The internet-based online conferencing system of claim 1, wherein: the personnel reminding processing module comprises a text analysis module, a personnel identification judgment module, a meeting information acquisition module, a meeting information processing module, a preselected index calculation module, a suspected speaker selection module, a page control module, a trigger detection module, a reminding operation control module and a prompt information pushing module, wherein the text analysis module analyzes the voice information of the latest speaker to obtain text information, the personnel identification judgment module is used for judging whether the text information obtained by the text analysis module contains a participant identification, when the certain participant identification is contained, the reminding operation control module and the prompt information pushing module are used for controlling the mobile terminal of the participant, and when the participant identification is not contained, the meeting information acquisition module acquires that the time length between the latest touch detection time of the mobile terminal of each participant and the current time is a first interval duration E, the time length between the latest speaking time and the current time of each participant is a second interval time F, the stay time G of the mobile terminal of each participant at the current position is obtained, the participant information processing module is used for carrying out normalization processing on the first interval time E, the second interval time F and the stay time G to obtain a first parameter P, a second parameter Q and a third parameter R, the pre-selection index calculation module is used for obtaining a pre-selection parameter according to the first parameter P, the second parameter Q and the third parameter R, the suspected speaker selection module is used for sorting the pre-selection indexes in a descending order, m participants in the front of the sorting are set as speakers to be expected, wherein m is a suspected natural number and is smaller than n, the page control module is used for carrying out shaking processing on the participant pages of the mobile terminals corresponding to all the suspected speakers, and the trigger detection module is used in a preset time period after the participant pages are shaken, when a mobile terminal of a suspected speaker detects touch, the mobile terminal stops shaking the meeting page of the mobile terminal, immediately detects voice information of the current time again, and when the voice information is detected, a prompt information pushing module is made to control the mobile terminal of the suspected speaker.

An internet-based online conferencing system as in claim 3, wherein: the reminding operation control module is used for enabling the mobile terminal of the corresponding participant to vibrate or ring, the prompt information pushing module is used for flashing an icon of a head portrait of a latest speaker in a participant page of the corresponding participant and pushing a last sentence of text information of the latest speaker, and the last sentence is provided with a hyperlink pointing to the text information of the latest speaker.
5. An online meeting method based on the Internet is characterized in that: the online conference method comprises the following steps:
acquiring the number n of the participants of the current online conference, wherein n is a natural number, if the number of the participants of the current online conference is more than or equal to a number threshold, wherein the number threshold is more than or equal to 3,
detecting voice information of the current time, if the voice information is detected, comparing the voice characteristics of the voice information with a preset voice characteristic library to determine the identity of the current speaker, and amplifying the head portrait icon corresponding to the current speaker, wherein the voice characteristic library is used for storing the voice characteristics of each participant;
and if the voice information is not detected, acquiring the last speaking time of the latest speaker, and reminding the participants when the time interval duration between the last speaking time and the current time is greater than the interval duration threshold value.
6. The internet-based online conference method according to claim 5, wherein: the reminding participants comprises the following steps:
analyzing the voice information of the latest speaker to obtain text information, judging whether the text information has participant identification,
if some participant identification exists, reminding operation and prompting information are sent to the mobile terminal of the participant,
if the participant identification is not present,
acquiring the time length between the latest touch detection time of the mobile terminal of each participant and the current time as a first interval duration E, the time length between the latest speaking time of each participant and the current time as a second interval duration F, and the stay duration G of the mobile terminal of each participant at the current position,
respectively carrying out normalization processing on the first interval duration E, the second interval duration F and the stay duration G to obtain a first parameter P, a second parameter Q and a third parameter R,
then the preselected index X ═ a × P + b × Q + c (1-R), where a + b + c ═ 1, and a, b, c are numbers between 0 and 1;

and if the voice information is detected, sending prompt information to the suspected person to be talked.

The internet-based online conferencing method of claim 6, wherein: the prompt message comprises a flash treatment of the head icon of the latest speaker in the participant page of the participant and a push of the last sentence of the text information of the latest speaker, wherein the last sentence is provided with a hyperlink pointing to the text information of the latest speaker.
8. The internet-based online conferencing method of claim 6, wherein: the immediately re-detecting the voice information of the current time further comprises:
