average heart rate value;
and determining a heart rate grade range where the average heart rate value is located, searching a preset mapping relation between a heart rate range and human emotion according to the heart rate grade range, and determining the target user emotion corresponding to the average heart rate value.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring historical fitness parameters of the target user in the specified fitness items;
and determining fitness parameters related to the plurality of specified fitness items and numerical ranges corresponding to the plurality of fitness parameters according to the historical fitness parameters.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the virtual gym scene retrieval request, the method further comprises:
acquiring the position information of the target user;
and when the position information is detected not to be the preset body-building position, controlling the human body equipment to establish communication connection with the head-mounted display equipment.
7. The human body equipment is characterized in that the human body equipment is arranged on a target user and comprises a human body communication chip and a processing circuit, the human body communication chip is connected with a motion detection sensor, and the human body equipment comprises:
the motion detection sensor is used for controlling the head-mounted display equipment of the target user to display a virtual gymnasium scene simulated by the target user when receiving a virtual gymnasium scene acquisition request;
the human body communication chip is used for acquiring a first fitness parameter of the target user in the virtual gymnasium scene, and the first fitness parameter corresponds to a designated fitness item;
the processing circuit is used for scanning the object under the current scene of the target user through the head-mounted display equipment;
the processing circuit is further used for determining a first target object which can be used as a substitute fitness apparatus in the objects when the target user needs to strengthen the exercise intensity according to the first fitness parameter and the numerical range of the fitness parameter associated with the specified fitness item; the head-mounted display device is further used for informing the target user to use the first target object as fitness equipment and virtualizing the first target object into the fitness equipment; the fitness equipment is also used for determining a second target object which can be used as substitute fitness equipment in the objects when the target user needs to reduce the exercise intensity according to the first fitness parameter and the numerical range of the fitness parameters related to the specified fitness item; and notifying the target user through the head-mounted display device to use the second target item as fitness equipment and virtualizing the second target item into fitness equipment, wherein the amount of motion consumed in exercising using the first target item is greater than the amount of motion consumed in exercising using the second target item.
8. A sports fitness device, which is applied to human body equipment, comprises a receiving unit, an acquisition unit and a processing unit, wherein,
the receiving unit is used for controlling the head-mounted display equipment of the target user to display the virtual gymnasium scene simulated by the target user when the virtual gymnasium scene acquisition request is received;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring a first fitness parameter of the target user in the virtual gymnasium scene, wherein the first fitness parameter corresponds to a designated fitness item;
the processing unit is used for scanning the object under the current scene of the target user through the head-mounted display equipment;
the processing unit is further used for determining a first target object which can be used as a substitute fitness equipment in the objects when the target user needs to strengthen the exercise intensity according to the first fitness parameter and the numerical range of the fitness parameters related to the specified fitness items; the head-mounted display device is further used for informing the target user to use the first target object as fitness equipment and virtualizing the first target object into the fitness equipment; the fitness equipment is also used for determining a second target object which can be used as substitute fitness equipment in the objects when the target user needs to reduce the exercise intensity according to the first fitness parameter and the numerical range of the fitness parameters related to the specified fitness item; and notifying the target user through the head-mounted display device to use the second target item as fitness equipment and virtualizing the second target item into fitness equipment, wherein the amount of motion consumed in exercising using the first target item is greater than the amount of motion consumed in exercising using the second target item.
9. A body apparatus comprising a processor and a memory for storing one or more programs and configured for execution by the processor, the programs comprising instructions for performing the steps in the method of any of claims 1-6.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program for electronic data exchange is stored, wherein the computer program causes a computer to perform the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
