The lamp cup 30 includes a fill light panel 303, a connection plate 304, a mounting plate 305, and a reinforcement plate 306.
Light filling panel 303 includes the relative first side that sets up and the relative second side that sets up, and connecting plate 304 is connected in first side, and extends towards lamp plate 20.
The mounting plate 305 is connected to the connecting plate 304 and mounted to the lamp panel 20. The mounting plate 305 is also used to provide a second connector 40 that is securely connected to the camera body. Reinforcing plate 306 is connected to the second side edge, and extends towards lamp panel 20.
The light filling lamp subassembly 200 that this application embodiment provided has improved light filling lamp subassembly 200's bulk strength through setting up reinforcing plate 306, can avoid lamp plate 20 to warp.
In one particular embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the reinforcing plate 306 includes a body portion 306a and an extension portion 306b, the body portion 306a being connected to the second side plate and the mounting plate 305, respectively, and the extension portion 306b being connected to the body portion 306a and the mounting plate 305, respectively.
The strength of the lamp cup 30 can be further enhanced by providing the extension portion 306 b.
Fig. 12 is a schematic view illustrating an angle structure of a lamp cup in a fill light assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 12, the body portion 306a is provided with a circular arc portion 306c at the connection with the mounting plate 305.
The lamp cup 30 can be integrally formed by injection molding, and the provision of the arc portion 306c can facilitate the mold drawing of the lamp cup 30, thereby making the mold drawing easier.
Fig. 13 is a schematic broken view of a fill light assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; fig. 14 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a fill light assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
In a specific embodiment, referring to fig. 13 and 14, the body portion 306a is not in contact with the lamp panel 20, so that the gap 110 is formed between the body portion 306a and the lamp panel 20.
By providing the gap 110, it is possible to contribute to weight reduction of the lamp cup 30 while enhancing the strength of the lamp cup 30.
In a specific embodiment, the height of the main body 306a is 2.5 ± 0.2mm along the thickness direction of the fill light assembly 200. As shown in fig. 14, the dimension L3 is 2.5 ± 0.2mm, and the height dimension L4 of the gap 110 is 8.4mm, so that the light supplement effect is optimal.
Fig. 15 is a cross-sectional view of a lamp cup of a fill light assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; fig. 16 is an enlarged view of fig. 15 at B.
In one particular embodiment, as shown in FIG. 15, the extensions 306b have a triangular cross-section to form triangular ribs. The width dimension L6 of the triangular ribs may be 6mm and the height dimension L5 8.9 mm.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 16, a predetermined included angle a is formed between the connection plate 304 and the central axis of the fill lamp assembly 200 along the thickness direction (Z), and the predetermined included angle a is 1 to 3 °, and preferably 2 °. The light supplement lamp 200 can be conveniently pulled out through the arrangement of the included angle A between the central axes of the connecting plate 304 and the light supplement lamp assembly 200 in the thickness direction. It can be understood that the lamp cup 30 can be integrally injection molded, and the demolding is required after the molding, and the connecting plate 304 has a certain inclination by setting the included angle a, so as to facilitate the mold drawing.
As shown in fig. 12, in a specific embodiment, the lamp cup 30 may include a connection post 307, the connection post 307 is connected to a side of the supplementary lighting panel 303 facing the lamp panel 20, and the connection post 307 is used for connecting the lamp cup 30 to the lamp holder 20.
Fig. 17 is a state diagram of an assembly process of a lamp cup and a lamp panel in the light supplement lamp assembly according to the embodiment of the present application; fig. 18 is an enlarged view of fig. 17 at C.
As shown in fig. 17, in a specific implementation manner, the lamp panel 20 is provided with a first connection hole 206, and the fill light assembly 200 further includes a first connector 120, wherein the first connector 120 passes through the first connection hole 206 and is connected to the connection column 307.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 18, the lamp cup 30 includes a first positioning post 302, and the lamp panel 20 is provided with a first positioning hole 203. First locating stud 302 cooperates with first locating hole 203 to fix a position lamp cup 30 and lamp plate 20. In the assembly process of lamp cup 30 and lamp plate 20, can advance the location through first locating post 302 and first locating hole 203 earlier, pass first connecting hole 206 with first connecting piece 120 again, connect in spliced pole 307 at last to make things convenient for the alignment of first connecting piece 120 and first connecting hole 206 and spliced pole 307, the assembly of being convenient for.
Fig. 19 is a front view of a lamp cup in the fill light assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 19, the lamp cup 30 may further include a first connection hole 301 for connecting the lamp cup 30 to the camera body 10, a dimension L7 between the first connection hole 301 and the edge of the lamp cup 30 is not less than 2.8mm, and a dimension L8 between the first connection hole 301 and the edge of the fill light panel 303 is not less than 3.2 mm. The skilled person can design the dimensions according to the actual needs.
