Description

Indication method and device for private network, access method and device for private network, network side equipment and terminal
Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of communications technologies, and in particular, to a method and an apparatus for indicating and accessing a private network, a network side device, and a terminal.
Background
A novel Network, Non-Public Network/private Network (NPN), is introduced in 5G, and a typical application scenario of NPN is to be used as a private Network only for a private entity (such as a business). Only authorized terminals are allowed to normally access the NPN network.
The NPN can be deployed in various ways, and can be deployed independently from an existing 5G Public Network (SNPN) or can be deployed on an existing 5G Public Network (PNI-NPN) in a shared manner.
A Closed Access Group (CAG) is defined under the PNI-NPN network, wherein the CAG is used for allowing authorized terminals to Access the PNI-NPN network, preventing unauthorized terminals from accessing the PNI-NPN network, and preventing unauthorized terminals from normally accessing the PNI-NPN network; and for SNPN, only authorized terminals are allowed to normally access the SNPN network, and unauthorized terminals are prevented from normally accessing the SNPN network.
The system information broadcasts a parameter (cellaccesratedinfo) related to cell access control, where each PLMN ID in the PLMN identity list (PLMN-identity list) identifies all PLMNs supported by the current cell. For a base station supporting only a normal PLMN, only the PLMN identification list is configured. The cell supporting the NPN will carry the NPN list related to the NPN in the system information. Each entry in the NPN list may include a PLMN identification and an NPN identification. The NPN ID may be a CAG ID or NID. For a common PLMN and NPN shared cell, the common PLMN and NPN shared cell is parallel to the PLMN identification list, and an NPN list appears at the same time, wherein the two lists respectively represent a common PLMN network supported by the cell and a NPN network supported by the cell. But since the conventional PLMN-identity list must be present, the list cannot be directly removed, which results in that the current NPN-only cell deployment cannot be implemented.
In a 5G network deployment, the base station may or may not support emergency services. If the network side does not send the NPN related representation information to the terminal, the terminal cannot acquire whether the NPN cell only supports the NPN or whether the emergency service is supported in the NPN. Because the behavior of the terminal in the idle state or the inactive state is not completely controlled by the network side but guided by a certain rule, the behavior of the terminal under the condition of unclear information cannot be predicted.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an indication method for a private network, where an application network device includes:
step 11, sending system information, wherein the system information carries at least one of the following information:
first indication information indicating whether the network side equipment only supports a private network NPN;
second indication information indicating whether the network side device only supports the SNPN of the independently deployed private network;
third indication information indicating whether the network side equipment only supports the private network PNI-NPN of shared deployment;
fourth indication information indicating whether the network side equipment only supporting NPN allows the unauthorized terminal to initiate the emergency service;
and fifth indication information indicating that the network side equipment only supports NPN.
In the embodiment of the invention, the network side equipment indicates the information representing the private network characteristics of the current network side equipment (cell or base station) to the terminal in the system information.
It should be noted that NPN is classified into SNPN and PNI-NPN (which can be characterized by CAG); the first indication information is used for indicating whether the network side equipment only supports NPN or not as a whole, and the second indication information and the third indication information are respectively used for indicating whether only SNPN and PNI-NPN are supported or not.
In the related art, it is specified that a network side device supporting only PNI-NPN allows emergency services, and a network side device supporting only SNPN does not allow emergency services.
And in the case that the first indication information indicates whether the network side device only supports the NPN, the fourth indication information may also indicate whether the network side device only supports the NPN allows the unauthorized terminal to initiate the emergency service.
The meaning of the fifth indication information is that if the network side device is a network side device only supporting NPN, the system information sent by the network side device carries the fifth indication information; otherwise, the system information sent by the network side device does not carry the fifth indication information. And the meaning of the first indication information is: no matter whether the network side device is a network side device only supporting the NPN, the system information sent by the network side device carries the first indication information, and the network side device is indicated whether only supporting the NPN or not through different values of the first indication information.
As an alternative embodiment, the system information includes: first branch information, where the first branch information carries any one of the first indication information, the second indication information, and the third indication information.
It should be noted that the first branch information of the system information is branch information that can be analyzed by the terminal of the first type; that is, the first type terminal reads only the indication information in the first branch information in the system information, thereby determining the relevant information of the private network.
