6. Exercise device for spinal extension and rotation in sitting position, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that said telescopic rod (301) comprises:
the sleeve (311) is connected in the U-shaped sliding groove (101) in a sliding mode, a driving motor is arranged in the sleeve (311), and a control switch electrically connected with the driving motor is arranged on the outer wall of the sleeve (311); and
the sleeve rod (314) is sleeved in the sleeve (311), and one end, located in the sleeve (311), of the sleeve rod (314) is fixedly connected with an output shaft of the driving motor.
