本发明涉及一种基于lora技术的集中抄表终端,包括处理器和与其相连的电源适配器、lora通信模块、载波无线模块、三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块,电源适配器与市政电源相连,三相电压检测模块检测表箱三相电是否掉电,温度传感器检测表箱内温度,A/D转换器检测表箱开关量状态,图像传感器拍摄表箱外部图像,串口模块抄读智能表的表计,处理器用于管理与调度lora通信模块、无线模块、三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块并确定采集的数据是否出现异常,在出现异常时lora通信模块和载波无线模块将异常信息上传到监测平台。其能将表箱进行集中监控,及时发现安全隐患和各类违章窃电行为。

技术领域
本发明属于电力设备技术领域,涉及一种表箱数据采集装置,尤其是一种基于lora技术的集中抄表终端。
背景技术
随着国网智能电网工程的不断推进,智能电表在用户端计量采集方面得到了广泛的应用。但是由于设备自身能力及通信技术发展等限制,用户停电事件与低压故障实时研判、电表环境温度、表箱开关状态不能及时准确的上报,是一个亟待解决的问题。
另外,违章开启表箱门也时有发生,如何将电能表箱进行集中监控,及时发现安全隐患和各类违章窃电行为成为供电部门另一个亟需解决的问题。
鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,目前急需一种能够解决上述缺陷的集中抄表终端。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺点,提供一种基于lora技术的集中抄表终端,其可以让供电公司的优质服务得到进一步的延伸,可以大大提高供电公司的综合管理水平,实现经济效益和社会效益的最大化。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种基于lora技术的集中抄表终端,其包括处理器和与所述处理器相连的电源适配器,所述电源适配器与市政电源相连,其特征在于,进一步包括与所述处理器相连的lora通信模块、载波无线模块、三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块,所述三相电压检测模块用于检测表箱的三相电是否掉电,所述温度传感器用于检测表箱内的温度,所述A/D转换器用于检测表箱的开关量状态,所述图像传感器用于拍摄表箱外部的图像,所述串口模块用于与表箱内的智能表相连以抄读所述智能表的表计,所述处理器用于管理与调度所述lora通信模块、载波无线模块、三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块并确定所述三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块采集的数据是否出现异常,所述lora通信模块用于在出现异常时通过lora通道将异常信息上传到监测平台,所述载波无线模块用于在出现异常时通过载波无线通道将异常信息上传到监测平台。
优选地,其中,所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端进一步包括与所述电源适配器相连的可充电电源,所述可充电电源用于在所述市政电源断电时进行供电。

优选地,其中,所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端进一步包括与所述处理器相连的flash存储芯片,所述flash存储芯片用于存储所述三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块采集的数据。

