the first judging unit 14 is used for judging whether the number of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil type is larger than that of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the special recovered oil type according to the statistical result;
and the first recovery unit 15 is configured to recover the residual oil of the raw material to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil type if the determination result is yes, and otherwise recover the residual oil of the raw material to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil type and the special recovered oil type.
The type information of the raw materials to be cooked can be acquired by scanning codes or photographing and identifying, or the type information of the raw materials to be cooked can be input by manual work. Specifically, the oil recovery classification table is pre-prepared with classification information of residual oil after cooking raw materials are cooked, the classification information includes a standard recovered oil type, a special recovered oil type and a waste oil type, and the standard recovered oil type and the special recovered oil type are recoverable oil types.
During specific implementation, an oil product recovery classification table can be preset, classification information of the oil product recovery classification table is stored in a local disk or a cloud so as to be conveniently acquired at any time, the oil product recovery classification table is set according to the standard raw material library, cooking raw materials needing to be oiled in various recipes are collected and counted to form a standard raw material library, classification types of residual oil products after cooking are respectively set according to the attributes and characteristics of the cooking raw materials in the standard raw material library, and the set classification types of the residual oil products after the cooking of the raw materials are recorded in the oil product recovery classification table to form the preset oil product recovery classification table; for example, if some of the raw materials are used for the residual oil product after the oil is used for the oil, the raw materials belonging to the category are marked as the standard recovered oil product type, if some of the raw materials are used for the residual oil product after the oil is used for the oil, the raw materials belonging to the category are marked as the special recovered oil product type, if some of the raw materials are used for the residual oil product after the oil is used for the oil, the residual oil product is not used for the oil, the raw materials belonging to the category are marked as the waste oil product type, and the final classification statistical result is recorded in an oil product recovery classification table to form the preset oil product recovery classification table.
Further, this oil recovery classification table can also be obtained through the form of identification code, and is concrete, can write in the identification code with this oil recovery classification table, for example two-dimensional code to paste on the magazine of culinary art edible material, when cooking, through discerning in order to obtain this oil recovery classification table to this two-dimensional code information, can understand, can write in the oil recovery classification table that this edible material that corresponds in the two-dimensional code according to the edible material of placing in the magazine.
It should be noted that the three oil types can be divided according to the degree of influence of the residue in the oil on the oil quality, and specifically, the three oil types may be: the standard classification standard of the type of the standard recovered oil product can be that the residue in the oil has little influence on the quality of the oil, the oil can be reused and raw materials to be cooked next time are not limited, namely, the type of the residual oil product can be reused for any raw materials after being recovered; the classification standard of the type of the special recovered oil product can be that residues in the oil have great influence on the quality of the oil (for example, special odor exists), but the same raw materials can be reused, namely the type of the residual oil product can be recovered, but the recovered residual oil product can only be used for reusing the same raw materials, and has great influence on the reuse of other raw materials; the classification standard of the types of the waste oil products can be that residues in the oil have great influence on the quality of the oil and cannot be recycled.
In addition, the oil type can be represented by characters or numerical values, for example, the standard recovered oil type, the special recovered oil type and the waste oil type can be respectively represented by 0, 1 and 2, so that the machine identification is facilitated, and the system response speed is improved.
It can be understood that the type of the residual oil product after cooking corresponding to each raw material to be cooked can be compared and inquired on the oil product recovery classification table according to the type information of the raw material to be cooked, and the type of the residual oil product after cooking of each raw material to be cooked can be determined. The raw materials to be cooked can be raw material combinations which are prepared and packaged in boxes according to a menu, and in the specific implementation, the types of residual oil products after cooking of all raw materials to be cooked which need to be oiled in a dish group filled in a current feeding device of the cooking equipment can be respectively determined, for example, when raw materials to be cooked which need to be oiled in a group of dishes of the feeding device are assembled, the types of the residual oil products after cooking corresponding to the raw materials to be cooked which need to be oiled in each of the thirty dishes can be determined by looking up a table one by one, and when the subsequent steps of the invention are executed, the formulation of oil product recovery strategies for the thirty dishes is completed, so that when the thirty dishes are subsequently cooked one by one, the residual oil products can be recovered in a targeted manner according to the finally formulated oil product recovery strategies.
It should be noted that, when a plurality of types of the recyclable oil products are determined, the representative type determining unit 12 determines the types of the residual oil products after cooking of the raw materials to be cooked, which include both the standard type of the recyclable oil product and the special type of the recyclable oil product, because the special type of the recyclable oil product can only be used for reusing the same raw material, if the special type of the recyclable oil product and the residual oil product of the standard type of the recyclable oil product are mixed and recycled together, the recycled mixed oil product can only be used for reusing the same raw material corresponding to the special type of the recyclable oil product, and in order to maximize the utilization of the recycled oil product, it is necessary to determine a corresponding oil product recycling strategy according to the ratio of the standard type of the recyclable oil product to the special type of the recyclable oil product.
