Description

Control method of intelligent television and related equipment
Technical Field

Background
Along with the development of science and technology, intelligent televisions gradually enter people's life. The intelligent television is connected with a network and is provided with various application programs, so that massive resources on the network are brought to enrich entertainment life of people. The network resources are presented to the person through the application.
The remote controller of the intelligent television sends a remote control signal to the intelligent television through infrared rays, a system of the intelligent television firstly obtains the remote control signal, then judges whether the remote control signal is distributed to the system or to an application program running in the foreground, and if the remote control signal is distributed to the system, the system responds to the remote control signal; if so, the system distributes the remote control signal to the application program in the foreground operation state so that the application program in the foreground operation state responds to the remote control signal.
However, by such a control method, a problem arises: when some applications are provided with remote control signals which can respond to the remote control signals which are distributed to the system, the user wants to make the remote control signals which can be responded by the system and the application in the foreground running state respond by the application in the foreground running state, so that the prior art cannot do so. Because the remote control signals pass through the system and are distributed by the system, the system can directly respond to the remote control signals which can be responded by the system and can not be distributed to the application programs in the foreground running state. For example, a play application program in a foreground running state can respond to a movie key of a remote controller to pop up a movie resource list in the application program, and the system can also respond to the movie key of the remote controller to pop up a movie play application built in the system. When the user presses the movie key, the playing application program in the foreground running state can pop up the movie resource list, but the movie playing application built in the system appears, so that the control of the intelligent television is inconvenient.

Detailed Description
The invention discloses a control method and related equipment of an intelligent television, and a person skilled in the art can refer to the content of the text to properly improve technical details for implementation. It is expressly noted that all such similar substitutions and modifications will be apparent to those skilled in the art, and are deemed to be included in the present invention. While the methods and applications of this invention have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the relevant art that variations and modifications can be made in the methods and applications described herein, and in the practice and application of the techniques of this invention, without departing from the spirit or scope of the invention.
The invention provides a control method of an intelligent television and related equipment. The invention can avoid the situation that the user wants to make the target application program in the foreground running state respond to the remote control signal but respond to the system, and can also ensure that the system can also respond to the remote control signal which the user wants to give to the system correctly.
As shown in fig. 1, a first aspect of the embodiment of the present invention discloses a control method of an intelligent television, which is applied to a gateway device, and the method includes:
step S101: the gateway device determines whether a target application program in the intelligent television is in a foreground running state.
The target application may be all or part of the application, and when the target application is part of the application, the user may set the target application to set some applications as the target application.
It should be noted that, the gateway device may be an intelligent gateway, an intelligent home gateway, or the like; the target application may be a video playback application, a music playback application, or the like.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment, the gateway device determines whether the target application program in the smart tv is in a foreground running state, including:
the gateway equipment receives first heartbeat data sent by a target application program;
the gateway equipment judges whether second heartbeat data sent by the target application program is received within a preset time period after the first heartbeat data is received, and if so, the current running state of the target application program is determined; otherwise, determining that the target application program is not in the foreground running state currently.
It should be noted that, the first and second data of the first heartbeat data and the second heartbeat data only represent the time sequence of the data reaching the gateway. The target application periodically sends heartbeat data to the gateway device, wherein the period time may be preset, and the target application is considered not to be in the foreground once the gateway device does not receive heartbeat data from the target application beyond a preset time threshold. The time threshold may be set to a time with two periods, which is set to be fault tolerant, so as to avoid that the target program is not in the foreground because other factors have fewer than one heartbeat data or the gateway device receives fewer than one heartbeat data. Of course, the time threshold may be set by user definition, and the setting time is not limited to the present invention.
Alternatively, the state that the target application is not in the foreground may include: the target application is in the background, the target application has been closed and the target application is killed by the system in the background, etc.
Alternatively, if the target application is in the foreground running state, step S102 is entered, otherwise step S104 is entered.
Step S102: and the gateway equipment switches the remote control signal transmission mode of the remote control equipment of the intelligent television into a first mode.
Optionally, the first mode is a bluetooth mode.