Referring to fig. 5, as mentioned above, the lamp cup 30 and the lamp panel 20 may be connected to the camera body 10 by the second connector 40 through the first connection hole 301 of the lamp cup 30 and the third connection hole 202 of the lamp panel 20. Of course, the lamp cup 30 and the lamp panel 20 may be pre-assembled to form the fill-in lamp assembly 200, and then assembled to the camera body 10. The light cup 30 and the light panel 20 may not be assembled in advance. The second connector 40 sequentially passes through the first connection hole 301 of the lamp cup 30 and the third connection hole 202 of the lamp panel 20, and is then connected to the camera body 10.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a light supplement lamp assembly 200, which includes a lamp cup 30, including a light supplement panel 303, where the light supplement panel 303 includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; the first surface is used for transmitting light rays emitted by the light supplementing lamp; the second surface is provided with at least two cup bodies 308 integrally formed with the second surface, and the cup bodies 308 are used for converging light rays emitted by the light supplement lamp and transmitting the light rays through the first surface; the second surface is provided with spliced pole 307 that is used for dismantling the connection with lamp plate 20.
The lamp cup 30 further includes a pair of mounting plates 305 and a pair of connecting plates 304, and the mounting plates 305 and the connecting plates 304 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the light supplement panel 303 and integrally formed with the light supplement panel 303.
The lamp cup 30 further includes a pair of reinforcing plates 306, the reinforcing plates 306 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the light supplement panel 303, the mounting plate 305 and the connecting plate 304, and the reinforcing plates 306 are integrally formed with the light supplement panel 303, the mounting plate 305 and the connecting plate 304.
The light supplement lamp assembly 200 further comprises a lamp panel 20 provided with a light supplement lamp 201 and a first connection hole 206 for being matched with the lamp cup 30.
The fill lamp assembly 200 further includes a first connector 120, and the first connector 120 is configured to be connected to the connection pole 307 through the first connection hole 206.
Wherein, when lamp cup 30 and lamp plate 20 fastening connection, a pair of reinforcing plate 306 all with the supporting force of lamp plate 20 butt with the first surface of dispersion light filling panel 303 to can avoid light filling panel 303 to take place to warp.
In a specific embodiment, a pair of reinforcing plates 306 forms a space with the lamp panel 20, and the space has a U-shaped gap 110 at the reinforcing plate 306, so that the cup 308 abuts against the fill lamp 201. This clearance 110's setting can avoid interfering cup 308 and light filling lamp 201 butt.
In a specific embodiment, the reinforcing plate 306 includes a main body portion 306a and an extension portion 306b, the main body portion 306a and the lamp panel 20 form a U-shaped gap 110 therebetween, and the extension portion 306b is configured to abut against the lamp panel 20.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a camera 100, including a lamp cup 30, where the lamp cup 30 includes a fill-in light panel 303, and the fill-in light panel 303 includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; the first surface is used for transmitting light rays emitted by the light supplementing lamp; the second surface is provided with two at least cups 308 with second surface integral type shaping, and cup 308 is used for assembling the light that the light filling lamp sent to through first surface transmission.
The lamp cup 30 further includes a pair of mounting plates 305 and a pair of connecting plates 304, and the mounting plates 305 and the connecting plates 304 are symmetrically disposed on two sides of the light supplement panel 303 and integrally formed with the light supplement panel 303.
The camera 100 further includes a lamp panel 20 including a third surface and a fourth surface which are oppositely disposed, and the third surface is provided with a light supplement lamp 201; the lamp cup 30 and the lamp panel 20 are fixedly connected through the first connecting member 120, so that light emitted by the light supplement lamp 201 is collected through the lamp cup 30 and transmitted through the light supplement panel 303;
wherein, the mounting plate 305 is provided with a fourth connecting hole 301, and the lamp panel 20 is provided with a third connecting hole 202.
The camera 100 includes a camera main body 10, and the camera main body 10 is provided with a second coupling hole 101.
The camera 100 further includes a second fixing member 40, and the second fixing member 40 is fastened to the second coupling hole 101 after passing through the fourth coupling hole 301 and the third coupling hole 202 in sequence.
Through above-mentioned structure, the installation convenience and the reliability of the light filling banks spare of camera have been improved.

Claims (14)

1. A fill light assembly (200), comprising:
the lamp panel (20), a light supplement lamp (201) is arranged on the lamp panel (20);
the lamp cup (30) is connected to the lamp panel (20) and covers the light supplement lamp (201); the lamp cup (30) comprises a light supplement panel (303), a connecting plate (304), a mounting plate (305) and a reinforcing plate (306);
the light supplementing panel (303) comprises a first side edge and a second side edge, wherein the first side edge and the second side edge are oppositely arranged;
the connecting plate (304) is connected to the first side edge and extends towards the lamp panel (20);
the mounting plate (305) is connected to the connecting plate (304) and is used for arranging a second connecting piece (40) which is fixedly connected with the camera body;
the reinforcing plate (306) is connected to the second side edge and extends towards the lamp panel (20).
2. The fill light assembly (200) of claim 1, wherein the stiffener plate (306) comprises a body portion (306a) and an extension portion (306 b);
the body portion (306a) is connected to the second side plate and the mounting plate (305), respectively;
the extension portions (306b) are connected to the body portion (306a) and the mounting plate (305), respectively.
