Abstract
一种基于智能电表与营配数据管理的供电异常快速响应系统,通过计量箱能够对每个住户智能电表的运行状态进行单独检测,从而方便对每个住户进行定位,进而能够快速找到故障智能电表的位置;所述集中器起到数据传输的作用,然后通过供电异常信息监测平台能够将智能电表运行状态和电力营配数据进行对比和分析,最终主动得到故障智能电表的位置,达到对供电异常的用户快速响应的目的,提高故障维修的速度,保证住户能够正常用电。

技术领域
本发明涉及供电系统技术领域,尤其是涉及一种基于智能电表与营配数据管理的供电异常快速响应系统。
背景技术
公知的,现有的电网配电系统中,由于配电设备的自身能力及通信技术发展等限制,无法准确判断基层居民用户的故障点,只能够通过被动地从居民电话报修得失情况,然后由抢修工程队到现场勘查来确认故障跳闸电源,由于抢修工作人员的专业素质参差不齐,所以故障电源点和故障类别判断准确率较低,从而造成了抢修时间延长,影响居民的日常用电;因此,综上所述,目前市场上需要一种能够对基层用户的供电异常进行快速响应的系统。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术中的不足,本发明公开了一种基于智能电表与营配数据管理的供电异常快速响应系统。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种基于智能电表与营配数据管理的供电异常快速响应系统,包含计量箱、集中器和供电异常信息监测平台;所述计量箱设为多个,每个计量箱分别与一智能电表对应相连;所述计量箱包含电源模块、信息采集模块和信息传输模块,所述电源模块为信息采集模块和信息传输模块供电,所述信息采集模块能够检测相应智能电表的运行状态,所述信息传输模块能够储存智能电表运行状态,并与集中器进行数据传输;所述集中器能够定时读取信号传输模块储存的智能电表运行状态,并且将该数据传输到供电异常信息监测平台;所述供电异常信息监测平台能够接收电力营配系统的营配数据,然后结合集中器传输的智能电表运行状态进行分析,快速定位故障位置。
优选的,所述电源模块由外部供电装置提供电力。
优选的,所述电源模块设为纽扣电池或干电池。
优选的,所述信息采集模块包含与门电路,与门电路的两输入端分别与电源模块和智能电表的通断电模块电连接,与门电路的输出端与信息传输模块电连接。
优选的,所述与门电路通过降压电路与智能电表的通断电模块电连接。
优选的,所述信息传输模块设为小无线及载波通讯模块或485通讯模块。
优选的,所述供电异常信息监测平台包含主控制器、地图显示器和故障报警器,所述主控制器与集中器和电力营配系统对应电连接,且能够判断出故障电表的位置;所述地图显示器能够显示出本地所有智能电表的位置,以及各个智能电表的运行情况;所述故障报警器则是能够在接收到智能电表故障信号时发出警报。
由于采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明公开的一种基于智能电表与营配数据管理的供电异常快速响应系统,通过计量箱能够对每个住户智能电表的运行状态进行单独检测,从而方便对每个住户进行定位,进而能够快速找到故障智能电表的位置;所述集中器起到数据传输的作用,然后通过供电异常信息监测平台能够将智能电表运行状态和电力营配数据进行对比和分析,最终主动得到故障智能电表的位置,达到对供电异常的用户快速响应的目的,提高故障维修的速度,保证住户能够正常用电;此外,将计量箱设为独立供电,让本系统的可靠性更高。