It should be noted that, at least two remote control signal transmission modes of the remote control device are provided, and the transmission modes at least include a bluetooth mode and an infrared mode. The Bluetooth mode is a short-distance wireless communication technology, and is high in safety and high in anti-interference capability. The infrared mode is a technology for wireless data transmission by infrared electromagnetic waves, and is commonly applied to common television remote controllers.
Optionally, the gateway device changes the remote control signal transmission mode of the remote control device by transmitting a switching instruction for the remote control signal transmission mode to the remote control device. If the switching instruction sent by the gateway is an instruction for switching to the first mode, the remote control signal sending mode of the remote control device is switched to the first mode if the remote control signal sending mode is in the second mode, and the remote control signal sending mode of the remote control device is kept in the first mode if the remote control signal sending mode is in the first mode. The switching instruction is the same as the second mode, and will not be described here again.
Optionally, when the gateway device sends the switching instruction and does not establish bluetooth connection with the remote controller, the switching instruction is cached first, after the bluetooth connection is established, the switching instruction is sent to the remote control device, and if the bluetooth connection is established, the switching instruction is directly sent to the remote control device.
Optionally, the method further comprises: the gateway device establishes a connection with the remote control device prior to communication. The gateway device initiates a bluetooth scan and listens for connectable information from the bluetooth broadcast of the remote control device. And after the gateway equipment receives the connectable information of the remote control equipment, sending a connection request to the remote control equipment. After the remote control device agrees with the connection request, the gateway device establishes a connection with the remote control device.
When the remote control device is not connected to the gateway device, any remote control signal is sent out, and meanwhile, connectable information is also sent out. When the remote control device receives a connection request from the gateway device, it agrees and establishes a connection.
Step S103: the gateway device receives the remote control signal transmitted by the remote control device through the first mode and transmits the remote control signal to the target application program.
Optionally, sending the remote control signal to the target application program includes:
and sending the remote control signal to the target application program through the gateway television module, wherein the gateway television module establishes a TCP (Transmission Control Protocol, TCP) connection with the target application program for transmitting the interactive data.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment, the IP address of the gateway device is fixed, after the gateway device prepares to complete, the gateway device listens on the 55555 port at the address of 192.168.1.1, waits for the connection request of the target application program, and establishes a connection with the target application program after receiving the connection request of the target application program.
Optionally, after receiving the remote control signal, the bluetooth module in the gateway device sends the remote control signal to the gateway television module, and the gateway television module sends the remote control signal to the target application program through the TCP connection, and the target application program identifies and executes the remote control signal. Therefore, the remote control signal does not pass through the system of the intelligent television any more, and the remote control signal can be directly executed by the application program.
For example: when the target application program is in the foreground, the user presses the movie key, and the movie resource list in the target application program instead of the movie playing application built in the system appears, so that different functions of the unified key in the system and different application programs can be effectively realized. When the user presses the home key, the target application program can send a save popup window to ask whether the user exits the application, so that the user can be well prevented from exiting the target application program without any reminding due to false touch.
Alternatively, the event performed by the remote control signal corresponding to the key in the remote control device may be defined by the target application program.
Step S104: the gateway equipment switches the remote control signal sending mode of the remote control equipment of the intelligent television into a second mode, so that the remote control equipment sends the remote control signal to the system of the intelligent television through the second mode.
Optionally, the second mode is an infrared mode.
Optionally, in a specific embodiment, the system for sending, by the remote control device, a remote control signal to the smart tv through the second mode includes:
the remote control device sends a remote control signal to an infrared receiving head of the intelligent television through an infrared mode;
the infrared receiving head receives the remote control signal and generates an input event through driving;
and the input subsystem of the intelligent television receives an input event generated by the remote control signal, and judges whether an application program which is not a target application program is in a foreground running state of the intelligent television. If no application program which is not the target application program is in the foreground running state of the intelligent television, the system of the intelligent television responds to the remote control signal. If the application program which is not the target application program is in the foreground running state of the intelligent television, the input subsystem judges whether the input event generated by the remote control signal is distributed to the system or the application program in the foreground running state, and if the input event is the application program in the foreground running state, the input event is directly responded by the system. If the application program is in the foreground running state, the input subsystem distributes the application program to the application program, and the application program responds. The remote control device adopts the second mode to send the remote control signal, which indicates that the target application program is not in the foreground running state, so that the remote control device adopts the second mode to send the remote control signal, and if the application program is in the foreground running state, the remote control device indicates that the application program is not the target application program.