3. The fill-in light assembly (200) of claim 2, wherein the body portion (306a) is provided with a circular arc portion (306c) at a connection with the mounting plate (305).
4. The fill light assembly (200) of claim 2, wherein the body portion (306a) is not in contact with the lamp panel (20) such that there is a gap (110) between the body portion (306a) and the lamp panel (20).
5. The fill light assembly (200) of claim 2, wherein the extension (306b) has a triangular cross-section.
6. The fill light assembly (200) according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the light cup (30) comprises a connection post (307); the connecting column (307) is connected to one side, facing the lamp panel (20), of the light supplement panel (303);
the lamp panel (20) is provided with a first connecting hole (206);
the supplementary lighting assembly (200) further comprises a first connector (120); the first connector (120) is connected to the connecting column (307) through the first connecting hole (206).
7. The fill light assembly (200) of any of claims 1-5, wherein the light cup (30) comprises a first positioning post (302);
the lamp panel (20) is provided with a first positioning hole (203);
first locating column (302) with first locating hole (203) cooperation, with lamp cup (30) with lamp plate (20) location.
8. A camera (100), comprising:
a camera main body (10);
a lamp panel (20) detachably attached to the camera body (10); a light supplement lamp (201) is arranged on the lamp panel (20);
and the lamp cup (30) is detachably connected to the lamp panel (20) and the camera body (10) and covers the light supplement lamp (201).
9. The camera (100) according to claim 8, characterized in that the camera body (10) is provided with a second connection hole (101);
a third connecting hole (202) is formed in the lamp panel (20);
a fourth connecting hole (301) is formed in the lamp cup (30);
the camera (100) comprises a second connecting piece (40), and the second connecting piece (40) is connected to the second connecting hole (101) after passing through the fourth connecting hole (301) and the third connecting hole (202).
10. The camera (100) according to claim 8, wherein an avoidance hole (103) is provided on the camera body (10) for avoiding the lamp panel (20).
11. The camera (100) of claim 8, wherein the camera (100) further comprises a front cover (50); the front cover (50) is connected to the camera body (10) and seals the lamp cup (30) and the lamp panel (20) in the camera body (10).
12. A fill light assembly (200), comprising:
a lamp cup (30) comprising a fill light panel (303), the fill light panel (303) comprising a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface; the first surface is used for transmitting light rays emitted by the light supplement lamp; the second surface is provided with at least two cup bodies (308) integrally formed with the second surface, and the cup bodies (308) are used for converging light rays emitted by the light supplement lamp and transmitting the light rays through the first surface; the second surface is provided with a connecting column (307) detachably connected with the lamp panel (20);
the lamp cup (30) further comprises a pair of mounting plates (305) and a pair of connecting plates (304), wherein the mounting plates (305) and the connecting plates (304) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the light supplement panel (303) and are integrally formed with the light supplement panel (303);
the lamp cup (30) further comprises a pair of reinforcing plates (306), the reinforcing plates (306) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the light supplement panel (303), the mounting plate (305) and the connecting plate (304), and the reinforcing plates (306), the light supplement panel (303), the mounting plate (305) and the connecting plate (304) are integrally formed;
the lamp panel (20) is provided with a light supplement lamp (201) and a first connecting hole (206) matched with the lamp cup (30);
a first connector (120), the first connector (120) being arranged to connect to the connection column (307) through the first connection hole (206);
wherein, lamp cup (30) with when lamp plate (20) fastening connection, a pair of reinforcing plate (306) all with lamp plate (20) butt is in order to disperse the atress of the first surface of light filling panel (303).
13. The fill light assembly (200) of claim 12, wherein a pair of the reinforcement plates (306) forms a space with the lamp panel (20) and the space has a U-shaped gap (110) at the reinforcement plates (306) such that the cup (308) abuts the fill light (201).
14. A camera (100), comprising:
a lamp cup (30) comprising a fill light panel (303), the fill light panel (303) comprising a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface; the first surface is used for transmitting light rays emitted by the light supplement lamp; the second surface is provided with at least two cup bodies (308) integrally formed with the second surface, and the cup bodies (308) are used for converging light rays emitted by the light supplement lamp and transmitting the light rays through the first surface;
the lamp cup (30) further comprises a pair of mounting plates (305) and a pair of connecting plates (304), wherein the mounting plates (305) and the connecting plates (304) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the light supplement panel (303) and are integrally formed with the light supplement panel (303);
the lamp panel (20) comprises a third surface and a fourth surface which are oppositely arranged, and the third surface is provided with a light supplement lamp (201); the light supplement lamp comprises a lamp cup (30), a lamp panel (20), a light supplement panel (303), a first connecting piece (120), a second connecting piece (120), a third connecting piece (c) and a fourth connecting piece (d), wherein the lamp cup (30) is fixedly connected with the lamp panel (20), so that light rays emitted by the light supplement lamp (201) are collected through the lamp cup (30) and then transmitted through the light;
the lamp panel (20) is provided with a third connecting hole (202);
a camera main body (10) provided with a second connection hole (101);
the second fixing piece (40) is arranged to be fastened to the second connecting hole (101) after sequentially passing through the fourth connecting hole (301) and the third connecting hole (202).
