The video centralized monitoring device and the video centralized monitoring method for the cash self-service terminal are improved in aspects of hardware composition, functions, communication requirements, safety and reliability requirements and the like, can effectively improve the video centralized monitoring capability of the cash self-service terminal of a commercial bank, enhance the technical management level of equipment, and further improve the management level and the customer service level of the commercial bank.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Claims (13)

1. A video centralized monitoring device for cash self-service terminals is characterized in that the device comprises: the system comprises an image acquisition device, a centralized monitoring system and a user terminal; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the image acquisition device is in communication connection with the centralized monitoring system and is used for acquiring video images of the cash self-service terminal and sending the acquired video images to the centralized monitoring system;
the centralized monitoring system is used for performing centralized management on the collected video images and previewing and replaying the video images according to the operation instructions;
and the user terminal is accessed to the centralized monitoring system and is used for calling and managing the resources of the centralized monitoring system according to the operation instruction after the safety management authority of the login user passes verification.

The video centralized monitoring device for cash self-service terminals according to claim 1, wherein the image capturing device is used for capturing, editing, compressing, storing, playing and remotely transmitting video images of the cash self-service terminals, wherein the video images comprise: the self-service terminal comprises personnel shapes and actions contacting the cash self-service terminal, cash discharging and entering processes of a cash outlet, cash taking and storing processes of personnel, and an operation process of a cash loading personnel, wherein information including serial numbers, dates and time of the cash self-service terminal is overlapped on a video image, and the image with a code keyboard is shielded.

The video centralized monitoring device of the cash self-service terminal according to claim 1, wherein the image acquisition device is further configured to be linked with a local alarm system, and when the local alarm system acquires an alarm signal, the local alarm and the remote linked alarm are started to send alarm information to the centralized monitoring system.

The video centralized monitoring device of the cash self-service terminal according to claim 1, wherein the centralized monitoring system is further configured to perform operation control, operation maintenance, and clock synchronization on the image acquisition device, and record an operation log.

The video centralized monitoring device of the cash self-service terminal according to claim 1, wherein the image acquisition device and the centralized monitoring system are in data transmission via a private network; wherein, the delay of data transmission through the private network is less than 2 s; and the delay time for transmitting the data of the image acquisition device to the user terminal is less than 4 s.

The video centralized monitoring device of the cash self-service terminal according to claim 3, wherein when the image acquisition device performs alarm linkage, after the alarm is triggered, the data transmitted by the image acquisition device is at the highest priority in the information transmission blocking queue; the response time of the alarm linkage video transmitted to the centralized monitoring system through the network for display is less than 4s, and the networking alarm response time of the alarm information issued through the transmission network is less than 20 s.

The video centralized monitoring device of the cash self-service terminal according to claim 1, wherein in the process of data transmission between the image acquisition device and the centralized monitoring system and in the process of centralized management of the centralized monitoring system on the acquired video images, the international secret key 3DES is adopted to encrypt the sensitive information, and technologies including digital abstract, digital timestamp and digital watermark are adopted to process the data.

The video centralized monitoring device for the cash self-service terminals according to claim 1, wherein the servers and the databases of the centralized monitoring system adopt a master-slave mechanism, and automatically switch to the backup servers and the databases when an emergency occurs, wherein the mean time to failure of hardware equipment of the centralized monitoring system is at least 20000 h.

The video centralized monitoring device for the cash self-service terminals according to claim 1, wherein the image acquisition device is a camera, is triggered to be automatically restarted or controlled by a centralized monitoring system to be restarted when a fault occurs, and automatically records the fault condition; the camera at least comprises a heat dissipation facility including a heat dissipation fan or a radiation strip, or is arranged in an environment with heat dissipation equipment, and meets the working requirement of 7 multiplied by 24 h.

The video centralized monitoring device of the cash self-service terminal according to claim 6, characterized in that the device further comprises: and the audio acquisition device is used for acquiring the on-site audio data of the cash self-service terminal after the alarm is triggered and uploading the audio data to the centralized monitoring system.
11. A video centralized monitoring method for cash self-service terminals is characterized by comprising the following steps:
establishing communication connection between the image acquisition device and the centralized monitoring system;
acquiring a video image of the cash self-service terminal through the image acquisition device, and sending the acquired video image to a centralized monitoring system;
the collected video images are managed in a centralized manner through the centralized monitoring system, and the video images are previewed and replayed according to an operation instruction;
and accessing the user terminal into the centralized monitoring system, and calling and managing the resources of the centralized monitoring system according to the operation instruction after the safety management authority of the login user passes verification.
12. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the method of claim 11 when executing the computer program.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the method of claim 11.