When the number of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil type is judged to be larger than that of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the special recovered oil type, the occupation ratio of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil type is high, the first recovery unit 15 recovers residual oil products of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to all the standard recovered oil types, and discards the residual oil products of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the special recovered oil types; when the number of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil type is judged to be smaller than that of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the special recovered oil type, the corresponding raw materials to be cooked representing the special recovered oil type have a high occupation ratio, and the first recovery unit 15 recovers all the standard recovered oil types and residual oil of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to all the special recovered oil types, so that the maximization of the utilization of the recovered oil is realized under the condition of ensuring the use of the oil.
To sum up, the oil recovery and utilization device in this embodiment judges whether the residual oil after the cooking of the raw materials to be cooked is a recoverable type by prefabricating the classification information of the residual oil after the cooking of various cooking raw materials, and performs targeted recovery on the recoverable oil through a specific oil recovery strategy, rather than discarding the residual oil, thereby reducing the waste of the oil.

In another aspect, the present invention further provides an oil recycling system, referring to fig. 5, which shows an oil recycling system in a fifth embodiment of the present invention, and is applied to a cooking apparatus, where the cooking apparatus can be implemented by software and/or hardware, the system includes a controller 10, a solid-liquid separation device 20, a recovered oil storage 30, a waste oil storage 40, and a flow distribution device 50 communicated with an oil outlet of the solid-liquid separation device 20, where the solid-liquid separation device 20 is used for receiving a mixed material formed after a cooking food material is cooked by a cooking appliance and performing solid-liquid separation on the mixed material, the flow distribution device 50 is provided with an oil inlet 51, a first oil outlet 52 communicated with the oil inlet 51, and a second oil outlet 53, the first oil outlet 52 is provided with an oil recovered valve 521, the second oil outlet 53 is provided with a waste oil valve 531, the flow distribution device 50 is connected to the controller 10, the oil recovery device comprises a recovered oil valve 521 or a waste oil valve 531 selectively started according to the type of oil remaining after cooking food, a recovered oil storage 30 is communicated with a first oil outlet end 52 of a flow divider 50 and used for storing recovered oil, and a waste oil storage 40 is communicated with a second oil outlet end 53 of the flow divider 50 and used for storing waste oil, wherein the controller 10 comprises the oil recovery device in any one of the embodiments described above, so as to implement the oil recovery method described above during execution.
In a specific implementation, the flow dividing device 50 may be a three-way valve, such as an electrically controlled three-way valve, and the device of the solid-liquid separation device 20 mainly performing the solid-liquid separation function may be, but is not limited to, a strainer, a filter screen, filter paper, filter cotton, and the like.

For example, the oil recovery system may further include a new oil storage tank for storing new oil.
In another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a cooking apparatus, where the cooking apparatus includes a cooking appliance and the oil recycling system. In some embodiments, the cooking device may be embodied as a cooker.
In another aspect, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a computer device, which includes a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein when the processor executes the computer program, the cooking device executes the oil recycling method. In particular, the computer device may be a central control module (e.g. a motherboard) in the cooking apparatus.
In particular, the processor may be, in some embodiments, a Central Processing Unit (CPU), controller, microcontroller, microprocessor or other data Processing chip for executing program codes stored in a memory or Processing data.

Claims (18)
1. A method for recycling oil products is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining the type information of a raw material to be cooked and calling a preset oil recovery classification table, wherein the oil recovery classification table is pre-prepared with the classification information of residual oil after the cooking raw material is cooked, the classification information comprises a standard recovered oil type, a special recovered oil type and a waste oil type, and the standard recovered oil type and the special recovered oil type are the types of the recoverable oil;
determining the type of the residual oil product after the raw materials to be cooked correspond to the classification information according to the comparison result of the classification information of the raw materials to be cooked and the classification information of the oil product recovery classification table;
when various types of the recyclable oil products are determined, counting the number of raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the same type of the recyclable oil products;
judging whether the number of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil type is larger than that of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the special recovered oil type or not according to the statistical result;
and if so, recovering the residual oil of the raw material to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil type, otherwise, recovering the residual oil of the raw material to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil type and the special recovered oil type.
2. The oil recovery method of claim 1, further comprising:
when only one type of the recoverable oil product is determined, the residual oil products of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to all the types of the recoverable oil product are recovered.
3. The oil recovery and utilization method of claim 1, wherein the step of counting the number of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the same type of the recoverable oil comprises:
when the standard recovered oil product type in the recovered oil product types is counted, accumulating the number of all raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil product type;
and when the special recovered oil product types in the recovered oil product types are counted, only accumulating the number of the same kind of raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the special recovered oil product types.
4. The oil recovery method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the recovered residual oil products are all of the standard recovered oil product types, using the residual oil products to cook the raw materials to be cooked next time.
5. The oil recovery method of claim 1, further comprising:
when the recovered residual oil product is of a special recovered oil product type or a mixed type of a standard oil product recovered oil product type and a special recovered oil product type, judging whether the type of the next raw material to be cooked belongs to the raw material corresponding to the special recovered oil product type;
if so, using the residual oil product to cook the next raw material to be cooked;
and if not, using new oil to cook the next raw material to be cooked.