As another alternative embodiment, the system information includes: second branch information, wherein a late non-critical extension (latenoncritical extension) of the second branch carries any one of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, and the fourth indication information.
It should be noted that the second branch information of the system information is branch information that can be analyzed by the terminal of the second type (optionally, the terminal of the second type cannot analyze the first branch information); i.e. the second type of terminal reads only the indication information in the late non-critical scalability of the second branch information to determine the relevant information of the private network.
As another optional embodiment, the system information includes a PLMN list, and the PLMN list carries the fifth indication information, where the fifth indication information is a target identifier value of a PLMN.
For example, if the network-side device is a network-side device that only supports NPN, only one specific target identifier value is in the PLMN list (PLMN-identity list), and when the terminal reads the target identifier value, it is determined that the network-side device is a network-side device that only supports NPN.
To sum up, in the embodiment of the present invention, the system information carries the relevant indication of the private network of the current network-side device, and the terminal can determine whether the network-side device can be accessed and/or whether the emergency service is allowed to be initiated after the network-side device is accessed according to the relevant indication of the private network in the system information, thereby improving the access efficiency of the terminal and reducing the signaling loss; the method and the device solve the problem that when the terminal is accessed to the private network, whether emergency residence can be carried out in the private network and/or whether emergency service can be used cannot be judged because the characteristics of the private network cannot be obtained.
As shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an access method for a private network, which is applied to a terminal, and includes:
step 21, receiving system information sent by a network side device, where the system information carries at least one of the following information:
first indication information indicating whether the network side equipment only supports a private network NPN;
second indication information indicating whether the network side device only supports the SNPN of the independently deployed private network;
third indication information indicating whether the network side equipment only supports the private network PNI-NPN of shared deployment;
fourth indication information indicating whether the network side equipment only supporting NPN allows the unauthorized terminal to initiate the emergency service;
fifth indication information indicating that the network side device only supports NPN;
step 22, according to the system information, determining whether the network side device can be accessed and/or whether the initiation of the emergency service is allowed after the network side device is accessed.
As another alternative embodiment, the system information includes: second branch information, wherein a late non-critical extension of the second branch carries any one of the first indication information, the second indication information, the third indication information, and the fourth indication information.
In an alternative embodiment of the present invention, step 22 comprises:
and determining that an unauthorized terminal can access the network side device in a limited state under the condition that the system information includes first indication information and the first indication information indicates that the network side device only supports NPN, or under the condition that the system information carries fifth indication information.
Further, in the foregoing embodiment of the present invention, after the unauthorized terminal accesses the network-side device in the limited state, the method further includes:
under the condition that the system information comprises fourth indication information, if the fourth indication information indicates that only NPN-supported network side equipment allows an unauthorized terminal to initiate emergency services, determining that the terminal is allowed to initiate the emergency services; otherwise, the terminal is determined not to be allowed to initiate the emergency service.
In another alternative embodiment of the present invention, in case that the SNPN is currently specified not to support the emergency service and the PNI-NPN supports the emergency service, step 22 comprises:
under the condition that the system information comprises second indication information and the second indication information indicates that the network side equipment only supports SNPN, determining that an unauthorized terminal can access the network side equipment in a limited state and the terminal is not allowed to initiate emergency service after accessing the network side equipment in the limited state;
alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and under the condition that the system information comprises third indication information and the third indication information indicates that the network side equipment only supports PNI-NPN, determining that an unauthorized terminal can access the network side equipment in a limited state and the terminal allows to initiate emergency service after accessing the network side equipment in the limited state.
It should be noted that, if the subsequent specification of whether to support the emergency service changes with the development of the communication technology, the terminal provided in the embodiment of the present invention may be adaptively changed according to the subsequent specification. For example, if the SNPN is subsequently specified to also support emergency services, step 22 further includes:
and under the condition that the system information comprises second indication information and the second indication information indicates that the network side equipment only supports SNPN, determining that an unauthorized terminal can access the network side equipment in a limited state and the terminal is allowed to initiate emergency service after accessing the network side equipment in the limited state.
For another example, if the PNI-NPN does not support the emergency service, step 22 further includes:
and under the condition that the system information comprises third indication information and the third indication information indicates that the network side equipment only supports PNI-NPN, determining that an unauthorized terminal can access the network side equipment in a limited state and the terminal is not allowed to initiate emergency service after accessing the network side equipment in the limited state.