The embodiment discloses a control method of an intelligent television, which is applied to gateway equipment, and comprises the following steps: the gateway equipment determines whether a target application program in the intelligent television is in a foreground running state; if the target application program is in a foreground running state, the gateway equipment switches a remote control signal transmission mode of the remote control equipment of the intelligent television into a first mode; the gateway equipment receives a remote control signal sent by the remote control equipment through a first mode and sends the remote control signal to a target application program; and if the target application program is not in the foreground running state, the gateway equipment switches the remote control signal transmission mode of the remote control equipment of the intelligent television into a second mode so that the remote control equipment transmits the remote control signal to the system of the intelligent television through the second mode. In this embodiment, when the target application program is in the foreground of the smart television, the remote control device sends the remote control signal to the gateway device through the first mode, and then the gateway device sends the remote control signal to the target application program, so that the system of the smart television can be effectively bypassed, and when the target application program is not in the foreground, the remote control device directly sends the remote control signal to the system of the smart television through the second mode. Thereby do: when the target application program is in the foreground, the remote control signals are not sent to the target application program through the system of the intelligent television, so that the target application program can respond; when the user wants to send the remote control signals to the system and the target application program exits the foreground, the remote control signals can be sent to the system. The method avoids the situation that the user wants to enable the target application program in the foreground running state to respond to the remote control signal but responds to the system, and simultaneously ensures that the system can also respond to the remote control signal which the user wants to give to the system correctly.
The second aspect of the embodiment of the invention discloses a control method of an intelligent television, which is applied to remote control equipment, as shown in fig. 2, and comprises the following steps:
step S201: the remote control device receives a switching instruction of a remote control signal transmission mode sent by the gateway device.
It should be noted that: when the target application program is in a foreground running state, the gateway equipment sends an instruction for switching to a first mode; and when the target application program is not in the foreground running state, the gateway equipment sends an instruction for switching to the second mode.
Optionally, the remote control device may be a smart television remote control, or may be a smart phone or a device that matches with a smart television.
Step S202: when the switching instruction is an instruction for switching to the first mode, the remote control signal transmission mode of the remote control device is switched to the first mode, and the remote control device transmits a remote control signal to the gateway device through the first mode so that the gateway device transmits the remote control signal to the target application program.
Optionally, the first mode is a bluetooth mode.
Step S203: when the switching instruction is an instruction for switching to the second mode, the remote control signal transmission mode of the remote control device is switched to the second mode, and the remote control device transmits the remote control signal to the system of the intelligent television through the second mode.
Optionally, the second mode is an infrared mode.
The embodiment discloses a control method of an intelligent television, which is applied to remote control equipment and comprises the following steps: the method comprises the steps that a remote control device receives a switching instruction of a remote control signal transmission mode sent by a gateway device, wherein the gateway device sends an instruction of switching to a first mode when a target application program is in a foreground running state; when the target application program is not in the foreground running state, the gateway equipment sends an instruction for switching to the second mode; when the switching instruction is an instruction for switching to the first mode, the remote control signal transmission mode of the remote control device is switched to the first mode, and the remote control device transmits a remote control signal to the gateway device through the first mode so that the gateway device transmits the remote control signal to the target application program; when the switching instruction is an instruction for switching to the second mode, the remote control signal transmission mode of the remote control device is switched to the second mode, and the remote control device transmits the remote control signal to the system of the intelligent television through the second mode.
Based on the above-mentioned control method of the smart television applied to the gateway device, a third aspect of the embodiment of the present invention discloses a control device of the smart television, which is applied to the gateway device, as shown in fig. 3, and the control device includes: a determining unit 301, a first switching unit 302, a forwarding unit 303 and a second switching unit 304,