6. The oil recovery method of claim 4 or 5, further comprising:
when the volume of the recovered residual oil reaches a preset upper limit threshold, using the residual oil for cooking;
and stopping using the residual oil product for cooking when the volume of the residual oil product is lower than a preset lower limit threshold value.
7. The oil recovery and utilization method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the type information of the raw material to be cooked and the calling of the preset oil recovery classification table further comprise:
collecting and counting the cooking raw materials needing to be oiled in the cooking menu to form a standard raw material library;
and respectively setting the classification type of the residual oil product after cooking according to the attribute and the characteristic of each cooking raw material in the standard raw material library, and recording the set classification type of the residual oil product after cooking of each raw material into an oil product recovery classification table to form the preset oil product recovery classification table.
8. An oil recovery utilizes device, its characterized in that, the device includes:
the cooking system comprises an information acquisition unit, a cooking unit and a control unit, wherein the information acquisition unit is used for acquiring the type information of raw materials to be cooked and calling a preset oil product recovery classification table, the oil product recovery classification table is pre-prepared with the classification information of residual oil products after the cooking raw materials are cooked, the classification information comprises a standard recovered oil product type, a special recovered oil product type and a waste oil product type, and the standard recovered oil product type and the special recovered oil product type are recoverable oil product types;
the type determining unit is used for determining the type of the residual oil product of each raw material to be cooked corresponding to the classification information according to the comparison result of the classification information of the raw material to be cooked and the classification information of the oil product recovery classification table;
the quantity counting unit is used for counting the quantity of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the same type of the recyclable oil product when the types of the recyclable oil products are determined;
the first judging unit is used for judging whether the number of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil type is larger than that of the raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the special recovered oil type or not according to the statistical result;
and the first recovery unit is used for recovering the residual oil of the raw material to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil type if the judgment result is yes, or recovering the residual oil of the raw material to be cooked corresponding to the standard recovered oil type and the special recovered oil type if the judgment result is not yes.
9. The oil recovery and utilization device of claim 8, further comprising:
and the second recovery unit is used for recovering the residual oil of the raw material to be cooked corresponding to all the recoverable oil types when only one recoverable oil type is determined.
10. The oil recovery and utilization device of claim 8, wherein the quantity counting unit is further configured to:
when the type of the recyclable oil product is the standard type of the recyclable oil product, accumulating the number of all raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the standard type of the recyclable oil product;
and when the type of the recyclable oil product is a special type of the recyclable oil product, only accumulating the number of the same type of raw materials to be cooked corresponding to the special type of the recyclable oil product.
11. The oil recovery and utilization device of claim 8, further comprising:
and the first cooking unit is used for cooking the next raw material to be cooked by using the residual oil product when the recovered residual oil product is of a standard recovered oil product type.
12. The oil recovery and utilization device of claim 8, further comprising:
the second judging unit is used for judging whether the type of the next raw material to be cooked belongs to the raw material corresponding to the special recovered oil product type or not when the recovered residual oil product is the special recovered oil product type or the mixed type of the standard oil product recovered oil product type and the special recovered oil product type;
the second cooking unit is used for cooking the next raw material to be cooked by using the residual oil product when the type of the next raw material to be cooked is judged to belong to the raw material corresponding to the special recovered oil product type;
and the third cooking unit is used for cooking the next raw material to be cooked by using the new oil when the type of the next raw material to be cooked does not belong to the raw material corresponding to the special recovered oil product type.
13. The oil recovery and utilization device of claim 8, further comprising:
the standard raw material library generating unit is used for collecting and counting the cooking raw materials needing to be oiled in the cooking menu to form a standard raw material library;
and the preset oil recovery classification table generating unit is used for respectively setting the classification types of the residual oil products after cooking according to the attributes and the characteristics of each cooking raw material in the standard raw material library, and recording the set classification types of the residual oil products after cooking of each raw material into the oil recovery classification table so as to form the preset oil recovery classification table.
14. An oil recovery system, the system comprising:
a controller comprising the oil recovery and utilization device of claims 8-13;
the solid-liquid separation device is used for receiving a mixed material formed by cooking food materials by a cooking appliance and carrying out solid-liquid separation on the mixed material;
the shunting device is communicated with an oil outlet of the solid-liquid separation device, is connected with the controller and is used for selectively starting a recovered oil valve or a waste oil valve according to the type of oil remained after cooking food;
the recovered oil storage device is communicated with the flow dividing device and is used for storing the recovered oil; and
the waste oil storage device is communicated with the flow dividing device and used for storing waste oil.
15. The oil recovery system of claim 14, further comprising:
and the recognition input device is connected with the controller and used for recognizing the type information of the cooking raw materials, so that the controller acquires the type of the oil product remained after the cooking of the cooking food material according to the type information of the cooking food material and a preset oil product recovery classification table.
16. A cooking apparatus, characterized in that the cooking apparatus comprises an oil recycling system according to any one of claims 14 to 16.
17. A computer arrangement comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein when the computer program is executed by the processor, a cooking appliance performs the oil recovery method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
18. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the oil recovery method of any one of claims 1-7.