In order to more clearly describe the access method of the private network provided by the embodiment of the present invention, the following is described in detail with reference to four examples.
Example one, the first indication information or the second indication information or the third indication information is carried in the first branch information of the system information.
Under the condition that the network carries the second indication information through the system information, the terminal can determine whether the current network side device shares other networks (a common PLMN network and/or a CAG network) besides the SNPN network, and the determination criteria can be used for further determining whether the terminal needs to access the current network side device and whether the terminal can access the current network side device in a normal state.
If the current network side equipment only supports SNPN, only the authorized terminal can be accessed normally, and other terminals can be accessed in a limited state and cannot initiate emergency services;
if the current network side equipment does not only support SNPN, the terminal can judge whether to access the current cell according to other criteria. And if the terminal is accessed in a limited state, judging whether the emergency service can be initiated in the current cell according to the emergency service related identification of an access layer or a non-access layer.
Example two, the fourth indication information is carried in a late non-critical extension of the second branch information of the system information.
For example, the second type terminal accesses the first type network side device, and the second type terminal cannot read the first branch information of the system information because the terminal version is lower than the network side device version. In order to ensure the compatibility of the parameters, fourth indication information is added to the second branch information.
When one network side device only supporting NPN cannot support the emergency service of the low-version terminal, a relevant rejection indication may be added in the late non-critical extension branch of the second branch information (i.e., the fourth indication information indicates that the unauthorized terminal is not allowed to initiate the emergency service). The method avoids the waste of related signaling overhead caused by the fact that the low-version terminal accesses the network side equipment to initiate emergency service;
if the network side device supporting only the NPN can support the emergency service of the low-version terminal, the permission indication may also be added in the late non-critical extension branch of the second branch information (i.e., the permission of the unauthorized terminal to initiate the emergency service is indicated by the fourth indication information).
Specifically, the signaling content may be a 1-bit true/false indication or may be represented by whether a 1-bit ENUMERATED { true } occurs.
Example three, the first indication information is carried in a late non-critical extension of the second branch information of the system information.
The high-version base station carries first indication information in the late non-critical extension of the second branch information, and after a legacy or unauthorized terminal receives the first indication information:
if the network side equipment is only NPN-supported network side equipment, the unauthorized terminal determines that the network side equipment can be accessed only in a limited state. The values of the im-emergency Support domain and the eCallOverIMS-Support of the emergency service related identification in the limited state can be continuously checked; when the IMS-emergency support domain appears, it indicates that the cell supports the terminal to use the IMS emergency service in a limited state; when an eCallOverIMS-Support domain appears, the representation shows that the cell supports the eCall service of the terminal based on the IMS in a limited state.
If the network side equipment is not the network side equipment only supporting NPN, the unauthorized terminal can access the cell in a normal state after finishing the subsequent verification, does not verify the emergency service related identification in the limited state sent in the system information, and judges whether the emergency service can be initiated or not through the indication of the non-access layer.
In the fourth example, if the network-side device is a network-side device that only supports NPN, a special target identifier value is indicated in the plmn-IdentityList list.
Only the network side device of the NPN is supported, and the traditional plmn-IdentityList does not need to be carried in the system information, but carries an NPN-related NPN list. Each entry in the NPN list may include a PLMN identification and an NPN identification. But since the conventional plmn-identylist is mandatory (mandatory), the list cannot be directly removed.
In order to explicitly indicate that the network-side device only supports the NPN, a special target identifier value is indicated in the existing plmn-identylist list. For example:
A) a special PLMN ID value, e.g., MCC-000, or MNC-FFF, etc.;
B) a special cell ID value, such as all 0 or all 1 identifiers.
After the terminal reads the value of the target identifier, it is determined that the PLMN ID is an invalid identifier, that is, the conventional PLMN-IdentityList list broadcasted by the current network is invalid, and only the relevant content of the NPN list is considered valid. For the unauthorized terminal, the conventional plmn-identylist may also be read, and after confirming that the conventional plmn-identylist is invalid, it is implicitly indicated that the network-side device is a network-side device only supporting NPN. At this time, although the unauthorized terminal cannot read the NPN list introduced by the high version, it may further determine whether the unauthorized terminal is a network-side device supporting only the NPN through whether the plmn-IdentityList list is invalid. And determining whether the current network side equipment can carry out the emergency service or not by combining the value of the emergency service related identification.
