Claims (10)

1. An automatic evidence obtaining method for audio and video data in network live broadcast service comprises the following steps:
s1: acquiring a live broadcast room website of a network live broadcast platform, and recording live broadcast room information;
s2: monitoring the recorded broadcasting state of the live broadcast room in real time;
s3: when the live broadcast room is monitored to be in a broadcast state, analyzing a network address and a network data stream of the live broadcast room to find a content stream address of the live broadcast room, storing audio and video data transmitted by the content stream address to the local, restoring the audio and video data into an audio and video file, and storing the process to generate a first storage file;
s4: and when the broadcasting state of the live broadcast room meets the triggering condition, storing the audio-visual file generated by the audio-video data which is transmitted and stored to the local aiming at the content stream address to generate a second storage file.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein: in step S1, the recorded live room information includes the live room web address and the anchor name information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein: in step S4, the trigger condition is a fixed duration or end of live broadcast.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein: the first and second evidence files also comprise electronic data confirmation files and log files with notarization effectiveness.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein: the fixed time period is 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, or 90 minutes.
6. An automatic evidence obtaining device for audio and video data in network live broadcast service, comprising: website acquires record module, state monitoring module, process deposit evidence module and file deposit evidence module, wherein:
the website acquisition recording module is used for acquiring the website of the live broadcast room of the network live broadcast platform and recording the information of the live broadcast room;
the state monitoring module is used for monitoring the broadcasting state of the live broadcast room recorded by the website acquisition recording module in real time;
the process evidence storage module is used for analyzing the network address and the network data stream of the live broadcast room when the website acquisition and recording module monitors that the live broadcast room is in the broadcasting state, finding out the content stream address of the live broadcast room, storing the audio and video data transmitted by the content stream address to the local, restoring the audio and video data into an audio and video file, storing the process evidence and generating a first evidence storage file;
and the file evidence storage module is used for storing the audio-visual file generated by the audio-video data which is transmitted and stored to the local aiming at the content stream address to generate a second evidence storage file when the broadcasting state of the live broadcasting room meets the trigger condition.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the live broadcast room information recorded by the website acquisition recording module comprises live broadcast room websites and anchor name information.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the triggering condition is fixed duration or end of live broadcast.
9. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein: the first and second evidence files also comprise electronic data confirmation files and log files with notarization effectiveness.
10. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein: the fixed time period is 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes, or 90 minutes.
