Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, a communication cabinet 100 includes a housing 10, a first bracket 20, and a second bracket 30. The first bracket 20 is disposed in the housing 10 for mounting a first communication device. The second bracket 30 is disposed in the housing 10 and is used for mounting second communication equipment, which includes, but is not limited to, RRU equipment. The housing 10 includes, but is not limited to, a 19/21 inch standard cabinet.
In the embodiment of the present application, the first bracket 20 includes two positioning rods 21 disposed at intervals and fixed to the bottom plate of the housing 10. The positioning rod 21 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 211 for mounting first communication equipment and adapting to the first communication equipment with different sizes. In other embodiments, the number of the positioning rods 21 may be more or less than two, which is required by the installation design, and the application is not limited thereto.
The second support 30 includes at least two positioning columns 31 and at least two mounting frames 32, and the mounting frames 32 are detachably disposed on the positioning columns 31. The positioning column 31 is disposed on a side wall of the housing 10 along a first direction, which is a length direction of the housing 10 and is a direction indicated by an arrow a in fig. 2. The distance between two adjacent positioning columns 31 can be adjusted along the second direction to adapt to the width dimension of the second communication equipment. The second direction is a width direction of the housing 10, which is a direction indicated by an arrow B in fig. 2, and the first direction is perpendicular to the second direction. The mounting frame 32 is substantially long, is disposed along the second direction, and is mounted on the positioning column 31 by a fastening member such as a bolt or a pin. The positioning column 31 is further provided with a plurality of first holes 311, and the plurality of first holes 311 are arranged at intervals along the first direction. With continued reference to fig. 3, in order to reduce the deformation of the side wall of the housing 10 caused by the gravity of the second communication device, the communication cabinet 100 further includes a first mounting plate 41. The housing 10 includes a first side wall 11, the first mounting plate 41 is disposed on an inner side of the first side wall 11, and the positioning column 31 is detachably disposed on the first mounting plate 41. The first mounting plate 41 has a strength greater than that of the first side wall 11 to support the second bracket 30 and the second communication device.
The first mounting plate 41 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 411, the positioning holes 411 are arranged at intervals in the second direction, and the positioning column 31 can be detachably connected to different positioning holes 411 through fasteners according to the actual size of the second communication device, so that the position of the positioning column 31 can be adjusted, and the universality of the communication cabinet 100 is improved.
In another embodiment, a guide rail (not shown) is disposed on the first mounting plate 41, and the guide rail is disposed along the second direction instead of the plurality of positioning holes 411. The positioning posts 31 are detachably arranged on the guide rail so as to adjust the distance between the adjacent positioning posts 31.
The telecommunications cabinet 100 also includes a second mounting plate 42 and a third mounting plate 43. The housing 10 is substantially a rectangular parallelepiped structure, and further includes a second sidewall 12, a third sidewall 13, and a door panel 14, where the door panel 14 is disposed opposite to the first sidewall 11, and the second sidewall 12 and the third sidewall 13 are respectively connected to two opposite sides of the first sidewall 11. The second mounting plate 42 is disposed on the inner side of the second side wall 12, and the third mounting plate 43 is disposed on the third side wall 13, so as to further increase the strength of the housing 10 and reduce the risk of deformation of the housing 10. Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the first side wall 11, the second side wall 12, and the third side wall 13 of the housing 10 are further provided with a reinforcing member 15 for increasing the supporting strength of the housing 10. The reinforcement 15 is connected between the first side wall 11 and the first mounting plate 41, between the second side wall 12 and the second mounting plate 42, and between the third side wall 13 and the third mounting plate 43. When the communication cabinet 100 is installed outdoors, in order to reduce the problem that the temperature in the cabinet is affected by the outside temperature, the housing 10 further includes a heat insulating layer 16, and the heat insulating layer 16 is provided between the first side wall 11 and the first mounting plate 41, between the second side wall 12 and the second mounting plate 42, and between the third side wall 13 and the third mounting plate 43.
Further, the communication cabinet 100 further includes a heat sink 50, and the heat sink 50 is disposed on the top of the housing 10 and is used for reducing the temperature inside the housing 10. The heat dissipation device 50 includes, but is not limited to, a fan, an air conditioner, and the like. In the embodiment of the present application, the heat dissipation device 50 is preferably a fan. The heat dissipation device 50 is further provided with a detector (not shown) for detecting the temperature inside the housing 10, and the heat dissipation device 50 is turned on or off according to the detection result of the detector, so that the heat dissipation device 50 is prevented from being in a continuous operation state, and electric energy is saved.
The bottom of the shell 10 is also provided with a through hole 17, and a cable can enter the shell 10 from the through hole 17, so that the communication equipment is convenient to mount. At the same time, the through holes 17 may also act as vents, increasing the airflow within the housing 10, taking away heat generated by the communication device.
In an embodiment, an electrical connector (not shown) is further disposed in the housing 10, and a plurality of interfaces are disposed on the electrical connector for connecting each communication device and different cables, so as to facilitate installation and maintenance of the device.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, the communication cabinet 100 further includes a base 60 having a hollow structure, and an inner cavity of the base 60 is communicated with an inner cavity of the housing 10. The base 60 is further provided with a plurality of ventilation windows 61 and a ventilation cover plate 62. The plurality of ventilation windows 61 are used for increasing the air flow in the housing 10 and improving the heat dissipation effect of the bottom of the communication cabinet 100.