3、其具有采集智能电表抄表数据、事件信息、开关量、拍照、温度、电压采集、数据和事件上报等多种功能。
4、其操作简单、安装方便,具有广泛的应用场景,特别是在电力部门,通过安装该终端可以让电力公司优质服务得到进一步的延伸,可以大大提高供电公司的综合管理水平,实现经济效益和社会效益的最大化。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明,实施例的内容不作为对本发明的保护范围的限制。
本发明涉及一种基于lora技术的集中抄表终端,其具有采集智能电表抄表数据、事件信息、开关量、拍照、温度、电压采集、数据和事件上报等多种功能。
图1示出了本发明的基于lora技术的集中抄表终端的构成示意图。如图1所示,本发明的基于lora技术的集中抄表终端包括处理器和与所述处理器相连的电源适配器。所述电源适配器与市政电源相连。通过所述市政电源,可以给所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端进行供电。
优选地,所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端进一步包括与所述电源适配器相连的可充电电源。所述可充电电源用于在所述市政电源断电时进行供电。
这样,在所述市政电源断电的情况下,所述可充电电源可以给所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端提供后备电源,使所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端在断电的情况下仍然继续工作,将断电异常事件上报与响应其他设备。
更优选地,所述可充电电源为锂电池。再优选地,所述可充电电源为1200mAH的锂电池。
这样,当所述市电电源停电后,所述可充电电源提供备用电源并可保证该基于lora技术的集中抄表终端稳定运行30分钟以上,足以满足异常事件上报等功能。
在本发明中,所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端进一步包括与所述处理器相连的lora通信模块、载波无线模块、三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块。
其中,所述三相电压检测模块用于检测表箱的三相电是否掉电。由此,所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端可以通过所述三相电压检测模块实时监测是否掉电,从而便于及时掌握故障电源点和故障类别,进而有助于快速进行抢修。
所述温度传感器用于检测表箱内的温度。由此,所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端可以通过所述温度传感器获得表箱内的温度,并在温度超过预定阈值时进行异常信息的上报。
所述A/D转换器用于检测表箱的开关量状态,例如表箱门的开关。由此,所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端可以通过所述A/D转换器获得表箱门的开关,从而能够防止各类违章窃电行为。
所述图像传感器用于拍摄表箱外部的图像。由此,所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端可以通过所述图像传感器获得表箱外部的图像,从而能够判断是否对表箱造成损坏等。
所述串口模块用于与表箱内的智能表,例如485智能表相连以抄读所述智能表的表计,从而便于实现智能表表计的采集。
所述处理器用于管理与调度所述lora通信模块、载波无线模块、三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块并确定所述三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块采集的数据是否出现异常。
由此,所述串口模块采集的电表数据、所述A/D转换器采集的开关量数据、所述温度传感器采集的温度数据、所述三相电压检测模块采集的电压数据和所述图像传感器采集的图像数据被实时传送到所述处理器。在所述处理器中预先设置好电表数据、开关量数据、温度数据、电压数据和图像数据的阈值。
这样,所述处理器可以将所述串口模块采集的电表数据、所述A/D转换器采集的开关量数据、所述温度传感器采集的温度数据、所述三相电压检测模块采集的电压数据和所述图像传感器采集的图像数据与所述阈值进行比较,并根据阈值判断哪些数据出现了异常,并在出现异常时进行报警提示。
所述lora通信模块用于在出现异常时通过lora通道将异常信息上传到监测平台。所述载波无线模块用于在出现异常时通过载波无线通道将异常信息上传到监测平台。
由此,在出现异常时,将相关的报警信息连同采集的数据一起可以通过lora通道或载波无线通道上传到相应的数据监控平台上,以便于相关人员及时掌握异常情况。
在本发明中,所述处理器可以是现有的能实现上述功能的任何设备。优选地,所述处理器为单片机,例如,STM32嵌入式芯片。更优选地,所述处理器为stm32f051c8t6芯片。
STM32F051xx系列单片机采用高性能的ARM CortexTM-M0的32位RISC内核,工作于48兆赫兹频率,高速的嵌入式闪存(FLASH最大64K字节,SRAM最大8K字节),并广泛集成增强型外设和I/O口。所有器件提供标准的通信接口(最多两个I2Cs,两个SPI,一个I2S,1个HDMICEC,两个USART),一个12位ADC,一个12位DAC,最多五个通用16位定时器,一个32位定时器和一个高级控制PWM定时器。因此,其能够满足本发明对单片机的性能要求。
同时,为了实现所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端的数据和事件上报功能,使用了lora通信模块。如图2所示,所述lora通信模块是一款工作在频段Band3/Band5/Band8的工业级单模lora模组,它采用更易于焊接的LCC封装。其中U2RXD、U2TXD管脚用于和处理器进行通讯,USIM_GND,USIM_VDD用于给模组提供3.3V电源。这种lora通信模块能够满足本发明的数据和世间上报等需求。
而且,在本发明中,所采用的载波无线模块具有通讯稳定、传输距离远、具有有线无线传输功能等特点,非常适合于电力自动抄表应用。
最后,在本发明中,所述基于lora技术的集中抄表终端进一步包括与所述处理器相连的flash存储芯片。所述flash存储芯片用于存储所述三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块采集的数据。由此,可以实现采集数据的本地存储,防止数据的丢失,也便于后续进行核对等。
本发明的基于lora技术的集中抄表终端具有采集智能电表抄表数据、事件信息、开关量、拍照、温度、电压采集、数据和事件上报等多种功能。因此,其能够实现用户停电事件与低压故障的实时研判、电表环境温度、表箱开关状态的及时准确的上报。并且,其能够将电能表箱进行集中监控,及时发现安全隐患和各类违章窃电行为。此外,其操作简单、安装方便,具有广泛的应用场景,特别是在电力部门,通过安装该终端可以让电力公司优质服务得到进一步的延伸,可以大大提高供电公司的综合管理水平,实现经济效益和社会效益的最大化。

1.一种基于lora技术的集中抄表终端,其包括处理器和与所述处理器相连的电源适配器,所述电源适配器与市政电源相连,其特征在于,进一步包括与所述处理器相连的lora通信模块、载波无线模块、三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块,所述三相电压检测模块用于检测表箱的三相电是否掉电,所述温度传感器用于检测表箱内的温度,所述A/D转换器用于检测表箱的开关量状态,所述图像传感器用于拍摄表箱外部的图像,所述串口模块用于与表箱内的智能表相连以抄读所述智能表的表计,所述处理器用于管理与调度所述lora通信模块、载波无线模块、三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块并确定所述三相电压检测模块、温度传感器、A/D转换器、图像传感器和串口模块采集的数据是否出现异常,所述lora通信模块用于在出现异常时通过lora通道将异常信息上传到监测平台,所述载波无线模块用于在出现异常时通过载波无线通道将异常信息上传到监测平台。
