Abstract

本发明属于电力电缆技术领域,尤其为一种加强型电缆修补片,包括套管,套管的内部设置有电缆本体,套管的两端分别设置有公拉链锯齿部和母拉链锯齿部,公拉链锯齿部和母拉链锯齿部通过固定件紧密扣合,套管的两侧设置有凸筋,凸筋的前端外表面紧密贴合有配合板,配合板的前端外表面开设有内螺纹孔,内螺纹孔的内部设置有旋转柱。本发明通过设置的公拉链锯齿部、母拉链锯齿部和固定件的相互配合,可以便于对套管进行组装和拆卸,同时与套管贴合的海绵垫,具有一定的收缩性,有利于吸收电缆内部的水分,防止内部受潮,起到防腐的效果,设置的通气孔,可以加快电缆内部的热量散失速率,避免温度过高,导致电缆变形。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力电缆技术领域,具体为一种加强型电缆修补片。
背景技术
电力电缆是用于传输和分配电能的电缆,电力电缆常用于城市地下电网、发电站引出线路、工矿企业内部供电及过江海水下输电线。在电力线路中,电缆所占比重正逐渐增加,电力电缆是在电力系统的主干线路中用以传输和分配大功率电能的电缆产品,包括1-500KV以及以上各种电压等级,各种绝缘的电力电缆。目前电力线缆在使用过程,由于自身老化、外力损伤等原因,极易导致电力线缆的绝缘结构层受到损伤,从而造成电力线缆的绝缘结构受到破坏,难以满足安全运行的需要,当前电力线缆出线绝缘结构层被破坏后,往往需要对电力线缆进行截断或更换,从而造成了极大的资源浪费,同时也导致供电线路运行稳定性和安全性均相对不足,所以需要电缆修补片对损伤的电缆进行修补处理,但是传统的电缆修补片存在以下问题:
1、不便于组装和拆卸,包裹性能较差;
2、套在电缆外部的套管不便于固定,使用时容易受温度影响而变形,使用效果差,防腐性差。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种加强型电缆修补片,解决了不便于组装和拆卸,包裹性能较差和套在电缆外部的套管不便于固定,使用时容易受温度影响而变形,使用效果差,防腐性差的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种加强型电缆修补片,包括套管,所述套管的内部设置有电缆本体,所述套管的两端分别设置有公拉链锯齿部和母拉链锯齿部,所述公拉链锯齿部和母拉链锯齿部通过固定件紧密扣合,所述套管的两侧设置有凸筋,所述凸筋的前端外表面紧密贴合有配合板,所述配合板的前端外表面开设有内螺纹孔,所述内螺纹孔的内部设置有旋转柱,所述旋转柱位于内螺纹孔的内部一端设置有海绵垫,所述套管的外侧开设有通气孔。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述套管为卷曲结构,且公拉链锯齿部和母拉链锯齿部分别位于套管的卷曲端上方。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述固定件的长度大小与公拉链锯齿部和母拉链锯齿部组成的拉链长度大小相等,所述套管的材质为热塑性聚乙烯材料。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述固定件由若干组铝合金板焊接而成,且固定件沿着拉链的长度方向滑动连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述旋转柱由两个直径大小不同的圆柱体组成,且旋转柱位于直径较小端的外部设置有外螺纹,所述外螺纹与内螺纹孔螺纹连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述旋转柱和配合板的材质均为工程塑料材料,且配合板的两侧截面形状为圆弧形。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述旋转柱的数量为两组,且两组旋转柱关于配合板的竖直中心线对称。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述海绵垫与套管的外侧面相接触,所述凸筋通过魔术贴与套管的外侧壁固定。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种加强型电缆修补片,具备以下有益效果:
1、该加强型电缆修补片,通过设置的公拉链锯齿部、母拉链锯齿部和固定件的相互配合,可以便于对套管进行组装和拆卸,公拉链锯齿部和母拉链锯齿部组成的拉链结构,可以对套管内包裹的电缆本体进行保护绝缘,大大提高了电缆修补片的包裹性;
2、该加强型电缆修补片,通过设置的凸筋、配合板、旋转柱、海绵垫,可以转动旋转柱,让配合板与凸筋紧密贴合,提高了套管的外部强度,同时与套管贴合的海绵垫,具有一定的收缩性,有利于吸收电缆内部的水分,防止内部受潮,起到防腐的效果,设置的通气孔,可以加快电缆内部的热量散失速率,避免温度过高,导致电缆变形。

本实施例中,套管1为卷曲结构,且公拉链锯齿部3和母拉链锯齿部4分别位于套管1的卷曲端上方,便于套管1两端进行扣合安装,可以对套管1内包裹的电缆本体2进行保护绝缘,大大提高了电缆修补片的包裹性;固定件5的长度大小与公拉链锯齿部3和母拉链锯齿部4组成的拉链长度大小相等,套管1的材质为热塑性聚乙烯材料,收缩性好;固定件5由若干组铝合金板焊接而成,且固定件5沿着拉链的长度方向滑动连接,便于对套管1进行组装和拆卸;旋转柱9由两个直径大小不同的圆柱体组成,且旋转柱9位于直径较小端的外部设置有外螺纹10,外螺纹10与内螺纹孔8螺纹连接,便于旋转柱9的转动,从而对凸筋6进行固定;旋转柱9和配合板7的材质均为工程塑料材料,且配合板7的两侧截面形状为圆弧形;旋转柱9的数量为两组,且两组旋转柱9关于配合板7的竖直中心线对称,海绵垫11与套管1的外侧面相接触,凸筋6通过魔术贴与套管1的外侧壁固定,可以转动旋转柱9,让配合板7与凸筋6紧密贴合,提高了套管1的外部强度,旋转柱9位于内螺纹孔8的内部一端设置有海绵垫11,具有一定的收缩性,有利于吸收电缆内部的水分,防止内部受潮,起到防腐的效果。
本发明的工作原理及使用流程:安装时,公拉链锯齿部3和母拉链锯齿部4组成的拉链结构,在固定件5的滑动扣合下对套管1的卷曲端进行固定,可以对套管1内包裹的电缆本体2进行保护绝缘,大大提高了电缆修补片的包裹性,另外可以转动旋转柱9,让配合板7与凸筋6紧密贴合,提高了套管1的外部强度,旋转柱9位于内螺纹孔8的内部一端设置有海绵垫11,具有一定的收缩性,有利于吸收电缆内部的水分,防止内部受潮,起到防腐的效果,套管1的外侧开设有通气孔12,可以加快电缆内部的热量散失速率,避免温度过高,导致电缆变形。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型电缆修补片,其特征在于:所述套管(1)为卷曲结构,且公拉链锯齿部(3)和母拉链锯齿部(4)分别位于套管(1)的卷曲端上方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强型电缆修补片,其特征在于:所述固定件(5)的长度大小与公拉链锯齿部(3)和母拉链锯齿部(4)组成的拉链长度大小相等,所述套管(1)的材质为热塑性聚乙烯材料。