通过下面的实施例可以详细的解释本发明,公开本发明的目的旨在保护本发明范围内的一切技术改进。
结合附图1-2所述的一种基于智能电表与营配数据管理的供电异常快速响应系统,一种基于智能电表与营配数据管理的供电异常快速响应系统,包含计量箱、集中器和供电异常信息监测平台;所述计量箱设为多个,每个计量箱分别与一智能电表对应相连,即可对每个住户智能电表的运行状态进行单独检测,从而方便对每个住户进行定位,进而能够快速找到故障智能电表的位置;所述计量箱包含电源模块、信息采集模块和信息传输模块,所述电源模块为信息采集模块和信息传输模块供电,所述信息采集模块能够检测相应智能电表的运行状态,所述信息传输模块能够储存智能电表运行状态,并与集中器进行数据传输;所述集中器能够定时读取信号传输模块储存的智能电表运行状态,并且将该数据传输到供电异常信息监测平台;所述供电异常信息监测平台能够接收电力营配系统的营配数据,然后结合集中器传输的智能电表运行状态进行分析,快速定位故障位置。
优选的,所述电源模块由外部供电装置提供电力,即每个计量箱均为独立供电,让本系统的可靠性更高。
优选的,所述电源模块设为纽扣电池或干电池,其中最优的选择为纽扣电池。
优选的,所述信息采集模块包含与门电路,与门电路的两输入端分别与电源模块和智能电表的通断电模块电连接,与门电路的输出端与信息传输模块电连接,与门电路输出的即为智能电表运行状态,当与门电路的两输入信号均为高电平时,与门电路将输出高电平信号,此时说明智能电表处于正常工作状态;当与门电路的两输入信号为一高一低时,与门电路将输出低电平信号,此时说明智能电表可能出现故障,然后结合营配数据,若营配数据中该智能电表依然存在供电数据,则说明计量箱的电源模块故障,若营配数据中该智能电表无供电数据,则说明智能电表出现故障,接下来根据营配数据中该智能电表对应的住户位置即可定位故障只能电表的位置。
优选的,所述与门电路通过降压电路与智能电表的通断电模块电连接,能够让与门电路两输入端的输入电压相同,从而能够减少与门电路的复杂程度。
优选的,所述信息传输模块设为小无线及载波通讯模块或485通讯模块,其中最优的选择为485通讯模块。
优选的,所述供电异常信息监测平台包含主控制器、地图显示器和故障报警器;所述主控制器与集中器和电力营配系统对应电连接,且能够判断出故障电表的位置,根据集中器传输的智能电表运行状态,筛选出具有故障情况的智能电表编号,然后根据编号在营配数据中搜索这些智能电表是否还有供电信号,最后确定没有供电信号的智能电表即为故障电表,通过调取相应的住户位置信息,即可确定故障电表的位置;
所述地图显示器能够显示出本地所有智能电表的位置,以及各个智能电表的运行情况,地图显示器采用行政区域划分的层级显示模式,即地图显示器的界面首先显示各街道的分布情况,且各街道均有指示灯作为表示,当某街道出现智能电表故障的情况,该街道所代表的指示灯将被点亮;之后打开该街道下属的二级菜单,该菜单下显示了各用电单位的分布情况,且同样有对应的指示灯作为表示,当某单位出现智能电表故障的情况,该单位所代表的指示灯将被点亮;之后打开该单位下属的三级菜单,该菜单下显示了各个具体智能电表的分布情况,且同样有对应的指示灯作为表示,而被点亮的指示灯所在位置即为故障的智能电表所在的位置;所述故障报警器则是能够在接收到智能电表故障信号时发出警报。

1.一种基于智能电表与营配数据管理的供电异常快速响应系统,其特征是:包含计量箱、集中器和供电异常信息监测平台;所述计量箱设为多个,每个计量箱分别与一智能电表对应相连;所述计量箱包含电源模块、信息采集模块和信息传输模块,所述电源模块为信息采集模块和信息传输模块供电,所述信息采集模块能够检测相应智能电表的运行状态,所述信息传输模块能够储存智能电表运行状态,并与集中器进行数据传输;所述集中器能够定时读取信号传输模块储存的智能电表运行状态,并且将该数据传输到供电异常信息监测平台;所述供电异常信息监测平台能够接收电力营配系统的营配数据,然后结合集中器传输的智能电表运行状态进行分析,快速定位故障位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的基于智能电表与营配数据管理的供电异常快速响应系统,其特征是:所述电源模块由外部供电装置提供电力。
