Abstract
A chest skin flap separator comprises a puncture rod and an outer sleeve cutter, wherein the puncture rod comprises a circular rod part, a conical needle part and a locking rod which is arranged on the circular rod part and is used as a handle; the outer sleeve cutter comprises a pair of arc groove cutters arranged on the upper end of the outer sleeve cutter on a same diameter line, an axial guide groove, a top circumferential locking groove and at least one locking groove positioned on the lower part of the outer sleeve cutter; the arc-shaped groove cutter is provided with an outer cutter edge or an inner cutter edge; the puncture rod is arranged in the outer sleeve cutter, the circular rod part is in sliding fit with the outer sleeve cutter, the locking rod is in sliding fit with the axial guide groove, and the locking rod is matched with the top circumferential locking groove and the bottom circumferential locking groove. The principle of anatomy, there is a potential gap between the subcutaneous tissue and the pectoral fascia, through which a blood cut is poor; the puncture rod and the outer sleeve knife are used for puncturing the puncture tunnel and cutting the flesh group between the tunnels, the opening is small, the bleeding amount is small, and the operation is convenient.

the puncture rod is arranged in the outer sleeve cutter, the circular rod part is in sliding fit with the outer sleeve cutter, the locking rod is in sliding fit with the axial guide groove, and the locking rod is matched with the top circumferential locking groove and the bottom circumferential locking groove.
The anterior chest skin flap separator is characterized in that: the round rod part is in sliding fit with the outer sleeve cutter and is sealed.
The anterior chest skin flap separator is characterized in that: when the tunnel is punctured, the conical needle part is positioned outside the outer sleeve cutter, and the bottom round end is flush with the upper end of the outer sleeve cutter;
when the partition plate between the tunnels is cut, the conical needle part is hidden in the outer sleeve cutter.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a thoracic skin flap separator, which comprises a puncture rod 1 and a sheath knife 2,
the puncture rod 1 comprises a circular rod part 11, a conical needle part 12 and a locking rod 13 which is arranged on the circular rod part and is also used as a handle;
the outer sleeve cutter 2 comprises a pair of arc groove cutters 21 arranged on the upper end of the outer sleeve cutter on the same diameter line, an axial guide groove 22, a top circumferential locking groove 23 and two locking grooves 24 positioned on the lower part of the outer sleeve cutter; the arc-shaped slot knife 21 is provided with an outer knife edge or an inner knife edge;
the puncture stick 1 is arranged in the outer sleeve cutter 2, the circular rod part 11 is in sliding fit with the outer sleeve cutter 2, the locking rod 13 is in sliding fit with the axial guide groove 22, and the locking rod 13 is in fit with the top circumferential locking groove 23 and the bottom circumferential locking groove 24.
The round rod part 11 is in sliding fit and sealing with the outer sleeve cutter 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, when puncturing the tunnel, the truncated cone shaped needle portion 12 is located outside the outer sleeve cutter 2, and the bottom circular end of the truncated cone shaped needle portion 12 is flush with the upper end of the outer sleeve cutter 2; the locking rod is embedded with the top circumferential groove 23;
as shown in fig. 4, when the partition between tunnels is cut, the truncated cone-shaped needle portion 12 is hidden inside the outer cutter set 2.
The outer blade or the inner blade extends to the end of the outer sleeve cutter 2 between two adjacent arc-shaped slot cutters 21.
The invention is based on the principle of anatomy, and potential gaps exist between subcutaneous tissues and pectoralis fasciae;
in use, referring to fig. 8, the chest 3, the neck 4, the tunnel 5 and the partition 6,
firstly, an incision is arranged on a chest 3, then paths are drawn in advance on the chest and a neck, and a plurality of tunnels 5 are formed by puncturing in the state shown in figure 1; then, the state of fig. 1 is changed to the state of fig. 4, and the separator 6 is cut by the arc-shaped groove cutter 21.

the puncture rod is arranged in the outer sleeve cutter, the circular rod part is in sliding fit with the outer sleeve cutter, the locking rod is in sliding fit with the axial guide groove, and the locking rod is matched with the top circumferential locking groove and the bottom circumferential locking groove.
